I just returned from a trip to the Amazon in Colombia and I took this bag with 5 lenses (2 small, 2 large and one fit in a Nikon D90) in addition to a flash and they all fit inside perfectly. However, the bag was too heavy and bulky to carry in the jungle so I couldn't take it around especially when it's full.
The bag fits all camera necessary accessories as well (filters, adapters to the filters, additional battery, cords, a recharger, memory cards, etc). It can fit in any size of planes in the cabin without any problem.
In order to deal with the heavy weight to carry this bag from and to the airport when it's full, I bought for it the Kata INSERTROLLEY Trolley with expandable wheel base and it worked perfectly on it. The only problem with this trolley is that you have to take off the bag and fold it in order to fit in the plane cabin.
Summary: this bag is amazing if you want to carry a small bag that fits all your photo gear. If the weight (when it's full) and size are not a problem for you, then just get it!

This bag primary storage is excellent. I can fit 1 camera, 6 medium size lenses (1 mounted), 1 extender, 2 extension tubes, and my light meter all comfortably in the primary storage area. That area is divided by padded dividers. I have my bag divided to 5 sections with some items stacked with divider sandwiched in between. It makes pulling lower items a little harder but that is where I have my less used items such as extender and extension tubes stored usually.I would say the size and storage capacity of this bag leaves nothing more to be desired. In fact, I would go as far as saying you don't want anything bigger for a shoulder bag because otherwise the bag will be too bulky, heavy, and the design too deep to be practical. Plus fitting something bigger to the top will weight down the bag to the point of making it hard on the shoulder.
The one area where this bag leaves something to be desired is the accessory storage area such as pockets and pouches. In fact this bag does not include covered pouches, just mainly pockets sewed into the main body of the bag. That is the problem since those smaller storage areas were not designed to act as separate compartments (just sewed on) they can't carry much. I had a hard time fitting my accessories including three filters, charger, extra battery, cables, caps, and few other misc items. In fact I had to remove all my B+W 77mm filters from their clear plastic shells to fit them in the bag. That's really disappointing especially considering that my factory supplied, but smaller, canon bag had better accessories pockets that could accommodate all accessories much easier.
Overall the bag primary storage area is roomy and well padded. The construction material is typical Lowepro high quality. The strap is well padded and comfortable to wear. The only downside is the accessories pockets; they simply are not up to the level of the rest of the bag.

Great Bag for all my Accessories when traveling, not so good if I just want to go out for the day at the park or so...Honest reviews on Lowepro Nova 200 AW Camera Bag - Black
I planned to buy a new camera and two new lenses. I loved my current Lowepro bag so I called the company and asked for a recommendation. This bag was it. I carry a Nikon DSLR, four lenses, recharger, extra batteries, the usual junk (cleaners, cables, etc.) and a good deal of the camera and lens documentation. It all fits and it's all easy to get at. I hadn't realized on my original Lowepro that there was a built-in "raincoat" for the bag that comes out of a compartment on the bottom. There's one on this bag too. I've never used it but could imagine that it would be useful and valuable in many situations. If this isn't the right-sized bag for you, I'd suggest that you consider another one in the Lowepro inventory. They all seem to be made well and the space is well organized. This update is entered on 08/05/2012. It is in response to a review expressing an opinion that there was not enough accessory space in this bag. I thought it might be instructive to list what is in my bag and let you judge the amount of capacity available.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! There are several pockets/storage areas that I haven't used yet. The total current weight is between 12 and 13 pounds. That's enough weight for anybody except those brave souls who buy 300-600mm f/2.8 telephotos. In other words, this bag will carry as much as you are willing to carry unless you are in training for the next Olympics.
