The product title says that this case is for the Canon ELPH 500 HS, but the stock photo shows a Nikon point-and-shoot, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a decent fit for the Canon, but it's not quite as snug as it seems like it should be, hence the 4/5 stars.

There is extra material to protect the camera from the zippers while it's inside and it's easy to insert/remove the camera without sliding it against the zippers.

The quality seems great so far, the red color is nice and vibrant, and the extra zipper compartment is handy for spare SD cards. The ELPH's battery fits inside the pocket as well.

Good case overall! I'm happy with the purchase.

Bought this sleeve for my new Canon ELPH 500 camera to use when I don't want to carry a larger camera bag. My ELPH fits perfectly into the sleeve, and protects it when I slip them into a small wristlet handbag.

Took the ELPH and sleeve on a cruise, and this was great to ensure my camera was protected, but didn't take up too much room. The combination of this sleeve, and a small wristlet were great for walking around the ship, as well as port, with my camera portected, but also readily available.

Note there is not room for any batteries or cables, but the outside slip case can store an extra storage card.

I bought this kit for my new Olympus Pen-1 camera, as it came with lots of parts and no case. I bought this particular camera case set because it had lots of goodies besides the bag, primarily an additional battery. The camera bag is small...but well made, organized and cute-ish. It holds the camera with its lens and most of what the camera came with. It is too small for additional lenses so I'll have to figure out something else when I get one. Still, not a bad deal for the money.

This matches my light blue Canon Powershot camera perfectly. I bought my camera because I wanted something small that could easily fit in my pocket and didn't want a big bulky case to get in the way. This camera cover is perfect. I didn't need something to store extra batteries or sd cards, just something to protect the outside from getting scratched, although there is probably enough stretch to this case that I could squeeze those in if desired. My camera fits into it perfectly without the cover being being tight. Great little case, very pretty color.

If you're looking for a case that provides maximum protection for your pocket camera, or has room for accessories, this isn't the case for you. If you're looking for a case that fits the camera like a glove, and is easy to carry around, than the Lowepro Varia fits the bill. Made of neoprene fabric, the Varia is thin and lightweight. It is also smaller than expected, and my Panasonic TZ series camera barely squeezes into it. But the Varia stretches, and I can get the camera into it. Protection is minimal. It will protect from scratches and minor bumps only, but that is exactly what I bought it for. I can still put the camera in my pocket with it in the case. If your camera is small enough, you can probably squeeze an extra memory card or battery in the case too, but don't expect it to fit much at all. For around $10, I'm happy with the Lowepro Varia. It makes carrying my camera around easy, without a bulky case, and provides a little bit of protection.

Bought this for my digital camcorder and although the

item itself is VERY well made, arrived when promised

etc., it does not fit my camcorder as the item was

described it would. The actual size of this would fit

a cell phone, that's about it. We have several (4) hand

held camera products and none of them will fit this

This case is almost perfect for my camera. I have a Nikon Coolpix s220 and it fits in the big pocket very well. I can fit an extra memory card, in it's plastic case, and a screen wipe in the outer pocket with plenty of room to spare. Solid construction and good materials on this case. The only thing I would wish for is for it to be a little thinner, so I guess make the second pocket a little smaller. But there are other cases for that I guess. I am a guy, so I have rather large pockets, and it fits in the back ones comfortably most of the time.

I purchased this case to house a JUST MOBILE GUM PRO POWER PACK HIGH CAPACITY 4400 MAH USB. The case is very rugged, all of the stitching is perfect, no issues with the fabric or its construction. It's true it doesn't have o-rings for the clips but I added my own metal ones for $0.10 and they work beautifully (and are better quality than plastic rings).

The large pocket is lined with a soft fleece like material, perfect to keep items scratch free, the front pocket has a mesh retainer for small items.

I initially thought it was expensive for the size but am very impressed with it. It fits the GUM Pro Power Pack, its power cable, an iPhone cable, earbuds, and there is still room for my Jawbone and its cables.

