I was a bit nervous about this product after reading other reviews but it worked perfectly fine for me.

You have to remember where the buttons are but if you use the camera often, it is almost second nature and I had no difficulty switching to different modes underwater.The buttons did get a bit sticky as I dove deeper (70ft) but I was not sure where it was because of the depth or not.

As Olympus discontinued the underwater housing for this model and you have better options such as strobes if you want to upgrade it further, this is exactly what I needed for the value. Plus the shopping through Amazon was a breeze. The shipment was from California and I got it within a week (I live in Canada).

I purchased this case for an upcoming scuba trip to Belize. I found that it worked great and withstood the pressures at 100 feet (the deepest I went with this case). However, I also had my GoPro dive housing on all dives with me and I found the gopro to be much easier to use. Aside from that, the case only had one problem when I mistakenly closed it with a part of the strap in it! My fault!! Also, the case is made so that there is a good amount of air in the housing making it float which is good if you drop it, but not as much fun when it is floating above your head whilst diving! Also, there are so many buttons on the Olympus tough 8000 that you really have to know your camera! The buttons are clustered together, so you have to have skinny fingers and press hard! I knew all of this going into the purchase, and I NEEDED a case for my olympus, therefore, I am quite happy with the housing!

I had no idea what to expect with this camera sleeve and I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality and how easily my Nikon D3100 fits in there. I wanted something simple that would allow me to carry my camera around while keeping it protected and this definitely does the trick. My only concern is that it will only fit with the kit 18-55mm lens that came with the camera, but not the case with the zoom lens, but that's not too much of a hassle for now.

My Canon 7D (no battery grip) with a 17-55mm lens is a very tight fit. Placing the camera and lens into the case for the first time was a struggle but I knew the neoprene would give after some use. I am happy to report I was right. Although still tight, I haven't had the case very long and feel it will work out just fine. My suggestion if your camera is a tight fit is to give the neoprene a good stretch first.

As far as quality, the sleeve seems well constructed and the neoprene has a nice thickness. Can't beat the price.

I wanted this case to protect my DSLR while caring it in a small bag rather than lug my big camera bag around, especially when vacationing. The case is perfect for what I wanted, it doesn't add any real bulkiness to the bag but still offers some protection for the camera from scratches and the occasional light bump. I can't complain too much. I bought this for something lightweight to protect my camera while hiking. The case works like it is intended but in reality it is just very hard to take on/off if you are trying to use the camera every couple of minutes but protect it in between. I use a Canon rebel SL1 (smallest dSLR camera you can buy currently) with 2 different lenses:

40mm pancake lens: the case is too big

18-250mm Sigma lens: the case is a little too small. I can get it to fit, barely, but parts of the camera remain exposed.

So, it doesn't quite work out for either of my needs. The quality is good though and the design is better than other similar styles of cases so I'm still giving it 4 stars.

Again, my biggest problem is that whenever you want to use your camera, you really need to take the case off completely and either put it on the ground or stuff it in your pocket. Putting it back on requires a decent amount of work/coordination too so this isn't easy either. You need both hands available and eyes. Just be sure you consider this before buying it.

I bought this product after reading many of the reviews. I have the nikon d5200 which is pretty similar to the 3100 and the 5100 in size. The case though is ridiculously small. I have to fight to get it on and it often slips off. It also does not fully cover the back of the camera so if it did fall its not protected. I'm not using a larger lens either so its not that. Its just too snug and does not provide enough coverage. maybe its me as there are no instructions or even pictures with the product but I don't think I'm that inept at putting on a case. I'm planing to return it as it provides no use to me.

This thing is very heavy duty and fits a lot of GoPro gear. I have a ton of mounts, pivots, and cases. They all fit nicely. Everything I need frequently is right there on the top layer of foam for quick access. It can pressurize for travel too. I tried pricing out putting something like this together with a Pelican case and cutting the foam. However, this product is competitively priced and saved me all that work.

This is a great case. The top portion holds up to 3 GoPro's or GoPro cases. The pockets for the backpacks are a good size to hold it in without the items falling out.

My only complaint is that the space under the top layer is relatively shallow. I wish it was deeper underneath for all my other accessories, as it the top layer bulges a bit because I have so many other pieces. I may need to get a separate case for the other mounts that I own.

A solid case with good storage area and layout. Holds cameras/housings and accessories securely in fairly dense foam cut-outs. The clips that hold the unit shut do not appear as robust as some other cases (like SKB's) but once engaged (I am careful to make sure they engage before closing) they seem to hold tightly. I would recommend the item, but look at others before you make a decision.

