It's kinda like a sling purse with an adjustable shoulder strap...but with considerably more space inside to fit a my Nikon D60 DSLR camera, with the lens attached (on its side or top/bottom up; there's not enough space to lay the camera flat). There's no partitioning, so if you have multiple lens, this may not be a good bag to use (or bring something to cushion them). There's a little padding to the back of the bag, but the bottom and sides are not padded (which allows it to be folded flat). I'm planning to use a camera armor, so the lack of padding should not be an issue.

There's a thin, but roomy back slot in the main bag for notes or whatever. The front has a zippered pouch that can hold up to ~6.5 inches deep. I can fit an extra battery, a memory card case, small cleaning cloth, lens filter case, a wide-angle/macro lens, and a there's still some space. There's no zipper or snap closure for the main compartment the top flap has Velcro fastening over the zippered pouch, which may make it slightly annoying to access. The bag is pretty deep, so it's not too likely things will fall out (unless it's stuffed full or the bag goes topsy-turvy for some reason). Packing a tripod along might be a little tricky mine's a compact one, but it ends up stick out a little.

Overall, it's quite nice it doesn't feel bulky or awkward or heavy (but it will look like a bloated lunch bag), and can be used as a normal bag as well. This bag will allow me to use just one casual sling bag (instead of my old way of carrying a purse AND a camera bag), and allow me to whip out my camera quickly. I'm very happy with this.

These camera bags look a lot better in the picture in the ad than they do in person. The strap, particularly the clasps on each end of the strap are weak. The bags are not as heavy duty as they appear in the picture either. Nor are they as roomy as they appear. The 2 strips af velcro used for the closure are not as nice as they could be. Overall, for the price I guess they're not all bad, but they sure could be better.

A canon T2i would definitely fit in with one lens.. but no space for anything else.. Also dont trust too much on the shoulder strap.It came loose two times already.. I am getting a better one soon

Nice product and price. I was looking for something tht can carry cables etc too. This bag with front pocket and then one hidden back pocket is perfect for SLR. If no SLR can be used for small travel bag, carrying passport etc.
