The unique brown tripod case shown here is not what was shipped. I got a black one. Amazon should do a better job with this kind of stuff as it's not the first time this has happened to me.
On the case: this one purchased is a replacement to one that I had for 6 years which was lost by Delta Airlines in route to Tunis, Tunisia. This case is fairly light, good pockets for storing stuff-my cloths even; when traveling extra light. The material is water resistant. And while there are other PB cases that are more protective, I never had a problem keeping my sticks shielded with this "quick bag" when traveling.

Great carry bag, comfortable leather covered hanguing wrap, high quality materials and have lots of space to carry everything.I use it to carry my photo Tripods and monopod and have a lot of space to carry more lighting stuff.
