I bought this case to go to Myanmar with two Nikon FX bodies, 3 lenses including a 70-200, 28-300, and 16-35 as well as flash, small laptop,2 external drives, battery charger and many plugs, cables and adapters. My experience was as follows:

PROS build quality is excellent as one would expect from Think Tank. The split strap allowed it to be piggy-backed on my rolling suitcase. The size attracted absolutely no attention as a carryon on the international flights. The top zipper makes it easy to remove just the cameras. The external pocket worked well for airport security when I had to pull out my laptop.

CONS It was too wide to roll down the plane aisle so I had to carry it sideways and try to pretend it didn't weigh very much. It was too deep to fit in the overhead bin on the Yangon Airways regional plane (approx. 80 passenger ATR 72 turboprop). Friends with an Airport International and an Airport 4-Sight had no problem. I couldn't fit it even with the laptop removed from the external pocket. I did manage to cram it under the seat with difficulty but came very close to having to hand it over to the crew to stow or check.

As a result, I am going to buy the Think Tank International before I go to India and travel again on regional planes. I still really like this bag and will use it in the States.

I've been waiting for a bag like this for nearly 20 years. What I mean is that I love the idea of a top loader; a bag that allows me to roll from one place to the other, quickly access my gear on the fly, without always needing to drop the bag down, unzip, open, zip, pick up, etc. I had looked at a few but nothing had ever fit the bill...until now!! The Navigator is exactly what I had always been looking for!!

It never has to leave the upright position, and I can even roll it from one spot to another with the top unzipped. From the top, I can access two bodies with lenses attached(even the 70-200) on the fly! And from the front access panel, I can easily get to all of my other gear, laptop, and iPad.

Right now, as I write this review, my navigator sits there with two bodies, a 70-200 and 24-70 both attached, plus a 16-35 2.8, 50 1.4, 35 1.4, 85 1.4, a fisheye, and two flashes, all comfortably inside the bag, without even using the outside stretch pockets. Oh, and I even have a charger, camera and AA batteries on the inside as well.

With over 20 years as a photographer, and over 10 as a professional event photographer, I can safely say, this is by far the best bag I've ever owned; I may even buy an extra one to keep in the closet in case it's ever discontinued! Thank you ThinkTank!!!

Wonderful combination of utility, quality and usefulness. Rollers provide the ease of use and the internal flexibility of the customizable dividers allow for individual's to fit it to their needs. Excellent product from a great company.

Very well made bag. Holds a Lenevo T510 which is a bigger laptop than the 15.4 since it has a huge battery that sticks out on the back. I can use it for camera gear or take out the inserts for just work items.

I had been using a Think Tank Urban Disguise 60 bag, fitted with a Kata Insert Trolley when traveling. I prefer the top down design and both bags allow two bodies with lens attached, straight down into the bag, plus several lenses below. The thing I didn't like about the UD 60 is that it is difficult to get to the items below, because there is not a side access option. The Navigator solves that problem, and gives much better top access with the flip lid, vs the center zipper on the UD 60.

This bag is exactly what I've been looking for, I feel like they custom made this bag for me, addressing each of the issues that I had with the UD 60. It's great for location shooting because the top access means you don't have to lay the bag flat on the ground to get to your gear, and the built in wheels are awesome. If you need a lens that is stored below, unzip the side access panel and it's right there. This thing fits a ton of gear and gets quite heavy, but don't they all?

For the price, this bag offers a good mix of protection and accessibility. It is rather comfortable to carry, the padded camera pocket provides enough space for my D7000 with 18-200 mounted, a 35mm prime, sigma 8-16mm wide angle, and all my other accessories. There is also a top zippered and buckled pocket that I use to carry my personal belongings. The bag is decently rigid, without feels like a big box. The padding is acceptable, but I placed the unused dividers to give extra padding to the camera body. The best part about the bag is the super quick and easy accessibility of the camera. Just swing the bag to your front, unzip and start taking pictures; it's the primary reason I went with the sling instead of the backpack. Perhaps the thing I like best about the bag, is that when the bag is in front of me, it actually acts as a very good stabilizing platform for shooting. I don't know it they designed it that way or not, but it works very well. Overall, good product for the price.

I already own a large bag that I use for taking on hiking trips and I was looking for something that could carry some of my camera gear for casual use. I saw the Manfrotto sling bag on sale with manufacture's mail in rebate so I decided to give it a shot. The bag was large enough to fit my kit lens, 70-200mm, 50mm, flash, batteries and accessories with room to fit probably another lens. The compartment to hold the lens/camera is fairly large and my biggest complaint is that there are not as many dividers to break up the compartment into smaller sections. There is only the main compartment which holds the camera body + mounted lens(up to a 70-200mm lens)and a compartment next to it that is divided into 3 (two compartments side by side that are covered by flaps and a section above those compartments. I wish that it would come with another divider to give you the option of adding another compartment. There is also a small top compartment that can hold some accessories ect which is secured with the buckle, zipper and Velcro (a bit overboard, but I guess that would guarantee that nothing will fall out.

