I have had the Clover bag for a couple of years and she has accompanied me on many outings. I actually have a variety of camera bags for different purposes. I take the Canon backpack when I'm travelling and need to haul most of the camera equipment. I have another sling bag that has a waterproof cover when I'm out on a rainy day. I have a daypack that holds just the camera and my water bottle. But the Clover goes with me when I want to look a little more stylish, carry a variety of equipment, and not bring attention to the amount of valuable camera gear that I have with me.
The bag is large enough to hold my Canon EOS 5D Mark III (full frame) camera with 24-105mm L Lens, plus 2 other lenses, filters, extra cards, cords, charger, and extra battery. Or I can carry 2 cameras (5D and 7D), each with a lens attached, plus one extra lens.
There are 2 tall repositionable Velcro-tabbed dividers that separate the bag into 3 sections, and two smaller Velcro flaps to cover the tops of 2 of those dividers so that lenses are hidden and don't fall out if the bag tips over. Or you can use those smaller flaps to create more dividers in the main cavity of the bag (as is shown in the vendors photograph above). In addition to those 3 sections, there is a pocket that goes the length of the bag, and a zippered pocket inside the bag so that you can secure your wallet and any other small items such as lipstick, comb, keys. The whole interior is zipped shut with one sturdy zipper that goes the length of the bag, and once closed, no one will ever know that you have thousands of dollars of camera equipment in there.
There are pockets on the outside of each side of the bag one zippered for keys, cell phone, etc. and one open so you can quickly slide small objects into it. The removable shoulder strap is wide and well padded. The woven handles are sturdy and add a stylish flair to the bag. Clover comes with a fabric storage bag so that you can keep her dust and scuff free when not in use.
The Clover bag can serve as your purse and camera bag so that you don't have to carry both. If you have developed the habit of taking the camera everywhere, you can pretty much eliminate having to carry a purse most places. This is a beautiful and functional bag, designed by women photographers for women photographers. I always get compliments on how attractive the bag is, and people are surprised to discover that it is a camera bag !
I have posted several images of the interior and exterior pockets and the bag in use.
