I shot photos at a Ice Fishing event in late February. That day, I set up a time-lapse camera on a tripod and shot for 8 hours. Mid way through the day, we encountered several hours of rain, freezing rain,and snow. THe lens hood kept the elements of the lens face and the Storm Jacket did an excellent job of protecting the camera and lens. Did exactly what I wanted it to do. The Elastic cord on the front and back make for easy adjustments and the open bottom with velcro closure was perfect for placing over the Tripod. Excellent accessory and well worth the investment. I keep it clipped on my camera bag now for all events.
