I recently bought a strat with no case and have been trying to figure out a way to haul my gear on the bike for sometime. Initially I was going to buy a cheap hardshell and an expesive gig-bag with backpack straps. This case serves both roles well. I am very glad I bought the wolfpack. Probably far more protection than the most expensive gig-bag could have offered. Case is well built, very rigid, and holds the strat perfectly. Might even be able to survive a crash. Plenty of room for a Digitech RP255, 6 harmonicas, direct box, A/B switch, microphone, cables, tuner, etc. I ride a 1200 Sportster w/ a small windscreen. Fits on my back with the bottom of the case resting on the passenger part of the seat. Pulls on the shoulders a little, but not bad for a half hour or 45 min trip. Could probably do longer, but haven't tried yet. I feel very stable and safe. Great case, Also fits my Les Paul.
