Purchased this Invisibleshield for the rear screen on my Nikon D40X. Easiest screen shield to apply that I have ever found. It is very clear, durable in 2 months of heavy use, and price was reasonable. My wife is going to get an Invisibleshield for her Kindle 2, available on Amazon.
I read some other reviews that say the Invisibleshield was hard to apply, stretched, etc. Sure wasn't the case with what I got. Maybe it has changed, but it was a snap to apply, didn't stretch at all when I lifted it a bit to reposition it. The spray is really almost all water, and had little odor. The instructions were brief and uncomplicated, but you do need to follow them and use good sense. Don't try to apply it during a sandstorm or next to a kitty litter box, and wash and dry your hands.
I have encountered problems with other brands! Other shields I purchased were either not quite right in size, attracted lint and dust while trying to apply them, or got bubbles under the screen that I never could get out. None of those problems with this one. Perfect size. Came with a moistening spray that made it easy to get rid of bubbles and kept it from attracting debris, and I was able to reposition the screen protector in the few minutes before the spray dried. Even came with a little squeegee that was handy for application.

List Price: $29.99
Sale Price: $5.99

I bought an expensive digital camera and I didnt want it getting scratched up in my purse (you never know when you need your camera right?)so I looked everywhere for a matching case that wasnt junk. This case is perfect size, the velcro strap holds my camera in place, so when I'm frantically opening case to grab a shot, my camera doesn't go flying out! Also has a mesh holder that is PERFECT for an extra SD card, or if I had one, an extra battery. I highly recommend this case, well worth the money!i am disappointed with the looks.. it can't be compared with what it is like in the display picture.. may be it keeps the camera safe with its hard surfaced outer cover but i feel looks does matter for carrying it along with me when i go anywhere..

Discount Case Logic TSC-2 Sport Horizontal Camera Case (Green)
This little case is exceptionally well made and very versatile. I have bought a number of them both for point and shoot cameras and also for camera accessories. They are an excellent value and a versatile. I use them for everything from batteries to cords and memory cards to keep things separated in my larger case, including the macro ring lights for my pocket cameras.

Best Leica 18730 D-LUX 6 Protector (Black) Deals
Customer Ratings:
List Price: $125.00
Sale Price: $90.70

This product was a complete letdown. Something I wouldn't have expected from something carrying the Leica name and price tag.
First I'll start with the positives. The case is made of very nice leather (or leather-like material). It feels good in the hand, and makes the very slippery body of the DLUX-6 much more manageable. It also has a nice firm raised area that acts as a grip, which greatly improves the handling of the camera, and negates the need to buy the optional handgrip accessory.
That is where the positive aspects of this case end for me. My first complaint about it, is despite it being labeled as black, and despite an email to Amazon customer service confirming it is black, the case is in fact a very light tan. It's not a deal breaker, color is not important to me at all, but it's annoying that the description is incorrect, and when I inquired about it, Amazon very confidently gave me absolutely false information. While I was able to easily overlook the color issue, there are far greater concerns I have with the item. For one, when the case is on, it blocks access to everything on the bottom of the camera. There is no way to access the battery or memory card, nor is there any way to use the tripod screw while the case is on. This wouldn't prove so mind boggling to me if the case were simple to install and remove, but it is not. To put the case on you have to remove any strap thats on the camera, this is because the case is made so it tapers toward the top, and holds itself to the body of the camera using its lugs. This becomes even more inconvenient if you use the lens cap tether included with the camera. Fiddling around with camera strap buckles has never been a favorite pastime of mine, but having to do it every single time I change the battery or change memory cards is absurd. For this reason alone, the case is completely useless to me, and will be returned.
If you are someone who is also put off by the inability to access the memory card, battery, and tripod mount, I suggest you check out the Gariz XS cases available on eBay. While they don't have a grip, and don't look as refined as the Leica product, they are very useable. Access to everything on the camera, and additional lugs on the bottom of the camera for using a shoulder strap make up for what the case lacks in style.
This half-case with the Leica is my "go to" setup when I'm not carrying a full camera bag with me and photography is an afterthought for the event--not the primary purpose of the event (for instance, if I'm bringing a camera along to a dinner out with friends, I take the Leica in this case with one spare battery in my pocket--if you're reading this review, you probably know the lux6 eats batteries). In this configuration, I use a wrist tether only.
This way, I can pull the left-hand side of the case off the body and away from the camera to get access to the battery/memory card door. I leave the right-hand (grip) side of the case essentially still connected to the camera with the wrist tether cord still connected. I don't use a lens cap because I have a UV lens cover over the "real" Leica glass. Configured in this way, I'm able to make battery changes (or memory card changes, if necessary) very easily.
The lux6 is such a tiny little camera that for someone with large bear claw hands (like me) a grip is a "must have" on the camera. The grip on this case is very functional and is also beautiful. It is perfect for protecting the camera from the normal bumps and rubs of being left on a table or chair during a dinner party, etc. The leather is attractive and the whole package with the red-dot camera is classy and attractive and the whole setup doesn't look out-of-place sitting on the table in a fine dining situation the way my full-frame Canon with auxiliary battery grip, flash and giant grey lens would look in the same setting.
When I use the lux6 in an event that is primarily photography-focused I use the Leica branded black-aluminum side grip that attaches to the camera using the tripod mount threads in the bottom of the camera body. That particular standalone grip is fantastic and gives great comfort and security on the camera and also contains a female-threaded access point for a tripod to mount to, unlike the leather half-case with grip which has no tripod mounting point. Similar to the leather half case, the black-aluminum side grip also blocks access to the bottom of the camera and requires removal before one can remove the memory card or battery.
All in, this is a great grip and protection device for a majority of the times I'm using the lux6.

