My wife calls me the Imelda Marcos of camera bags. I have so many cluttering ManLand because I could not find the perfect bag. Then I saw this one in a local camera store. It has everything I need for my sometimes extensive business travel space for my laptop, work papers, my iPad, and for my camera(s) and lenses. A famous photographer once stated, "I always carry a camera with me. It's hard to shoot photographs without it." That's me I have a camera with me at all times, even commuting to and from work. This bag makes it easy with the 12 padded sections in the main compartment. I've customized it to be able to carry my Nikon D300s, it's battery pack, three lenses, My filter pouch and step down adapter rings, and a wireless remote shutter release. Now I carry everything in one bag and it is compact enough to fit in the overhead bins on planes. Remember that local camera store I mentioned? They were asking well over $350 for this bag. Glad I waited to shop online I paid a little over $200 on Amazon. Now I can advertise my Tamracs and National Geographic bags on eBay!!!

This Pelican soft case seems very sturdy and should last for years to come. I wanted black but was oh surprised of how handsome the forrest green with leather trim looks. Plus everybody has black :0).

It has enough room for my camera, lenses and accessories with room to grow and I can slip the laptop in with no problems.

Over all a great buy.

Love this bag. I can safely carry what ever camera gear I want for a business trip and my laptop and business paper. Great for carry on. I have this bag from cost to cost and Europe. I have brought big lenses and film and digital bodies. No problems at all, much pbetter than the large Lowe Pro back back that I was using.

Very good construction quality. I like the way it is easily configurable to one's needs. No complaints so far. I almost bought it from a local photography store, but thought I'd better check on-line first. Very glad I did. I literally paid half of what they were asking.
