I ended up buying the case below for my S95:

Canon PowerShot S95 10 MP Digital Camera with 3.8x Wide Angle Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 3.0-Inch inch LCD

Very tight fit, but is does actually fit perfectly. No room for anything other than an extra SD card or two. I you want the smallest case possible with the best possible protection, this is it. Semi-rigid exterior, thick padding, extra pouch inside for SD cards and good belt loop with Velcro.

Note:

Interior case dimensions are: 3.75 X 2.3 X 1

Canon S95 dimensions are: 3.9 X 2.3 X 1.2 (a little too big according to specs)

but... since it has memory foam inside the case, the camera does fit very well and tightly. No problem pulling the camera out of the case though, it slides in/out smoothly.

The case is nice looking, better than pictures on Amazon.

This is a great camera case. The S95 fits snugly, but still leaves some room for a lens cleaning cloth (not included). The belt loop is permanently attached to the case on one end and uses "velcro" on the other so you can attach it to backpacks, belts, etc. without much hassle.

Nice compact size with a super confortable and safe cushion. I would have added 2 zippers to the design, so you could open it from any side, but its OK.

Bought it for my Canon S95. Perfect quality, tight fit. Zips easy, durable. But I wouldn't expect too much from the velcro.

I purchased this case for my Canon PowerShot S95 10 MP Digital Camera with 3.8x Wide Angle Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 3.0-Inch LCD. The exterior is very solid and durable to prevent the camera inside from bumps and bangs from the outside.The padding on the inside is also adequate to protect my camera LCD screen from scratches. As I think someone mentioned before, this case fits the Canon S95 exact, with extra space only for maybe a lens cloth and/or a couple SDHC cards. An extra camera battery cannot fit. But this has not been a problem for me.

If I had to mention something I would have liked added to this case, it would have to be the inclusion of a lanyard for hand-held purposes. If you notice, there is a little handle at the top back area of the case where the lanyard is supposed to be clipped. However, the belt attachment that is provided is sufficient and I can find/make a lanyard, so I am not worried.

I highly recommend this case!
