I purchased this case for my Sony Cyber-shot TX-20 camera. Because the camera is so small and thin, I wanted to carry it in my pocket all the time, but needed something to keep it from getting all scratched-up by keys and coins. This case is just about perfect. It's a genuine Sony product, not a knock-off. The camera fits snugly inside the case, and it doesn't add much extra bulk. It's made of a rubbery silicone material that is waterproof and provides a bit of cushioning protection. The case is not slippery it has kind of a dull, flat finish, so no chance of it accidentally falling out of your pocket when you sit down. The downside of this flat finish is that it attracts pocket lint, but a quick rinse under the faucet makes it look like new again. It comes with an attached metal carabiner, so you can hang it from a belt loop, but it's easily removed.
