This is an understated, attractive, protective camera case. It seems ideal to use as additional protection for an ultracompact camera in a handbag or backpack or possibly a large pocket. This case fits my Powershot SD880is exactly with no room at all for extra battery or memory card. It is sturdy and well-made and the magnetized snap on front seems to hold well. Additionally, the side panels are elasticized, so it holds the camera in place quite well it's not likely to come out unless you want it to. It has a belt loop and metal clip-on (removable) neck strap, but you could use the camera's own strap instead I think.