The bag slings over your shoulder with an additional strap to add extra support. This is my first sling bag and I can say that it is not as comfortable as a regular bag, probably because most of the weight is concentrated on only one strap compared to two on a traditional backpack. I can stand using it for an hour or two but after that, it becomes tiresome to carry around.

I have not tried using the supplied straps to carry a tripod on the bag yet. the straps are fairly small so I would only suggest using them on small and light tripod.

Pros:

Competitively priced w/ a rebate and it was also on sale

Fits more than enough equipment for the causal user and probably enough equipment for a semipro photographer

Padded compartments to keep your equipment safe

Cons:

With a little more provided accessories (more dividers) users would be able to use the space more efficiently.

Not too comfortable for extended use

Other thoughts:

I have carried my larger 70-200 lens in the accessory compartment so that I don't always have to have it mounted to the body if I want to put the camera back in the bag.

Would be nice to be able have to option to change the way that the bag slings over your body (it currently slings from your right shoulder to the left waist)

Best Deals for Manfrotto MB SS390-7BB AGILE VII Sling Bag -Black

I like the bag, somethings that bother me is that the strap sits on the right shoulder, I generally like them sitting on the left shoulder. It is spacious and carries what I need it to. I wish there was more dividers though.

Honest reviews on Manfrotto MB SS390-7BB AGILE VII Sling Bag -Black

I hated this bag. Dividers were not provided that would allow effective use of this bag. And the swing around height of the bag made it awkward to remove my camera. Overall, I just wasn't happy and had to return it. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere. I am, although I have yet to find something...

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Manfrotto MB SS390-7BB AGILE VII Sling Bag -Black

Bag is good, I don't knock it for the price, I'm able to store two DSLR bodies, a 70-200, 24-105, 17-40, and 50mm plus one 580ex 2 flash. So that's the good part, the downside is after carrying a bag with all that gear the one strap over your shoulder starts to put a strain on you. I still believe the bag is worth getting as a 2nd bag, my main bag is a Tenba double strap bag which gives better back support than a single strap. I got this bag during cyber Monday so it was worth it for me :)

Product is great lightweight and fits the camera. My only negative is the case is a bit tight with the strap attached to the camera. Everything fits but just takes a second to position the strap to get out of the way of the zipper.

My only negative is I wish it had a pocket for an extra memory card.

The product title says that this case is for the Canon ELPH 500 HS, but the stock photo shows a Nikon point-and-shoot, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a decent fit for the Canon, but it's not quite as snug as it seems like it should be, hence the 4/5 stars.

There is extra material to protect the camera from the zippers while it's inside and it's easy to insert/remove the camera without sliding it against the zippers.

The quality seems great so far, the red color is nice and vibrant, and the extra zipper compartment is handy for spare SD cards. The ELPH's battery fits inside the pocket as well.

Good case overall! I'm happy with the purchase.

Bought this sleeve for my new Canon ELPH 500 camera to use when I don't want to carry a larger camera bag. My ELPH fits perfectly into the sleeve, and protects it when I slip them into a small wristlet handbag.

Took the ELPH and sleeve on a cruise, and this was great to ensure my camera was protected, but didn't take up too much room. The combination of this sleeve, and a small wristlet were great for walking around the ship, as well as port, with my camera portected, but also readily available.

Note there is not room for any batteries or cables, but the outside slip case can store an extra storage card.

This may be a good fit for other cameras listed, but since it lists RX100 (and pictures shows that camera too), I'm going to rate it based on that. It is just way too big, which defeats the whole purpose of having a pocketable camera like RX100. I got a lowepro case which fits perfectly and is priced cheaper, and has a semi hard back that protects the screen too.

I purchased this case after slipping & falling while hiking and busting my camera in my back pocket. I like the fact that my camera is conveniently accessible but safe from harm, unless I fall on my face! The belt clip locks over your belt to prevent accidental loss. The neoprene cover cushions the camera from bumping. All in all, a better solution than sticking your camera in your pocket.

Best Deals for FlexARMOR Compact Digital Camera Case with Carrying Carabiner

This case appears very protective of my camera. It secures firmly to my belt but has enough play to not bother me as I am active or sitting down. This is especially helpful driving. It is inexpensive but well made.

Honest reviews on FlexARMOR Compact Digital Camera Case with Carrying Carabiner

I was looking for a belt case for my Sony RX-100 that would provide a secure carry as well as quick access, and would hold a spare battery. This case fills the bill perfectly. The dimensions are perfect for the camera, even with the accessory Franiec grip. The smooth fabric allows the camera to slip in and out easily, but the Velcro flap holds it securely. There is a small interior pocket on the flap that is perfectly sized to hold a spare battery or memory card. And the price is right! Almost all the other cases I looked at had a zipper closure, which might provide better protection from pickpockets in crowded places, but required awkward fumbling when I wanted to get at the camera quickly.

