I really like the color of my slim case. The size is quite compatible with pockets, so it is easy to carry. The only glitch is that the zipper sticks on one end. Otherwise, I am pleased overall with slim case.

This is a great little bag for my daughter's camera. When you open it up, it was a mesh pocket on one side and a velcro strap on the other. It keeps the camera very secure and in place. However, from the first time she used it, the zipper didn't work. There are two zippers and one works and one doesn't. It is very annoying and I'm hoping the company will send me a new one because I do like the case. Just the zipper never worked quite right.

Reviews of Case Logic QPB-51 High Zoom Camera/Camcorder Case (Black /Grey)

Case Logic QPB-51 High Zoom Camera/Camcorder Case
Customer Ratings: 5 stars

First of all, I must say that I did not purchase this little bag for a camcorder. I wanted something kind of smallish to put my digital camera in for when I don't want to take my huge bag with everything in it. I just wanted to be able to take my camera and a couple of small things, but have it protected.

This is perfect for my Sony DSC-H50, which fits exactly in the pull out drawer of the front compartment (in a lens up position). I can put my adapter in with the camera if I remove it and lay it, upside down, over the lens area of the camera.

There is another zip-around compartment on the other side where you can put little flatish things like your camera remote (one pocket is the perfect size), lens cloth, and I put my Sony M-3358 close up lens with the ring adapter back there very snugly so that nothing is rattling around since the back compartment is somewhat narrow.

For my purpose, this is a great size second bag that allows me to take off with just the camera, on days I don't need to take all my lenses and other equipment, and have it perfectly protected. It is sort of a semi-hard shell case and the interior is adequately padded. I love the top handle because I wouldn't really use the shoulder strap (that is included) with a small bag such as this.

I bought this for my JVC Everio GZ-MG330 HD camcorder. In the main compartment -and it's very handy the way it kind of rocks forward -is my camcorder and my Canon PowerShot SD850IS (in a very small hard-shell case of its own). In the back compartment I was able to fit: the camcorder's AC adaptor, remote control and USB cable PLUS my PowerShot's battery charger and extra SD card. The shoulder strap is plenty long and the molded outside of the bag gives me a lot of confidence that my precious electronics will stay safe. If I had to find one little thing wrong with it, it's that I would have prefered the back compartment to also have two zipper pulls that meet in the center. It has only one, which certainly doesn't affect its functionality.

Three things make this the best bag for the Canon VIXIA HF10 (or HF11 or HF20, and even the slightly larger HFS10, etc., though I'm not sure about their HDV line, such as the HV40):

1. It fits everything! There are two separate compartments. One that opens up and has a snug "basket" that the camcorder fits in perfectly, even leaving room for Canon's external mike (I have that in a smaller case, to protect it from scraping against the camera). Another that has little pockets for the remote, for extra SDHC cards, and an extra battery, and even has room for the plug. It all fits in there snug and safe, and I like the fact that there isn't a lot of extra room for things to jostle around in there.

2. It's both compact AND solid. The case is hard, not like metal but not like fabric either. It is soft inside but fairly solid on the outside and that gives my expensive gear an extra layer of protection. Once again, I love the fact that this is compact I paid a premium for a compact camcorder and don't want to lug it around in a big bag. Carrying this thing around my shoulder just doesn't feel like "lugging," and I like that!

3. You can't get anything comparable in this price range, and I've looked around quite a bit. In fact, I haven't found a better bag for just what I need to carry along with my Canon Vixia line camcorder in ANY price range.

Highly recommended. I'm always pleased by Case Logic's bags, but this one (that I just happened to find) does EXACTLY what I needed it for.

Honest reviews on Case Logic QPB-51 High Zoom Camera/Camcorder Case (Black /Grey)

I really like this case...but I should've got a bigger one. I purchased this case to use with a Canon SX20 and it fits everything, but its a tight fit. But that's my fault, however I really wish the Amazon description clearly stated the dimensions of the typical camera this case was designed for.

