Best Macbeth Collection MB-NC2BD Neoprene Camera Case (Barritz Micro Deals
Not the highest quality, but pretty good, and better than expected for the price. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a simple camera case and doesn't want to spend a lot on it.

THis bag is fairly large. It holds our Sony HXR NX70u Video camera and has lots of room for accessories. The bag has a structured side so it is easy to get things in and out . It is also very well padded. The structured sides do make it awkward to carry but it is a trade off for having a good sturdy bag. I only wish it had some side pockets. All things considered It is worth the money.
Estoy muy contento con el producto adquirirdo. Una maleta de tranporte para mi cámara muy robusta y espaciosa.

Nice looking camera case...fabric is great;tough but not rough. The color,a brown/copper color is pleasing to the eyes.Long strap is provided for shoulder carrying, built in handle on lid that opens case..not a problem because I lay case on back to open which is perfect for removing camera..solid secure grip on camera...no slipping out of hand.Pocket in front that easily holds extra battery, extra memory cards...not a huge pocket ,but more than adequate for my needs.Compact enough to easily hide in car with jacket or what ever tossed over it to hide from prying eyes.Very pleased with product..also , zippers are well made.My Fujifilm HS30 with lens sunshade attached fits nicely, secure .Best Deals for Tamrac 5716 Evolution Zoom 16 (Brown/Tan)

This bag is small, small, small! But that said, It is a comfortable cabin for my Fuji XE-1 with its kit zoom on top of my 14mm Fuji lens. There is also room for three spare batteries, body cap, a Rugby team of cards and my aftermarket charger; the front and rear pockets are as yet unused,( but I have checked that the camera manual fits comfortably in the front one, along with my passport), and the Rugby scrum of cards has now occupied the flap pocket. I wonder if I'll be able to jam in my as yet un-purchased Fuji 100-200mm zoom! I need another one for the X-100! Looking at it a day later, in the cold sober light of day, I can see that the zoom, in a soft bag or a Domke Wrap, will easily lie on top of the camera. Perfect! And my wife put the good housekeeping seal of approval on it when she said, "What a lovely little bag!"
I didn't know much about rugged wear. So before I would send it back I looked it up. From what I've read it is better for all-weather than the simple duck canvas that domke makes.
After deciding to keep it. I went out to test it on a rainy soon after. It worked like a champ.
All my equipment inside stayed dry even when I didn't clasp down the top flap. Absolutely love it.
Only reason I put four stars is that I wish it was a tad larger in the center pocket. But it fits perfect for a day trip around town or a walk in the park.
In the other 1/3 compartment I put the 45-150 and 14 lens.
There additional side , front and rear pockets for all the other staff (batteries, cables, cards etc.)
The build quality is great, and I like its look, which is more casual and not like the traditional black camera bag.
In regard to buying from J&R Music and Computer World: The bag they ship is NOT the brown Ruggedwear bag! The bag they will sell you is the olive green bag. Note, it is still a good bag--I own that one also--but they have incorrectly labeled the item that they are selling.

I originally ordered this in sand color. Since I have another Domke bag in the sand color and love it. I figured I'd get it in the same color. Best Kroo Camera Case for Panasonic Lumix DMC Series + Screen Protector Deals
This case does protect my camera, and I do like the velcro straps that hold the camera in place. However, the zipper is already seperating after a few months. I just have to be careful with it to make sure it zips.
Otherwise it's a nice case, seems well made, internal strap and mesh pocket. The five stars are for the quality of the product.

Well there are 2 sizes here, big one and the slim one. I bought both, one for me and one for my sweetheart. I took the slim one as it only fits the camera and some memory card at the mesh pocket. But my husband love the big one because he can put other stuff like cable in there. Overall good purchase. Loving it.Best Deals for Kroo Camera Case for Panasonic Lumix DMC Series + Screen Protector
This is well made, nice case and suitable with the Panasonic DMC-TS2 rugged point and shoot camera IF you don't use the silicone sleeve that comes with the camera. It's a snug fit without the silicone sleeve, but suitable. No room for anything else though and even the wrist strap has to be forced. The zipper won't close with the sleeve on the camera.Otherwise it's a nice case, seems well made, internal strap and mesh pocket. The five stars are for the quality of the product.

this case really sucks. the zip around feature is really inconvenient as it makes it extremelly easy for the camera to fall out and the zipper also gets stuck on the corners, making it difficult to open and close. the quality of the case also feels very cheap and worthlessFind helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Kroo Camera Case for Panasonic Lumix DMC Series + Screen Protector

Buy Riva 7023 (PU) Digital Case green (flowers) 12/96
I purchased a green Sony point and shoot digital camera and it fits perfectly in this case. The colors of green between my camera and this case are nearly identical. I like the long strap because I can wear it around my neck if needed. The strap clips on so it can be changed for a smaller strap.