I would definitely purchase other LowePro cases based on this one and its construction.

The order page says I got this back in March, 2010, so it's going on 2 years of constant usage. I'm getting another one, as the material around the zipper is fraying and getting stuck in the zipper. Otherwise, the case is in very good shape. I use it as an assorted plastic card holder, so it's on my person every day, and generally gets daily zipping and unzipping.

I got this case recently and was a little disappointed for two reasons. One, there are no plastic rings to attach the shoulder straps to for free movement of the strap clip. Instead, a short loop of strap material is where the strap clips attach to. This doesn't allow complete freedom of movement of the strap clip and it binds somewhat. Also, the case was a little defective looking in that the fabric wasn't accurately proportioned-not that big a deal because it's still functional. Funny thing, the cheaper case that Lowe Pro has does have the plastic rings but I didn't want it because it didn't have a nice sized zipper pocket for an extra battery etc. Instead it had velcro. I had a Lowe Pro case before I was very happy with it. It was very durable and I think this one will be too.

I was looking for the smallest bag possible for a Canon Rebel T3. Took this bag to the zoo to see how it works. I strapped the bag over my neck and under my right arm. Wore it for 5 1/2 hours straight while walking around with kids, pushing a stroller, hiking up hills (for southern Californians, I was at San Diego's Safrari Park, you know those hills!). I am sensitive to things touching my neck but the strap on this bag did not bother me at all, nor did i have any marks on my neck afterwards. It would be better if it had a padded strap, though.

The camera can be shoved into the bag with its shoulder strap hanging out and the bag left unzipped if you want quick access to the camera, it will not fall out. I kept the camera strapped over my neck with the same over the shoulder arrangement as the bag and adjusted the straps on both the camera and the bag so that the camera was output was partially in the bag while I walked. This kept it somewhat protected but still easily accessible. I don't think I would have been happy trying to pull it out and shoved back in every time I wanted to snap a picture of the kids. Kids and animals move fast, can't be spending time pulling the camera out of a tight fit. On the other hand I did not want a bigger bag as I am short and dont want to lug a big bag around while putting my toddler in and out of the stroller and helping my preschool age child in the bathroom at an amusement park or zoo so this size is perfect for me, but better for someone with a bridge size camera than a DSLR. I only had the 18-55 lens on, forget a bigger lens or else use the bag for the bigger lens and keep the camera strapped on your shoulder and neck.

Yes you can put the camera with the small lens on in the bag with the shoulder strap neatly folded over at the top and still zip the bag closed and unzip it and get it out. I did things the way I did for faster access, maybe someone more coordinated would have no problems.

The front pocket is nice, and I can fit a spare memory card, money, I'd and credit card and cell phone in with the camera in the bag. The side pockets are open but have tight elastic and I used it for my cell phone which stuck out above the pocket but never was in danger of slipping out despite the mother duties described above. Keys can fit in the other side pocket.

The padding is basic, not a hard bottom, adequate padding for my needs but not for someone who is worried about their camera. The strap holders are heavy duty plastic d rings and solid snaps on the strap. The top handle is heavy duty as wel and the zippers work fine, no shoddy construction here. Material feels as of it would be somewhat waterproof.

Conclusion, overall great, well built bag, can fit a Canon Rebel T3 but I don't know if my husband's larger Nikon D70 and D5000 would fit or not (can't try right now but can update)

This would have been perfect but it was just a touch too small. I couldn't fit my Canon 60D in it. I think I needed about 1/2 inch wider in each direction. Too bad, seems like a sturdy case. It is nice an compact and could be attached nicely to a backpack which is what I purchased it for.

While the bag seems well made, it is too small to accommodate a Nikon D3100 with the 18-55 mm kit lens and a shoulder strap attached. The camera barely fit with the camera's shoulder strap removed, but it's obviously unworkable to have to remove the shoulder strap from the camera each time.

