The first time I used this item the fabric began ravelling just under the zipper above both shoulder strap connectors. I contacted the seller for an RMA number, but their return window is excessively short (14 days) and they refused to take back the poor quality item they sold... Hopefully Pentax will be more helpful...

I have had this case for about 2 years now, and it holds the camera and accessories just fine. However, within 6 months, the fabric began to rip away from the zipper and fray. I have used this case very gently, so there should be no reason for it to do this. The product is cheaply made and has no durability.

This case is a perfect fit for my Pentax X90. It's well padded and easily transported. I really like the storage area at the bottom for battery & memory card. Doesn't add weight or bulk.

I love this case. I bought it specifically for my Pentax camera and it fits perfectly. It has a compartment for extra cards which i like. The material is rugged and I feel as if the case will protect my camera well.