The case itself is well designed with durable fabrics and construction. One side of the case holds the camera within a padded pocket, the other side contains three zippered mesh pockets, plus two canvas pockets for organizing cables and other small gear.

I really like the case and recommend it and the other similar Case Logic cases, just make sure you take the time to get one that is the correct size for your camera and gear.

I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7 mid-size digital camera and wanted a good camera case for it. This case ended up being the perfect fit for my camera with an accessory pocket that had just enough room for extra batteries, charger, memory cards, lens cleaner, etc. More positive points about this case are: excellent construction and protective padding, quick and easy access, and no unneccesary features. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Bought this to go along with the XF1 as a grad gift. Looked pretty good coming out of the box, but then: horrors! The only thing moving part that had to work, couldn't work. The little clasp was misaligned just enough that the tab could never raise up enough to lock down the strap. Not adjustable. Not usable. Will be returned tonight....

the buckle doesn't work properly, the price is ok, but after all, it's not very useful because of the buckle.

Best Deals for Fujifilm XF1 Binocular Camera Case (Red)

I couldn't tell from the description, but this is not a Fuji product. The case seems to be real leather; I'm not sure about the strap. It's a good accessory for our brown XF1 (also from Amazon). It fits well and offers protection for the camera.

Like most photo accessories, it's horribly over-priced.

Honest reviews on Fujifilm XF1 Binocular Camera Case (Red)

The buckle of the case does not lock. When the case lid is pushed down the buckle clicks and seems to lock. But when the pressure is removed, it slips out and automatically unlocks. If I use it as is, I risk losing the camera inside, because the case would opens by itself and the camera could fall out of the case. The case is also too thick, while the height and length are perfect. The inside space is about 1-7/8 inches thick. There is still about 1/2 inches of space left behind the camera when the camera is inserted into the case. This case is poorly designed. Such a small camera does not need such a bulky case. Returned for replacement.

Update: Replacement received. The buckle problem still exists. And this time the case even came with a matching cardboard box. It seems to hint that the first one was a returned unit. This time return it for good.

The case is well made but the camera fits so tight that there is not even enough room for an extra battery or memory card. They should have made it 3/4 inch bigger.

Kodak Easyshare Z812IS 8.2MP Digital Camera with 12x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom This Tamrac camera bag is a nice fit for my Kodak EasyShare Camera. The camera fits in snug and has an external zip pocket for memory cards and extra batteries. We recently used this camera bag for our camera on vacation and it worked out fine for carrying the essentials on our journey. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants their camera well protected and handy over the shoulder for easy access for those pictures you don't want to miss.

The Tamrac digital camera bag is preciselly what I was looking for, not to big to carry around but with sufficient space to take my Canon Camera, battery charges with two additional batteries, space for spare sd card and a very convenient wrap for the shoulder.

The Camera bag arrived promptly a few days after I ordered it. It was NIB as stated. I have several Tamrac Bags and I found them to be Excellent. I ordered this model for a Nikon P 80. The camera fits real snug in the case. The first time I tried to coax the camera into the case I thought it absorbed some of the calories from my double cheese burger. It went in but it was tighter than jeans going on right out of a dryer. After a few days the case streached a Hair and its easier to put in. I thought the padding could be a little thicker all around( on the outside) Thanks Corbs

Crumpler Mild Enthusiast Camera Bag (L) ME3001-X01G60 Black

I received the package right on time, actually 1 day earlier than quoted. The bag is well built in typical Crumpler fashion, the padding and inlay separators are plush and lint free and the Velcro is surprisingly strong. Might be worth mentioning that the way they adhere inside the bag gives them a conical shape rather than an absolute even separator wall, not very evident from the uploaded photos. This might hinder the above 70 Diameter lenses since it might be a little tight to get them to bottom out in the bag (although this is only in the vertical position, lens down)

There is ample space, surprising for a "non pro" category bag. I managed to fit in the following with relative ease and with space to spare:

Lens Barrel/horizontal position Canon Digital Rebel XTi 10.1MP Digital SLR Camera (Black Body Only) with Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 AT-X116 Pro DX Digital Zoom Lens (for Canon EOS Cameras) mounted (would have fit in with the lens hood attached and ready if it wasn't for the conical inlay mentioned above).

