Product was exactly what was advertised. I was contacted by the company that my exact color (smoke clear) wasn't available and let them know I would take the plain clear (which I wanted originally and did not see that choice when I ordered, so I got exatly what I wanted in the end). It snaps on like it's supposed to, although dust gathers on the insidde occasionally and I have to clean it out. The cover for the back part of the phone is a little difficult to remove but it does come off without breaking.
