Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program When I selected this case, I read in the Amazon description, "Compatible with most point and shoot cameras." This is just not true. Please make sure to check the dimensions of your camera before considering this case: 4.1" x 1.1" x 2.5". To put the size in perspective, my iPhone will not fit inside, my Flip camera just fits.
Once you know your camera will fit, you will find a nice little case. It has a rubber-like shell (not hard, but rather firm) with padding on the inside. The camera fits behind an elastic strap and on the opposite side is a pocket for batteries, memory cards or other accessories. It also includes an optional lanyard and belt strap that you can use to attach to your belt or a bag.
There are nylon strips on the inside that keep the case from opening wider than about 70 degrees. I found that these strips would stick out of the zipper when closing the case and I had to push them in to zip it closed. This seems like a design oversight. This wasn't much on an issue when the case was empty, but it would happen with my Flip camera inside.
With that flaw, I can't recommend this case.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I selected this case based on its small dimensions for my Kodak mini video camera. I was storing it in my purse in a ziploc bag so most anything was going to be an improvement. My father wanted to borrow it so I wanted it encased in a bit more protection since he prefers to go out without a purse. This little case basically meets the need for some protection. It has an interior pocket for a SD card or cable but I will not utilize it as there is the possibility of items falling out of said pocket when the case is open. I know to hold the case perfectly upright upon opening but I can not control the actions of others. The sewn on belt loop is a nice touch for hands free convenience. I would not go so far as to say that it is a true "hard" case since it is polyurethane and can be bent. Also keep in mind that there is padding on only one side of the case. Overall a definite upgrade from a ziploc bag with its additional features of dual zipper pulls and detachable lanyard. But, your needs may vary so also keep in mind the exterior dimensions of 5 x 1.8 x 3.7" and interior dimensions of 4.1 x 1.1 x 2.5".Best Deals for Case Logic EHC-101 Point and Shoot Camera Case (Black)
Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program The Case Logic Point and Shoot Camera Case EHC-101 is a nice little case for small cameras at a reasonable price. Most small cameras will fit nicely, and there is a strap inside to secure the camera from moving around. The opposite side has a mesh pocket that will hold extra memory cards or possibly a small cable. Note, the side that the camera secures into has more padding.The outer "hard-shell" is some kind of polyurethane material that is not extremely hard, but does provide more protection than if it were simply nylon. There are two zippers that have small cords with a type of tassel for easier finding and zipping. There is also a detachable lanyard that has a plastic clip that attaches to the plastic loop fixed to one side of the case. Additionally, there is a belt loop on one side of the case that I really don't see many people using.
Overall, it is a nice little case for small cameras. Recommended.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This nice-looking semi-hard case does a decent job of protecting small cameras, but makes them not-so-small to carry.I'm a fan of Caselogic camera bags (they make the bag I carry my dSLR in every day), so was pleased to be able to store my point-and-shoot pocket camera in a Caselogic. For the moment, it's my Canon SD4000 that lives in this case.
The SD4000 fits with plenty of room to spare. A substantially larger camera could fit, but those with a battery-bump (like some of the Canon A series) or models on the verge of being non-compact-sized would not fit.
The inside is nicely padded to hold the camera firmly. There's a spot to tuck something small (like an SD card or maybe a spare battery), but definitely not enough space to carry anything else noteworthy.
The semi-hard case has a firm fabric surface that offers extra protection over a sleeker unpadded fit. The extra padding and structure does mean your pocket camera is no longer pocketable, nor would it fit in a smaller women's purse. The pull-tabs on the zipper are substantial and easy to grasp.
The short lanyard is too short to be useful, and would be most effective for fishing the camera out of a larger bag. There's also a belt-loop, but that seems like an odd way to carry a small camera (with the exception perhaps of during a hike).
The amount of bulk is off-putting since I think most people who buy a camera small enough to fit this case had intended to carry it in their pocket or purse. But for my travel or excursions, this case is perfect to protect the small camera while in transit (in a backpack or suitcase or messenger bag), and the camera can then be carried bare when I expect to use it. For that limited (but important) purpose, this case is Recommended.
