EDIT: After placing the review below I was contacted by the company that is selling this through Amazon and I was given a refund for my purchase. I have been using the bag now for a couple weeks and I am actually liking it. I still don't like that what is listed is not what you get but the bag is pretty nice. Since I do feel bad that I am still using this after getting a refund, I am going to order another product from the company as a show of support for their quick response.
This product is not as advertised. This is advertised as a Koolertron bag and this is just a chinese knockoff. While the bag itself isn't half bad, this should not be offered for sale on Amazon if the listing is inaccurate and the customer will be purchasing an inferior product. Sure, I contacted customer support and i was offered a shipping label to return the bag. I can do that, sure. But what should happen is this item be taken off of Amazon until the listing isn't just a bait and switch and at least half of your purchase price should be refunded.

The bag itself is not bad at all. The make and structure of the bag seem to be well put together. However I feel pretty misled given the description of the bag states it is a KOOLERTRON and it is not, it is a chinese dupe of the bag I thought I was ordering. I assumed given that the order was fullfilled by Amazon this wouldn't be something i had to worry about, which I why I order from here and not ebay. We are Amazon Prime customers and order litterally every month, I'm sad to say even though the bad itself is nice, the bait and switch was disapointing....

Misleading advertising, bag is not a koolertron. It says backpacker on the label. Don't know why it is being sold as a koolerton. Not all that troubled by the mislabeling. It is a very large bag, not really well made I wouldn't trust zipper and trim for a long journey or photo safari, but looks like it will be OK to drag 2 small cameras and some lenses to work and back in my car. Appears to be missing 1 large divider insert.

This bag is advertised as a Koolertron but it is not, it is according the label a Backpacker. Amazon should bann this seller because of missleading advetisement. The bag itself is not bad but i expected somthing more for this price and not a cheap knockoff where they can not even copy the nameplate. thanks for tricking me.

I was really disappointed with this bag. I had done my research and thought I was ordering a koolertron bag. The bag I was sent, although very similar, was cheaply made. The faux leather on the bag started to rip the first time I used it. The canvas is decently made. The bag itself is huge. I read the description, but did not expect a bag that big. This swallows my laptop, Dslr, three lenses a mini tripod and an external flash with so much room left for more. I will probably not order from this seller again just because I feel like I was being cheated. If you are not going to sell a koolertron bag, but rather a look-a-like you should not be selling it for the price of a koolertron.