Like the grip, but it's a pain to have to pull it off to get to the battery compartment or to the side where cords fit into the camera for downloading purposes. The strap goes through the holes in the sides to hold the protector on, so to change the battery, you have to pull the case down, get it past the strap and then try to get the battery in while holding all of it.Best Deals for Leica 18730 D-LUX 6 Protector (Black)
The user design for this very well made and very protective case is poorly thought out. While the leather is thick and the inside padding a nice extra that I did not expect, the case has to be placed on the camera first and then the camera straps deftly threaded through the strap lugs of the camera to secure this case to the camera; otherwise this protective case will fall off. In theory this sounds good but when you want to remove the SD card or battery, you have to pry out the edges of the case and then slip it down the straps part way to access the SD card and/or battery. A pain in the a$$! This case would get five-stars and must-have recommendation if Leica put snap-on tabs to secure this case to the camera as they do with the protective half-case for the X2 camera. I can only offer a tepid recommendation to buy this protective case.Honest reviews on Leica 18730 D-LUX 6 Protector (Black)
As most photographers do, I have a variety of cameras, lenses, bags, cases, straps, etc. I try all kinds of gear out and have settled on a few different configurations that are my "go to" setups for one purpose or another. For instance, the "go to" setup to shoot surfers at Rocky Point is totally different than the "go to" setup for weddings, or the "go to" setup for everyday point-and-shoot photography. To protect camera but to change battery or memory card requires that your lift the camera out of the protector. However, its not a real problem if the strap is properly attachedSunday, August 24, 2014

This fit my camera just fine (I have an Olympus FE-370) but it would be much better if it had a velcro closure. It won't close; I'd take a pic to illustrate but I don't have a second camera.
I have this case in another colour for my Panasonic DMC-FS20. It was just a bit snug at first but after taking it out a few times it had a perfect fit.
If you have a very active lifestyle and pan to take this case with your everywhere the edges nay become a little fuzzed out after a while. But it isn't too bad or cosmetically ugly.

The case fit the camera I purchased it for. It's zipper is a little hard to do, but I think that is just becasue the case is a little flexible so you need to make the zipper parts line up properly. Reviews of Offical Fujifilm Soft Leather Case Sc-p10 for Finepix X100
I use this to carry my X100S in my purse. It's perfect. After a few months it still looks new -not that I would mind if it started to look worn, that's what it's for.
You can insert the filter holder with filter (bought separately) but there isn't quite enough room for the sunshade without stretching it quite a bit. I haven't tried it but it might be possible, it's a very supple leather.
One small detail: it's better to put the lens side towards the back of the case, opposite the closing flap, not like on the picture, for the simple reason that the front is flat but the back has the shape of a pouch.
It's very soft, glove class leather. High manufacturing quality as expected on products made in Japan
Highly recommended.

Nice soft leather case! I use it to carry my x100 in my pocket. Since it is a soft case, it doesn't provide protection from bumps or drops but it's not supposed to. With the cover on, I don't need to worry about excessive wear to the camera. Inexpensive and does what it's supposed to do.Best Deals for Offical Fujifilm Soft Leather Case Sc-p10 for Finepix X100

Discount Bluecell Dark Brown color NEX-6 PU leather classic DC digital
The case fits the Nex 6 camera well. It is some sort of vinyl with a little padding. The workmanship is very good for the price. I did not give it five stars because the fit is not perfect: the back bulges a little away from the camera, especially with the eye cup installed on the viewfinder, and the sides of the camera are not completely covered. However, the camera is still well protected from bumps. It is definitely NOT water tight and additional protection would be needed in rain. Given the reasonable price, I consider this a very good value and would purchase it again.