I needed a bag for my new dSLR camera & I was interested in a tripod as well. I figured for the price I couldn't go wrong & even if it wasn't that great it would tide me over for now. I ordered it and when I received it I was pleasantly surprised. The back pack is a little smaller then a regular size school back pack. It holds my camera & accessories perfectly & I am even able to put my note book and school book (taking photography class). Its great for trips too. I pack up my shooting gear and put my wallet in there and I have everything I need. The cleaning kit is basic but nice to have and also fits in the back pack. The pictures I was show the tripod fitting in a little side compartment. I haven't tried that yet. The tripod was actually a lot bigger then I expected. Its not the fanciest tripod ever, but it holds my Canon Rebel perfectly and so far its working out great. I'm very impressed with all of it. I would highly recommend getting it if you are interested in a good size camera case & tripod and aren't looking to spend a fortune.

I've been looking all over for a solid travel bag and tripod for my Nikon d5000. Hauling around a mini shoulder bag along with other items on a photo shoot is just too cumbersome. This was perfect for me and in the right price range.

I would say I'm an intermediate photographer not Pro, but far from amateur. This was just what I needed. The tripod was much bigger than I expected, which is GREAT! The quality works well enough for my needs... I'm not choosey about tripods, that's the least of my concerns. But upon testing, it holds up well, is sturdy and portable!

The bag is nice... a good store of compartments and pockets so that I can take everything I need with me rather than hauling a purse (or wallet), keys, etc. along with me, I can throw everything I need into the backpack and go!

I just received this case for my ZS7, it really just barely fits in the case (really have to try hard to close it with an extra battery in there), and the tab that is supposed to hold the carbiner is missing. I have no way to hold the case unless I leave the wrist strap from my camera hanging out. I can't fasten it to a belt loop or a bag. Very disappointed in this. The pictures are also very deceiving, as it shows a nice thick piece of memory foam...If there is even 1/16th of an inch of it in the case I would be surprised. The only protection is the hard case which would be fine if you had something to hold on to it with! I can't return it now as we leave for our vacation in 2 days. I would not advertise this as a case for a ZS7. The fit is not good.

I just purchased the Panasonic DMC-ZS7 and this case, and much to my dismay discovered that the case won't zip with the camera inside. The elastic strap is also too short to secure it (simply further evidence that this case is designed with different cameras in mind). Don't buy this case for the DMC-ZS7!

I FINALLY got my camera bag in the mail yesterday, and I have zero complaints about the bag itself.

Utility:

I do not have a lot of equipment (Nikon D5100, 18-55mm lens, 55-200mm lens, UV filters, 4-32G SD cards, back up battery, all the necessary cables/chargers) but it all fits nicely into the case and I have plenty of room to spare. I still have enough room to fit a decent Speedlight Flash and a Battery Grip in there when I get them. The rucksack is big enough to carry your necessities to the different events/places where you will be shooting, but small enough that it does not get in the way.

Construction:

The partitions are adjustable to "customize" the space you need in a particular area of the inner compartment. The inner material is soft enough to protect your equipment, but firm enough to keep them from moving around. In the description of the bag it says that it is water-resistant, I have not tested this claim, but the outer nylon layer seems thick and durable enough that it could support the claim.

Appearance

I agree with the other reviews that this rucksack seemed a bit small on the outside, but am very pleased with how much space there really is. As far as I know, this case only comes in black, which I do not mind because it always looks professional.

The only complaint I have about this product was because of my own stupid mistake. When I ordered it, I was shocked to see that it wouldn't get here (to Wyoming, USA) for 3-5 weeks. I failed to recognize that the seller is a UK based company and that it would take longer for me to get my order due to the international shipping.

In short, this is a perfect bag for my needs and for the amount of equipment that I have. Even with international shipping, this bag was a steal (in my opinion) for the great quality of the material, construction, functionality, and professional appearance. It is an excellent product and I would recommend it to others without a second thought.

I love how portable and comfortable this pack is. It fits all the lenses I want to take with me, my flash, and camera. The elastic side bands hold an umbrella and a tripod. Perfect when hiking. Lots of extra pockets for rain covers, flash cards, etc.

My only two thoughts are. . . 1. I wish it was a tad bigger 2. while I know this option was to help with rain/weather getting in through zipper. . . sometimes zipping and unzipping over the 'overflap' takes two hands.