I bought this pack to help with installing window tint. I really like that they come individually sealed in plastic packaging. I have had this case for about 2 years now, and it holds the camera and accessories just fine. However, within 6 months, the fabric began to rip away from the zipper and fray. I have used this case very gently, so there should be no reason for it to do this. The product is cheaply made and has no durability.

Based on reviews, I decided to go with this inexpensive bag for my Canon PowerShot SX260. It works, but ends up bulky.

The bag flap secures with velcro, it comes with a strap (can be used for shoulder or belt), so it's a good bag, but I don't find it quite adequate for my needs. Basically, it fits the camera, and a memory stick, but that's it. I can shove a battery in there instead of a memory stick, but it bulges, and then of course I can't fit the memory stick in. Also, the little pocket the holds the extra piece (memory stick or whatever) ends up right on the spot where the camera lens is, and where the velcro is, making it extra bulky.

So it's not a bad case, it just doesn't work perfectly for what I need it for.

Bought this based on other reviews for new Canon SX260 (which is a great pocket camera). The pack is just the right size, had a plastic insert to protect the scene on the back of the camera. Comes with a shoulder strap and fits well on a belt. On the belt it's easy to open and take out the camera and then put it back. Good choice at a very reasonable price. Only drawback is while it has a sleeve for an extra memory card, it looks like the card could easily slip out.

For me it's a nice size. It protects my pocket camera well. Velcro type closure works well and keeps it securely closed. Not intended to hold many extras fits camera and an extra Digital card I also had a cleaning cloth I can tuck in to clean the lens if need. I have taken it on many trips, hiking, and traveling through crowed cities. Never have I had a single problem.

The belt strap is pretty wide and surely will fit on any belt. The only problem I have with it isI wish it had a snap on the belt loop strap. As it is made I must take off my belt every time I would like to remove the case. I had an older model that had snap and I much prefer that much easier to get on and off.

This camera case is described as fitting the Sony TX20 and others. My TX20 does slide right in, but the case is a bit big for it. I bought the TX20, in part, because it was small and would fit nicely in your pocket, but once you put it in this case, it's now just as large as the other models. It's a good case, just don't expect it to fit snugly around your TX20 if that is the camera you are buying it for.

The case description says it fits the DSC TX20 cybershot camera. While that is technically true, it's also true that a pillow case will fit your shoe. This case is way too big for the TX20, so although it's an OK case and would be perfectly fine for a camera the appropriate size, it was not what I wanted, which was a snug fitting protective case as small as possible.

Based on the other reviews here about this bag fitting the A80, I ordered it to go with my new A95.

Its a very nice bag plenty of room for a second set of AA batteries in that front pouch, plus 1 or 2 extra compactflash cards. The strap is sturdy and the clips that hold it to the bag are metal, not plastic, and quite strong. It has both velcro and a buckle closure to ensure the camera will stay in the bag, and the A95 fits perfectly. You could probably SQUEEZE the USB cable in, but for a longer trip you'd want your battery charger and cables in separate bag, probabaly. If you're taking a laptop for downloading pictures, they could go in that bag.

I bought this for our newly purchased Canon Powershot A80. It fits the camera as if it were made for it. I wanted something minimal in size for day trips that could carry an extra CF card and 4 extra AA batteries and this does the trick. Very well padded. I like the fact that it uses two closures (buckle and velcro) to keep the camera secure. You can use the shoulder strap or carry it on your belt.

For longer trips I am looking around for something bigger that will have room for my battery charger, manual, and the USB and A/V cables that came with the camera.

I have a Canon PowerShot S10 and this bag fits it perfectly. I did have to modify the battery holders to accept the S10's larger batteries though. All I did was cut the stitching between the first & second and third & forth loop to turn them into two big loops instead of four small ones. They fit great now and it looks like it came that way. There is enough room in the pouch for a couple memory cards and four extra S10 (NB-5H) batteries, if you have that many, before you would have to start cramming stuff in. The belt loop on the back is three+ inches, so it should fit on most anything. This bag looks sharp too, and the label on the front should help keep people from thinking that it's a purse if you use the shoulder strap.
