Stiff enough to protect the camera in my purse. Not enough extra room for the lanyard, but the two-zipper feature allows me to keep the lanyard on the camera and let it hang outside the case.

This is an outstanding padded hard shell case for the camera it was intended for. Everything is a custom fit. The camera snugs into one side and is strapped in (Velcro) to keep from accidentally falling out when the case is opened. The other side holds extra batteries and memory cards. The clip for your belt/purse is substantial, as is the double-slide zipper. It's available in a host of colors, but I chose the blue, which is excellent (matches my eyes). My wife loves this camera and the case, and it goes everywhere with her. The function choices are easy to select from a icon menu. The only drawback? The function buttons are tiny and you have to memorize what they're for through trial and error. Nothing bad happens if you push the wrong button, though. You have to try really hard to make an inadvertent error. As a case for you Exilim Ex-s10, this is an excellent choice.

I absolutely love this camera case! My camera fits perfectly, it's small enough to carry in my purse yet durable enough to protect it while it's in there being tossed around. I have 2 small kids and it's definitely been put to the test and still looks like new.
