It perfectly fits my Sony DSLT with the kit lens + 2 additional lenses + external flash + Vanguard 264AT tripod + Vanguard pistol grip bullhead + Joby Focus / Ballhead-X
I compared it to the Vanguard UP-rise 43 and although that is a solid backpack i liked the design of this one better and it's more versatile as it could interchange between backpack and sling pack

I was looking for a compact back-pack for my DSLR and accessories and after considering various options I ended up getting this. Here is my quick summary of this bag after a few days of use:PRO:
1. Excellent styling and design the back pack looks great and is very well constructed and feels comfortable. Also the camera access is very convenient while also being secure.
2. Multiple carrying options It can be used as a back pack or converted to a sling. I prefer the sling option since it is easier to access the camera.
3. Right size It isn't too massive and yet has plenty of space for all your camera accessories and other personal items.
4. Flexible interior space It has velcro based dividers that can be positioned for different types of usage.
5. Balance the bag is well balanced and stands up when placed on the ground.
CONS:
I do have a few minor issues with the bag:
1. No way to orient the space to carry an iPad (which I use to transfer my pictures and upload). I have tried all options and there is no way to slide in an iPad. They could have made a small sleeve for a small notebook or tablet.
2. Front zipper pocket is useless. There is no space to put anything in there without it being crushed.
3. Top compartment is not adjustable. While the space in the bottom is adjustable using the velcro dividers the top pocket is not. In my case too much space is wasted in there for just memory cards and battery. If this were adjustable I could easily slide in a tablet or notebook or eReader, or even use as a regular back pack if needed.
4. Not suitable to be used as a regular back pack if needed I wish this could replace my regular back pack if needed, but it is a dedicated camera bag and designed to specialize in that function.
Overall I am happy. I have a Thule back pack that I use for everyday use and this when I take my DSLR. Of the two, IF the Thule had a camera storage area it would clearly be the better back pack. However, all things considered Sony with a little effort could have made this a great back up. But not allowing you to bring an eReader, or Tablet or small Notebook in here makes it an expensive buy for most people.