Sturdy Camera case and its girly green. A great gift for girly girl who dosen't like pink. This also protects the camera you bought to go with it so you won't have to buy another one soon.Honest reviews on Riva 7023 (PU) Digital Case green (flowers) 12/96
I bought this case for my green Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-W530 (the color was a perfect match) and I was surprised to find a few little extra perks to this case once opening the package. First, it comes with an adjustable lanyard that attaches to the back of the case so you can wear it around your neck or across your chest/over shoulder. The interior of the case is a soft velour type material and it also includes a little inside pocket that is the perfect size to store an extra battery and an extra SD card (I was able to put both into mine and still zip it closed). My Sony Cyber-Shot fit perfectly inside without being too snug or too loose inside the case. The case is also constructed quite well and is slightly hard to protect the camera from bumps. All in all, I highly recommend this case or the brand for that matter as all their cases are priced at a great value considering all the little extras tucked inside!Friday, September 19, 2014

Lowepro Toploader Pro 65 AW Review

I have so many camera bags in my possession right now that I actually think I've beaten my girlfriend's stash of bags and purses. Each bag I have has a significant purpose for the things I do in life. Whether it be for a long trip overseas or an in studio photo session, each bag does it's job. I needed a bag that wasn't a backpack, a suitcase or even "a typical camera bag." Something that could lug around my Canon 5D mated with a 70-200 Telephoto lens and battery grip. I accidentally purchased the Topload Zoom AW thinking that's the one I needed. Apparently it's not modeled for a Camera with Battery Grip, so I returned it and picked up the Toploader Pro 75 AW. (Please be careful when selecting one of the 7 TopLoad bags that Lowepro has to offer.
The Toploader Pro 75 AW fits my Canon 5D (Series 1) with Battery Grip and Strap just about right. It's a little tight with no room to move, but after adjusting the removable foam pads around, I can say that the fit is almost perfect. I can have my 70-200 2.8 mounted to the body with the grip or my 17-40 with no problem. I just recently purchased the Lens Case LC 1 and LC 2 to take advantage of Lowepro's Sliplock System with this Bag. The Oblong shape is what I really like about this bag. I'm a skinny dude, 5'8 and the bag seems to rest just right around my hip and down my side. My Speedlite with in it's case fits comfy in the front pocket and the open pocket on the other side is nice enough to put little nick'nacks in as well. Overall, I'm very happy with this bag and with my purchase directly from Amazon. Do try to go to a camera shop and check one out for yourself to make sure it's the right fit for you before order. It will save you a lot of time. Thanks
READ OTHER REVIEWS CAREFULLY. Look at what the reviewer actually was describing. Several of the "most helpful" were actually for the Zoom AW models (not the *Pro* AW, which are more expensive, better padding, better materials, more attachment options). It seems like an Amazon problem; I think the reviews sometimes get incorrectly attached to a product "family," even to distant relatives on the family tree.
Other reviews of *this bag* are pretty much on the money: well built, well padded, nice expanding accessory pockets, good zippers, good stitching, lots of attachment/carrying options. I own both a Zoom 50 AW (consumer grade/price) and this Pro 75 AW (pro grade/price). The Pro is worth the price premium to me because of the additional protection offered to my gear while hiking and Nordic skiing (with seemingly no weight penalty). The only negative is that the rain cover is relatively complicated (compared to the Zoom AW). The Zoom AW is as simple as a shower cap; but, it has to be removed in order to access your camera. The Pro AW rain cover is much trickier to get on the bag, but allows access to the main compartment while it is still in place (though the accessory pockets are inaccessible). Neither cover is effective in heavy rain; but, they are both very helpful to me as extra protection from light rain or snow (in wetter conditions, I put my gear in heavy duty Ziploc bags inside the Lowepro).
I'm impressed enough that Lowepro will be tops on my list for my next bag purchase.
PROS:
Long enough to fit a Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6L IS USM Telephoto Zoom Lens while attached to a Canon T1i camera (with the sun shade on the lens in the flipped around packed position).
Velcro divider that can separate two smaller lenses.
Lid has a zippered compartment with a protective triangle of fabric to tuck the zipper pull behind to not scratch the camera. (See note on camera lid in cons below.)
Loops on exterior webbing (possible use for slipping a small travel tripod through).
D-rings on top strap and more importantly on the bottom of this long bag can be used to keep the bag from flopping around while walking.
Handy rain cover for the bag that is attached to the bag and tucks neatly in the flap located at the back of the bag.
Belt loop attachment.
Carrying handle is sturdy and comfortable in the hand.
CONS:
The lid could be made out of a soft fabric versus nylon which would provide a softer surface as it does touch the camera screen. A thick micro fiber type fabric would be nice.
Exterior zippered compartment could be used for a flash unit if the compartment were padded.
This case would have received 4 stars if it had more padding in the bottom of the bag to protect the lens.

