I bought this for my Sony NEX-6 with the 16-50mm retractable power zoom lens. Initially it was a bit tricky stretching the case to fit the camera+lens in there but once I got the hang of it it was no issue or maybe it just stretched out a tiny bit and it got easier. It definitely won't protect against any hard impact (from dropping) or rain but it's great for protection from scratches or light bumps. For travelling I plan to carry it in my purse so it's nice that it's light and doesn't add any additional bulk.

I love this case. It fits my Sony NEX-7 (with SELP 1650 lens). It protects the camera well in my backpack.

I love neoprene because of spanning nature with protect-ability as well. good for my RX-1 without hood, but small when hood is on.

It will not work with my Sony NEX-6. I can't add straps to the camera with this case. It could have been engineered differently..
