Wears great around shoulder and body, must take precaution to adapter that screws onto camera, has tendency to loosen while moving and removing trough swivel. you do not want to over tighten on camera.Best Deals for Cotton Carrier 522 PRO-2294 Carry-Lite for Pro Series Cameras
The Cotton Carrier was a little difficult to figure out, but if you're carrying a serious digital camera this thing is fantastic.I actually carried my Canon 5D Mark II on it through Boulder Caves and the Lost River Gorge in New Hampshire, and there was no stress on my neck or shoulders.
It takes all of the weight off of the back of your neck and hangs it on your hips, and you don't even feel it. It's amazing.

I purchased this carrier from Amazon after reading the reviews and I was a little hesitant to purchase because I couldn't see how it would hold a camera around your chest. Well it does not, the camera bounces on your stomach and there is no way to raise it any higher. I should have figured this out before I purchased this product. This carrier sounded good in the reviews, but it is worthless with any pro type camera. Even the DSLR's hang like dead weight on your stomach. It is impossible to raise the camera any higher. I would advise buying the most expensive model that has the chest attachment and two straps that go over your shoulders. This lets the camera hang from your chest where it is very assesable. This lighter model might be OK for a Nikon D-40 or any other lighter weight camera. Don't think I will get any use from this purchase. Will have to hand out another $150 for the top of the line model and put this one up for sale on ebay, just to get rid of it.
The reviews I read for this unit were not very specific on the type of camera it would carry, but I was of the impression since it is labled "Pro", that is would carry a pro type camera. It is very uncomfortable with a heavy camera attached.
