So I think I'm officially a bagaholic, especially a backpack-aholic... Camera bags have always made me laugh thousands of dollars of glass in soft cases? Not me. I started testing all the various "Pelican" style cases to find the creme de la creme. I have Pelican, Seahorse, HPRC, in lots of sizes and shapes. I bought this one without foam or insert bag because I found that I already had lens bags/cases and body cases that filled up this 3500 perfectly. If you value your photography or other delicate, non-H2O proof electronics, and are traveling into waterfalls, rainforests, rivers, glaciers, etc, this is your backpack. Highly recommended. I have other HPRC units and the foam or inner case versions are top notch as well. While I try to buy USA, HPRC has become my favorite line of hard cases (they are made in Italy).