Lens down/vertical position Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di II LD Aspherical (IF) Macro Zoom Lens with Built In Motor for Nikon Digital SLR

Extra battery for Canon EOS Rebel T3 12.2 MP CMOS Digital SLR with 18-55mm IS II Lens and EOS HD Movie Mode (Black) (Not battery grip, just battery)

Battery charger for Canon EOS Rebel T3 12.2 MP CMOS Digital SLR with 18-55mm IS II Lens and EOS HD Movie Mode (Black)

one Tamrac 5329 Folding Filter Wallet. Holds Up To 8 Filters Up To 82mm In Size with 8 72 dis lens filters loaded inside

one Apple Ipad 3 64gb White Factory Unlocked with one Apple iPad 2 Leather Smart Cover Black (MC947LL/A) attached.

2 lens brushes

2 compact flash card with cases

every single cable and plug for all products mentioned above

They all fit in nice and easy and if I insert the camera with the Tokina in vertically, I could easily fit in another zoom lens (same size as the Tamron above) or a pancake lens and a small prime...or even one full size flash (albeit a tight squeeze)

All in all a decent set of kit for carrying around as a beginner/intermediate and you wouldn't be left wanting except in the most demanding of scenarios

You could also wedge in a portable full sized tripod in-between those x shaped straps on the outside, although I wouldn't recommend it for long term, more of a last solution if you definitely needed your hands free for some quick hiking to the top of a hill.

This bag is water resistant, not water proof, so don't expect to make it out OK if it starts raining cats and dogs, however a light drizzle/shower should leave your gear relatively none the wiser.

As mentioned above this is not a "pro-class" bag, meaning this isn't designed to take severe knocks and drops from any height; the padding is plush but not as shock absorbent for that kind of thing, so laying the bag down is your only option. I would not check this in as luggage at the airport for example, but I would easily put it in the over-head storage as a carry on, no problem.

The sling type design allows for quick access to your loaded camera, just twirl the bag around and bring it to your stomach, pop the zip open and your off shooting.

Comfort-wise this is a medium to above average design, the issue being the "unusual strap". This is a sling type bag so I did know what I was ordering at the time, but those of you expecting a tight non jiggle fit should look elsewhere as this is not designed for that.

One minor soar point is the thickness of the shoulder pad. Although it is removable and adjustable it could definitely use about an inch more width to distribute the weight a bit better, don't get me wrong, it does not dig in or feel uncomfortable but you could use a lower pressure point.

Those of you on the more jollier and fluffier side of the weighing scale, like myself, might find it a little tricky to pinpoint your preferred strap length. Also if you do extend the strap to a jollier size, you'll find the buckle might end up near the top of your shoulder and hence the shoulder pad cannot occupy the same space. You'll end up having the pad slightly forward onto the beginning of your chest although still not off your shoulder completely.

All in all I am very happy with this purchase, it is a great step up from carrying around the stock zoom case offered by you camera brand, You can fit quite a bit of gear in there. Things might be tricky if your a jolly plus size person but it should not hinder your experience noticeably.

The 4 of 5 stars I gave are relative to the same category bags out there.

I would have given 5 for a wider shoulder pad and ability to add tote bags or travel size tripod holder

Purchased this bag for a 3 week trip in Asia. I have other sling packs, messenger packs, and backpacks. For me, this works better since it gave me ample room to fit a D600 with 24-70 2.8 attached (no hood), and still fit other items in the same bag, such as light jackets, books, and snacks. The final package is still much smaller than my other bags, including my slings, and is very inconspicuous.

