I knew I needed a rolling bag for all my camera equipment because it was just becoming too much to fit in a shoulder bag, not to mention it was killing my back carrying it all. I did a lot of shopping around and looked at a lot of different brands, but I kept coming back to this bag and the Think Tank Airport Security rolling bag. This one was much more aesthetically pleasing, so I took the plunge hoping it would be roomy enough and most importantly, that it would have enough outside compartments (the product photos don't show all the zippered pockets).
It rarely happens that I order something online and when it comes, it's better than I thought it would be or better than it looked in the product photos. Well, I am happy to say that this is one of those times. It's a gorgeous bag! It has more outside pockets than I thought it had, which is great! The quality of the leather is beautiful and the inside is well-padded enough to protect my gear. I am so happy I finally bought this bag – it was the right decision for sure.
I have not yet taken this bag on an airplane, so I am not sure if it fits in the overheard bin or not. It looks a bit thick to me, but from reading the other reviews online, it seems that it does indeed fit in the overhead compartments.
Here's a list of all the gear I was able to put in the bag:
Nikon D4 with 85mm 1.4G lens and attached lens hood
Nikon D7000 body with attached battery grip
Nikon 50mm 1.4D with lens hood attached
Nikon 35mm 1.8 DX with lens hood attached
Nikon 55-200mm DX lens (lens hood stored backwards on lens)
Nikon HB-34 Lens Hood (an additional – petal style lens hood for the 55-200mm)
Nikon SB-700 speed light
Sekonik L-358 flash meter
Nikon D4 battery charger
Nikon D7000 battery charger
Sony XQD memory card reader
Sandisk memory card reader
Lexar Memory card reader Professional USB 3.0 Dual-Slot Reader (UDMA 7)
2 EN-EL18 Li-ion Batteries (one in camera, one in outside pocket)
2 EN-EL15 batteries for Nikon D7000 (in camera)
4 rechargeable batteries for Flash speedlight
Battery charger for 4 speedlight batteries
3 Nikon lens pens
Giottos Medium Rocket Air Blaster
Nikon ME-1 external microphone
BLACKRAPID RS-5 Sling Cargo Camera Strap RS-1RB
2 My funky camera neck straps (one attached to the Nikon D7000, one loose in bag)
1 My funky camera wristlet strap (attached to the Nikon D4)
All the necessary USB/HDMI cables
Collapsible Circular Reflector Disc Silver/White 22"(folded in carrying bag on outside pouch)
If there is a problem with this bag, it's that it's so nice looking that I am afraid to scuff it up. I would've liked to have a rain cover included so that the leather could be protected should I need to take the bag around in heavy rain conditions. Other than that, this is the perfect bag for a Pro Photographer or serious hobbyist.

I absolutely love my camera bag (I have bought many!). This bag is perfect -mine carries my 5D mark ii camera body, a 50 mm lens, a 24-70 mm, a 70-200 mm, 2 external flashes, an external battery pack for my flashes, extra batteries, my 17" laptop with power cord, & extra AA batteries. I love that I now can ROLL this into a church for a wedding ceremony vs carrying this in my previous camera bag (over the shoulder). There have been times that I cringed thinking I had scraped my bag on the car door -but it remains scratch free. It is an incredibly nice camera bag -I would recommend it to anyone wanting to "save their back" from lugging heavy camera gear!!
