I'm keeping them anyway. My new camera did not indicate if the lenses came with lens bags. Turns out the telephoto one did; however, I didn't like the rubbery feel of it. I liked these much better. More padded, too. Fits the Nikon kit 55-300mm lens that comes with the D5100.

These bags are very high quality. Materials are thick, finishes (stitches) are very good; I feel sufficient to protect my expensive Nikkor lenses. They are actually better than some of the original Nikon bags that come with some Nikkor lenses. My only own-shortfall was that I did not account for lens hoods when I looked the dimensions of these bags. On some of my lenses, the hoods are either too big or just snugly fit. But overall, highly recommended.
