This thing is big, so it should hold a good 70/200 2.8 without issue.
Cons:
1) The D shape tube, it makes unzipping it more difficult than other lens cases when it is on a belt, or in my case, the Clik Elite CE502GR Probody Sport (Gray).
2) The top opening away seems like a good idea but in practice this is another thing that makes the zipper hard to open.
3) Unlike others brands, there is more padding in the center of the tube than at the ends, perhaps this is to make the lens fit snug once it is in place but getting it in and out is not something I can do as quickly or smoothly as I would like while I am trying to change lenses in an outdoor environment.
4) Unlike some other brands, there is no net inside the lid to hold a lens cap.
All of this makes me wonder if their R&D even takes their products outside.

This is a great lens holder. I've been swapping out a wide angle and a 50mm with a t-shirt in between with a larger 70-200 2.8. My only concern is the top and bottom don't seem very padded. The sides seem very protective and the zipper couldn't be easier. The four stars is only because of the bottom not having much foam, but I've inserted some of my own.
