I've used this bag cross country skiing this season. The bag looks great and has plenty of room for my camera and accessories with room for trail mix and water. Getting to the camera is easy and fairly quick just like I wanted in the sling bag. The big drawback is that packed light or heavy the bag drags on my right shoulder. Because of the way it is constructed you can't switch shoulders when it begins to bother you. The last few times I skiied for two hours, two fingers on my right hand got numb. I've adjusted the straps to try and take weight off my shoulder but it hasn't made a difference yet.

A terrific daypack for the professional or amateur photographer. With the single strap you don't have to remove the pack to reach your camera equipment. Lots of space and even a rain cover attached. I also love that it's not black. Great for visibility when hiking.

I needed a bag to carry an extra battery and SD card, water bottle, phone, wallet, and a few extras. All of this had to fit in and be protected from the elements while gaining easy access to the camera quickly. I purchased this bag for the Miami boat show where I'd be walking all day, taking my camera in and out often, and staying hydrated. The largest benefit of this bag besides efficiently succeeding at the previous lists is that all of this can be accomplished with maximum protection from the rain. The first night we went to Miami it rained the entire day and night. I was able to, with the backpack still on, pull out the rain cover quickly and place over the entire bag in less than 10 seconds. I watched another gentleman have to put his bag on the ground, pull out the cover and get help from two others to get the rain cover secured around his pack. The Sport 100 was one of the best additions to the trip. This camera bag is highly recomended for anyone on the go needing to carry the essentials with quick access to their camera when the opportunity presents itself.

I love this pack. It holds my nikon D7000 perfect with enough room for several other lenses and a jacket or some other gear. It is very well built, just like my Osprey camping backpack. It comes with a waterproof bag that unfolds out of the bottom. I know it is expensive but this time you get what you pay for. All of the great packs in the world are expensive and that has to do with the awesome construction and materials. This sling is small, but that is exactly what I needed. The dimensions that they give on the description are correct.
