Ok This may be a little on the strong side, however, did you ever hear that the success of a products design is measured in the last 5th percentile?Well that is where this bag truly fails if you have any desire to keep your equipment secure from dust, humidity and rain.
Tenba may say that the open top is ideal for a photo journalist and this has merit, but the design flaws in this product are many, most evident in the excess belting material that hangs three inches below the clip closures, I turned them back into the clip for a finished appearance.
Additionally, they simply could have included a sealed YKK option to the main compartment like their Shoot Out Series bag and a rain cover, and this would be a beautiful piece of equipment.
I am a Billingham 225 guy that is a perfect bag for a D3s and a few lenses, and albeit $400 with accessories, greatly protects all from the elements, but more importantly, is logically designed to store and protect a $7000 camera and lens.
Tenba really missed the mark here and hyped a Lamborghini Murcelago and delivered it to the customer with 86 octane in the tank.
