It is a well made case and fits very well to the camera. The bottom of the case fits to tripod and we don't need to remove the case while using a tripod. The upper part of the case can be easily removed while clicking pictures. The case comes with a shoulder strap. The leather used in this case is durable and even tolerant to little bit of snow.

However, there are couple of things that could have been better. One, it should also be made available in Black Color and second, there is enough space for dust to get into the camera from the top if it is really dusty.

This case was the wrong size for the Cannon SX40 HS. So I had to send it back. At the same time I placed another order for two Ever Ready Dark Brown SX40 HS. I am very pleased with the quality of this product. It custom fits to the camera giving it the classic vintage camera protection it needs. I specifically was looking for something to protect my camera when I put it in my oversize purse, cause lets face it carrying a purse and a camera bag can get to be a bit much.
