As soon as I received this bag'g big brother, the 5263, I saw it was in no way built to be a "carry on" way too big and cumbersome. I immediately returned it and bought this one and haven't looked back since. I've used it to pack my camera, four lenses, iPad, 13" Mac Book Air, various chargers, flash, etc. with no problems. It fits under the seat of even the smallest regional jet. It is well built and the handle and wheels make it easy to haul between terminals, the car, and anywhere you have relatively flat ground.

I have used other Tamrac products in the past, one of which I took with me on my safari to the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. It worked great. Although I just received the 5261, it is of the same quality and I will be using it next month on my vacation. It is a little pricy; However, I wouldn't have anything else.WeelieY.
