The pouch is made of stretchy material (reminds me of swim shoes) you can fit a variety of items in it. However, my Kodak Zi9 is not a good fit for the pouch too tight (the opening of the pouch is more narrow than the rest of it. I will use it for my son's Kodak waterproof camera which indeed fits quite well. The flap does go over the camera but it doesn't reach the very end of velcro which is slightly annoying. It works though. The reason why I gave my review that particular title is because of insufficiant information given in the description concerning the pouches. They come in three sizes, but the actual measurements are not given. It would have been nice(remark directed at amazon?? that compiled the product descripion). Anyway, the reason I chose the blue one is bacause it looks larger in the photos. I still don't see how a Coolpix digital camera would fit in it. My son's Kodak waterproof which is smaller than Coolpix fit snugly. I think it's misiformation.