Honest reviews on Lowepro Toploader Pro 65 AW
I ordered the 55 AW for my D5100 with 70-300 VR zoom lens and hood attached, but it fell over 1 inch short of fitting, with hood in shooting position. When I reversed the hood, it barely fit; but the hood's outter edge snagged on the lower seams of the velcro that is sewn halfway down inside (for a divider), while trying to pull it back out of the case. It was frustrating to get it back out once, and I did not put it back in again; I was afraid I would break my hood or tear up the lens/camera trying to get it out. The padding is also thin on the 55 model, and does not seem adequate enough for the safety of my equipment, when wilderness hiking. However, I just got the PRO 75 AW, and it is perfect!!! Much better built in terms of padding and pockets; it holds my camera with battery grip, 70-300mm zoom lens attached and hood on, in shooting position. And it also holds my 18-55 wide angle zoom in the upper compartment in front, and extra batteries and a micro cloth in the lower. It came with both chest harness and padded shoulder strap, and is exactly what I needed for trail photography; I LOVE IT!!! For whatever reason, Amazon would not let me review the PRO 75, saying I had already reviewed it, and asked if I wanted to edit. When I clicked the link, it brought me here, to my review of the 55 AW, so I edited. The 4 stars is for the PRO 75; I originally only gave the 55 AW a 3 star rating, and that was being generous.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Lowepro Toploader Pro 65 AW
I am using this holster with a Canon 50D w/ a battery grip and a 70-200 f2.8. The camera and lens fit great even with the lens hood inverted. I bought some time ago and it has been through a lot, but is reliable and tough. It keeps the camera safe with an internal velcro strap that wraps around the camera to keep it from being jostled. I have a new Olympus OMD-EM5 camera. With the kit lens (12-50mm) on the camera and the in the bag with then lens pointed down, there is room enough for 2 more micro-4/3rds lenses too. There are many pockets & slots where I store things like filters, cleaning cloths, a mini-tripod, and the cable to connect to the computer. The zippered top flap is great for access to the inside of the bag without having to release the top flap straps. The bag is well made and should last a long time. The first time I used it was on a rainy day and it kept my camera safe & dry.Honest reviews on Tenba Messenger Camera Bag
Very well constructed.Heavy duty fabric. The top zippered opening is of limited value.Practially,it is too small to serve any purpose .One will not use this opening to pull out large camera..I wish that interior were a bit larger.A full frame camera with med zoom along with two more lenses will fit......very tight squeeze. The shoulder stap is a little too bulky.....Tuesday, July 8, 2014

A sturdy compact close fitting case that will protect our Nikon S510 camera in case of a fall. It has a loop to carry it on your belt and uses magnets to keep the flap closed (they seem to work pretty good.) Unfortunately it does not have slots for a spare chip and battery. However, we use the belt loop to hold the spare battery.
Did I mention this is a LEATHER case...good! and also, it comes in an original Nikon case, for the price I tough it was made by some other company...even better!
