A case has all but one purpose: protect the contents inside. And this one does the job. My camera is nice and snug inside, and the inside mesh pocket holds one extra battery (needed for this camera) and still zips closed. Very happy with this purchase, and the carabiner is extremely useful in that I can hang the case from a belt loop when I'm out in the woods with my dogs.

Handy case for carrying my new camera. There is a similar version at a discount retailer; however, this one has some padding built into the case. I'm pleasedespecially for the cost. Working very well and enough room for a spare battery and an SD card.
