I have several underwater cameras and almost always prefer to have this type of silicone case to help with the grip. This case for the Canon D10 is decent. Here are my thoughts:
PROS
Fits well; very snug (a good thing) except for the bottom
Has cutouts for every opening so you never have to remove the case
Protects 90% of the camera from scratches
Provides adequate improved grip
CONS
In order to allow free access to the memory card and battery, the case does not really cover the bottom -I have to be really careful when setting the camera down if I don't want scratches
As with any silicone case, it's hard to slide in and out of pockets
Even though you don't have to remove the case, you still should to clean and soak the camera after use. Due to the shape of the camera, this case is harder than others to put on and take off.
OVERALL
Decent case overall and would buy again if necessary. Too bad it took Amazon over 30 days to ship this.

The original plastic packaging on the actual camera was torn and taped. The silicone case was dirty, like it was stepped on in the warehouse. Nobody likes to receive something brand new, looking like that, but after a little soap and water everything was fine. It fit the camera without problems and provides another layer of protection. We submerged it in the sink to see how the water drained. There are plenty of openings in the case, where buttons, sight areas, handle attachments, etc. are located so the water had numerous escape routes, although a little moisture is trapped between the silicone and the camera itself. Nothing problematic though.