Flipping the bag around provides easy access to the storage compartment as sling packs should. The fit of the camera body in the bag is not as tight as in some other bags, but that works fine for me. Additionally, the bag does not secure to your body as well as other bags; however, that also hasn't bugged me, I've even done a light hike with this bag.

The exterior zipper pulls are nice to grab, the different style for the interior zipper helps to differentiate. The red color of the lining helps to indicate when your bag is open versus closed.

The pockets in the back of the interior of the bag are a bit inconvenient to reach and the pocket in the front liner could use smaller compartments for better organization.

The iPad sleeve works fine and can accommodate my iPad 3 with a smart cover. If the bag is very full, you do have some issues getting it in there.

The biggest complaint is that the new style of Crumpler shoulder pads has rather large seams that dig into my shoulder after an extended use. I removed it and it functions much better for me.

Well there are 2 sizes here, big one and the slim one. I bought both, one for me and one for my sweetheart. I took the slim one as it only fits the camera and some memory card at the mesh pocket. But my husband love the big one because he can put other stuff like cable in there. Overall good purchase. Loving it.

Best Deals for Kroo Camera Case for Panasonic Lumix DMC Series + Screen Protector

This is well made, nice case and suitable with the Panasonic DMC-TS2 rugged point and shoot camera IF you don't use the silicone sleeve that comes with the camera. It's a snug fit without the silicone sleeve, but suitable. No room for anything else though and even the wrist strap has to be forced. The zipper won't close with the sleeve on the camera.

Otherwise it's a nice case, seems well made, internal strap and mesh pocket. The five stars are for the quality of the product.

Honest reviews on Kroo Camera Case for Panasonic Lumix DMC Series + Screen Protector

this case really sucks. the zip around feature is really inconvenient as it makes it extremelly easy for the camera to fall out and the zipper also gets stuck on the corners, making it difficult to open and close. the quality of the case also feels very cheap and worthless

This is an upgrade for me from their previous nature pack. The nature pack has been all over the world with me and if I had to hike or travel it was the best. I had two problems with the nature pack that were well addressed in the venture 30. The clips for clipping the chest pack in were difficult, they covered them with cordura and I had to cut the nylon away especially in the winter to unclip the two packs and even clipping the chest pack to the nature pack was a problem. So the new clips on the venture resolved this. The other problem was access to the water pack, on the nature it was on the inside, difficult to insert. On the venture it is on the outside in back, much easier. Also, even though the venture holds the same amount of gear as the nature it is more refined, more compact, less weight more slimline. Also on the nature you only had the option of putting your tripod on the side, on the venture there is now a way to put it directly down the middle so the weight is more evenly distributed. For me it will hold my Canon 5D Mark 2 with my 24-105, a 100-400 and another lens either 100 mm macro or wide angle. The top compartment can also carry another lens as well as whatever gear you need for day hiking. It's an exceptionally well constructed pack, access to essentials is simple. Im 6 feet and thin at 165, the pack fit me perfectly first try. The waist belt is nicely padded as well as the shoulder straps. The strap to loosen the shoulder straps was tight, I had to do a bit of acrobatics to loosen it. So, I sat down and worked the strap up and down for 15 minutes and now the strap tightens and loosens without too much trouble, I expect the more I use it the smoother it will get.

So for me this was a well appreciated and worthwhile upgrade. I think I can sell my old nature and Amazon's price for this pack was entirely reasonable.

Highly recommended for the outdoor shooter that goes through some rough terrain.

I wanted to add something. I had the old chest pack, perfect fit for my Canon and a 24-105. I first ordered the new standard chest pack, too small sent it back. Then I ordered the new larger chest pack for a camera with a battery grip. After messing with it for a few days I didn't like that it was too big for just my camera and lens and I don't carry a battery grip. So I called ClikElite (BTW others have complained about their customer service, I think it's excellent) and they said to send them my old chest pack and they will replace the clips with the new ones, for free.