I like the case. It's aesthethically pleasing and doesn't impede with the usage of the camera but only if you have the 18-55 mm lenses.I have the 55-210 and no way these can fit anymore. The lower half can still stay but for the lenses portion,I have to keep it detached if I have my bigger lenses on.You still have to remove the case if you want to get to your memory card (annoying).Wednesday, June 4, 2014

I purchased this when I got my Canon SD770is camera. Within 24 hours, I was researching for a better case for my needs. After my research, I went online and purchased a Case Logic UNZ-2 Small Universal Pocket with Screen Protection (Blue/Silver). Simply, the Canon case is very bulky and I buy the Powershots for their function and their size. I want a case that I can easily put in my pocket and hardly realize that it is there. For my needs, I wouldn't use the Canon case if it were given to me. There is no doubt it will protect your camera, but the extra bulk and lack of any flexibility are a big downside for me. On the other hand, I absolutely love my Case Logic case. Frankly, if the Canon case is that large, you should be able to carry an extra charged battery and an extra memory card. But, you can't. Two thumbs down for this Canon case.Best Deals for Canon PSC-1000 Deluxe Blue Leather Case for the Canon SD1000

This perfectly molded piece of silicone offers an added level of protection against scratches, kitchen splatters (culinary photography) and light raindrops for my Nikon D7100. Initially I did not want to keep it, the matte black sheath takes away from the aesthetic of the camera and adds the tiniest bit of extra bulk, but ultimately I liked the way it felt in my hand and I knew that the protection it offers would be worth it.
After a recent accidental fall (due to a faulty camera sling/strap!) I was so relieved to have kept it because this skin did effectively prevent cosmetic damage to the camera body. I do not use the plastic screen cover as I bought a higher quality glass piece (Vello Ultra) that adheres directly to the screen. The two work well together.

I bought a Delkin skin for my D3100 several years ago. It provides some protection for the camera against the inevitable bumps and scrapes that the camera receives in normal use. There is a clear plastic cover over the LCD and a stick-on acetate film for the LCD to provide a second layer of protection. The LCD is easily viewable through both layers. The skin fits snugly, as its name implies, like a skin. Based on my experience with the 3100, I bought a skin for my new D7100 that is similar to the 3100 skin. Based on a week's use it promises to be as useful as the skin for my D3100.Best Deals for Delkin Snug It Pro Skin for the Nikon D7100 Digital SLR Camera
This rubber protector for the D7100 body is, for the most part, well designed. Rubber is a bit to thick and too close around openings to access ports and the power switch/shutter. I trimmed a bit off the area around the shutter to provide easier access to this switch. The only real problem I found is the section designed to protect the hot shoe. This item does not fit well at all and creates a problem if one uses the hot shoe as I often do. The attachment of a flash or other accessory on the shoe causes the rubber to pull away from the eyepiece making it hard to look and compose/focus a photo. It is likely I will cut this off in the future. My advice to the mfr is to delete this part from the otherwise useful protector.Honest reviews on Delkin Snug It Pro Skin for the Nikon D7100 Digital SLR Camera

This camera case is a little too small but fits in with effort. The concept is good. I'm using it for a Canon Powershot SX130 which just fits in with a squeeze. The strap is handy and a great length.Friday, February 28, 2014
Discount Slim Camera Case for Canon PowerShot SD1100IS SD750 SD870IS SD790IS
I wanted a camera case that would be slim and easy why have this tiny camera and have a big bulky bag weigh me down? This case is the perfect size, has some solidity so I know it's keeping my camera protected, and seems to be decent quality. Not to mention it's far more affordable than most of the cases I have looked at, and a great color.

This little case fits my Canon Powershot camera perfectly. It's nice and thick and protects my camera as it bounces around my huge tote. Would buy again.Best Deals for Slim Camera Case for Canon PowerShot SD1100IS SD750 SD870IS SD790IS
This fits my Canon point-and-shoot well. It's sturdy (slightly flexible sides, but stiff enough to take a little abuse) and a great price. I'm glad I bought this instead of the expensive, lower quality one that the local box store tried to sell me!Honest reviews on Slim Camera Case for Canon PowerShot SD1100IS SD750 SD870IS SD790IS
Love this case. Have had no problems with it. Would tell anyone to buy it! Love the color too! I use it at work, and at home. Even traveled to London, was a great camera holder. This is the perfect size for my canon powershot sd770. It holds the camera in place with velcro on one side. On the other there is a place that holds an extra battery perfectly. I got the navy blue and I love it.
