I just received my TLZ2 today, and have been trying to fit all my gear in it. At first sight, it was much larger than I imagined. The front pocket is GIANT and fits a smallish lens (Canon 10-22) quite easily. For the price, it is a very solid bag. I bought it because I will be backpack travelling through Europe this summer, and I wanted a bag that allowed easy access to my camera while on foot, with the possibility of an extra lens plus some accessories. I think I made the right choice.
I can fairly easily fit the following gear into the bag, even with a bit of extra room:
40D with 24-105mm attached with lens hood on backwards
10-22mm (outside pocket) with lens hood detached (under the 24-105)
Extra battery and charger (on bottom of bag)
Cleaning kit including brush, spray and cloth (on elastic loops inside)
B + W Polarizer in the plastic case that it came with (inner pocket)
Extra memory card (inner pocket)
Canon wired remote (outside pocket)
One thing about the bag that is weird is the reverse zipper to the main compartment. It makes opening the bag when it's around your shoulder pretty awkward. Also, for those of you with battery grips or full-sized bodies, I can't imagine them fitting.

Have had this bag for a few years. Has held up well to a lot of tossing around. The top load feature is great. Have had more than one occasion where camera was in bag but photo opportunity came up, and was able to whip out the camera pretty fast. Only thing I can think of is I wish the front pocket was a little larger, but other than that, it's been a great little bag.Best Deals for Lowepro Topload Zoom 2 Camera Bag - Green
I've had this bag for about a year, and I use it more than my other bags. I only use a backpack if I know I'm going to have a safe place to put it down which isn't that often. I do a lot of event photography and spend a lot of time outdoors, so it's essential that the bag be durable and it is so far, no seams coming out of place, or tears. It's fairly water resistant, so you don't have to worry very much about rain, though I doubt it would hold up well if the bag fell into water and you weren't immediately able to retrieve it it's a good thing I have no personal experience with this yet! It's sufficiently well padded, perhaps about a half inch, and I don't take too many precautions when putting it down. It fits my 40D (no grip) with 24-70 lens perfectly. I store my extra CF cards in the inside top pouch, which is completely waterproof, and my other small essentials in the larger outside pouch, which can easier fit my cell phone, IDs, keys, and extra battery and charger.
Actually, however, I usually use this bag precisely because I don't want it to carry around a camera body. The bag also fits my 70-200 2.8 IS and 50mm 1.4, but without the body attached. It's convenient to have one camera around my neck, and use to bag to quickly switch out lenses.
If you're traveling in a region where you're afraid your gear might get stolen, this bag is also perfect. If you're not trying for some serious photography, take a single lens + body combo and keep it in the bag. You can use a wrist strap as an additional way to keep the camera attached to you at all times, and hold on the handle on the top. Obviously a bag this shape is holding a nice camera inside, but I doubt anyone would be able to grab it off your shoulder if you were also connected to it in two other places.
I have prettier, more expensive bags, but not ones that are more useful.

I'm not sure about the 2 camera description for this bag, I got it because I've a telephoto and a shorter lense and didn't want two bag's for one camera when I switch lenses. With my EF 70-300mm lense on my 400D XTi it fit's great. Just right. I've also a Cannon ET-65B hood but you'll have to turn it around. Still fits fine. Figure the inside depth at a maximum 9 1/2" for your cam and telephoto on. It's got a strap that go's with, a wide belt loop and a nice wide handle on the lid. A zippered lid and I'm not real sure about how water proof they are. Theres a little 3"x6" pouch inside the lid. Theres also a 4"x4" loose pad and I use that to lay over the cam's LCD. Good value for the price. It's not junk!Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Lowepro Topload Zoom 2 Camera Bag - Green
This bag it great for carrying around my D300 with 24-70 combo. Won't fit with the hood installed; that must be stowed in inverted position. Also, I'm guessing that this bag wouldn't work with a grip. But, this is the bag I use to carry the camera around because it's not bulky and offers protection for my setup.I also have the TLZ1 which is great for the D300 and 18-200 (or anything smaller) but that wouldn't fit the 24-70 lens.
