This cover is exactly what I needed to protect my pentax w80.
it does not cover the lcd screen. but protects the other parts from dust and scratches which was my main concern .
for the lcd screen , I recommend that you purchase a transparent adhesive as I 've seen that glasses or plastic do not work well.you don't need it. It doesn't cover or protect the lcd screen on the back; everything you'd want to "protect" is exposed. Also makes it hard to fit in a camera case that fits the camers.