The backpack absolutely meets my expectations. I usually carry four lenses, including a 70-200 mm f2.8 Canon), plus assorted gear, plus a sturdy carbon fiber tripod. The backpack can accommodate all that, and has room for a lightweight jacket. It rides comfortably on my hips, and meshes well with the front camera carrier, also by Clik Elite.

I bought the pack to carry a camera, lenses, clothing, water and snacks on a very strenuous four day hike in the Andes. It was very comfortable and relatively easy to access the gear. Also, didn't have any damage. Could have used more storage options: small pockets and the ability to attach stuff to the body of the pack. Also, difficult to get a 3L bladder into the area designed for it. I will be looking to get a smaller bladder.

I found this case to be just what I was looking for. It is small enough to fit in my purse, but large enough to hold camera, an extra xcard, and spare batteries. My camera was protected as we traveled overseas, but it was easy to pull it out for any picture moments we encountered.

I know that this is for a small camera and believe me it travels very well and fit im most spaces, but I find that though I had a small camera I needed more space for picture cards and batteries. I had to cut down a multiple card clip to fit into the case. This was the only way to keep track of what picture cards we used. I like the case, but will be looking for a somewhat larger one with more room for pic cards etc. I think anyone traveling and using their camera alot would need more space.

The number of camera cases available is almost overwhelming but, after looking around a bit, I settled on this rooCASE for my SONY DSC-TX100V. The case delivered just what I was looking for:

1. Good protection for the camera body. I'm not tough on my camera, so I only needed something to provide cushioning against the occasional knock and protection against dust. Only a hard case could offer more protection, but then it wouldn't satisfy point #2.

2. Slim form factor. This case is small enough to slide into my pants pocket without feeling bulky.

3. Side pocket for spare battery. Got it. The case is also sufficiently large to accommodate a spare memory card, but I don't need it.

4. Stylish. The bright blue neoprene is kinda fun.

So, it works for me, and if your needs are similar to mine, it should work for you as well.

The Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ-35 fits well in this bag along with all the accessories and an additional battery. If it were an inch or so longer, all the accessories would fit on the floor without any stacking. Be forewarned that the bag has an annoying chemical smell which pretty much dissipated after I aired it outside for several hours before using it. Other than that, it's a good value. This case was purchased to hold a Canon sx230hs camera. The camera will fit into the case but it is pretty snug. The case will not hold anything else. I decided to keep it because it is excellent protection for the camera, but I'll have to carry a spare battery and memory cards elsewhere.

I bought this case for my Canon 230Sx camera. It seems like such a sturdy little case and it's compact size is great to fit in your purse, pocket, etc. The trade-off however it it's snug interior. The velcro retention strap is barely big enough and I think messing around with getting the camera in and out of it will be more hassle than I want to deal with. Unfortunately I am going to return it. If you're not an impatient person, or if your camera is a tiny bit smaller, I would certainly recommend the case. The zipper, construction etc seems to be better quality than the others I've seen.

I've had this for over a year now and it has never let me down. I like how the inside moulded to the shape of my camera and was snug enough that--over the year of backpacking across Europe, going to university in a new country, and more than a few "outdoorsy" trips--this case has held up amazingly. I've climbed Mont Blanc with this thing attached with a carabiner to my CamelBak and it never fell off or ripped anywhere. The seems are strong, the zipper is sturdy, and the little pocket inside for an extra memory card and battery is nice too. Overall, I got exactly what I paid for and, all this time later, though it may be a bit scuffed, I still happy with this case.

This is a good, well constructed, protective case. My Canon SX260 fits very snuggley with no extra room for extras. But I feel the camera is well protected in my purse.

Good camera case. I like that it is is stiff and feel that it will actually protect my camera. It just barely fits the SX230 though. I cut out the velcro strap for holding the camera in place because it wasn't quite long enough to go around the camera. If I had a slightly smaller camera, I would rate it much higher. Also, the mesh pocket doesn't do a very good job of holding in spare memory cards, but that isn't a big deal to me.

Overall: Good case. The SX230 fits, but just barely. It is a really snug fit. Some people may say it is too snug.