The review is for this case to be used on the above camera. The case is a little deeper and wider than the camera but it makes for easy retrieval .There is a battery or memory card holder on the flap very tight fit but it fits. The tri pod is worth less.

Reviews of Zen Vision:m Leather Case (black)

Zen Vision:m Leather Case
Customer Ratings: 4 stars

It does a good job of protecting the Zen so I'll give it that and the quality of the stitching and finish couldn't be better. But, is this real leather? It seems more like high-quality "pleather". I'm not crazy about having to put it in upside down either. It just seems strange and you constantly open it upside down maybe I'll get used to it but it's not intuitive. If you put it in the other way, it's too tight and the buttons are all pressed so the device doesn't work. See the pictures I posted above.

I'll update this once I've had it a while longer. It's a little stiff which is good but once it breaks-in a little I think I'll like it even more. First impression this is overpriced should be more like $20 definitely. And, at least throw in some screen protectors for this price that's ridiculous. You have to buy protectors separately. On the plus side, you can do everything with the case on you have full access to all the buttons, inputs, etc. and even charging.

Edit:

It was just a little stiff in the beginning and it was pressing the bottom two buttons all the time so it wouldn't work well and that's why I had to put it in upside down. But, now after it's stretched out, you can put it in the case either way. And, it's much preferable with the flap on top otherwise it can fall out a little too easily.

I still like the case in general and haven't found a better option. It's thin and yet does a superb job of protecting the device. With all my "toys" I do tend to prefer the leather cases (Palm, Treos, phones, etc). They tend to have a better feel when I'm holding them.

Odd the picture of this case has changed since I bought this and wrote the review if you look at my pictures it looks like an entirely difference case. This one has a 1-2" wrap around velcro strap to hold it closed. Mine has no strap the flap actually has a few millimeters of velcro along the edge and that's plenty to keep it closed.

After searching through a countless amount of cases here on Amazon I decided to go with Creative's own. Another review caused me to be a bit skeptical about how well it fit the player. Well, I can tell you that it fits perfectly (as I imagined a case made by the same company that made the device would). If you're looking at the pictures and thinking to yourself "I don't want to have to put my player in backwards", then I can assure you that there is absolutely no need to. It fits great right side up the way it is intended to. I've begun to speculate that the person who posted the pictures and wrote the review stating that you have to put it in upside down is using the case with the 60GB version of the player. This can be a bit confusing since nowhere on this page does it specify that this case is only for the 30GB version. However, if you look at the product on Creative's site, it does state "Custom fitted for ZEN Vision:M 30GB only". So if you have the 60GB version, I can't really tell you whether it fits or not (perhaps you can then use it upside down). If you need a great quality case for the 30GB Vision:M, however, then look no further.

Also note that it doesn't have a screen protector, but I find this preferable since having a protector built into a case will usually give you much more glare than having one on the unit itself (since one sewn into the case would have to be flexible). I suggest either keeping the plastic on the screen that came with the device, or just picking up a generic PDA screen protector and trimming it to size. This way, it stays flat and smooth on the device (causing little or no glare) as opposed to the ones built into a case which can be wavy and cause glare from many different angles. Plus, you can replace it without having to get a new case when it gets scratched up.

Best Deals for Zen Vision:m Leather Case (black)

When i bought my zen i knew i wanted to get a case for it, so i bought this one, the factory creative one. It worked good for a few months, and then the velco stoped holding together. Besides that it was ok. If only Creative had made a case for the zen vision m like the did for the zen x-fi, which has a case with a magnets insted of velcro.

Honest reviews on Zen Vision:m Leather Case (black)

Used for about 6 months now.

Looks good, durable leather, appears to be made with decent quality and stitching.

I tend to remove the player from the case a lot, and found that over time, very very light scratches could be seen on the plastic front (I have a black color player). I have a screen protector on the LCD, so that has shown no damage, but the fine scratches on the player appear to be from the case itself (looks to be the stitching and edges on the inside of the case. I would almost fault the player itself, since I have felt the case, and there are no sharp edges, so if the player truly scratches with that little of abrasion I would question the plastic not the cover.

Otherwise, has protected the player well in my large bag, as it bounces around daily with a lot of other heavy items (water bottle, lunch, ect). Openings leave easy access to all buttons and cord openings. If you don't remove it from the case often I would recommend.

Great product but this is the second one I've owned where a wheel has fallen off on first use. The design otherwise is amazing. However, if the wheel were to come off during a trip, it would be worse than not having the case at all. I modified the wheel assembly and used locking nuts rather than a crimped end cap to hold the wheel on.

This is my third case, so obviously I'm a fan. I travel with heavy cases to places that don't have carts.

I wondered if this camera bag would fit the Canon 7D with the 15-85mm lens together with the reversed lens hood attached it does! It is a very close fit with some bulges and I do not know yet how durable the material will be in the long run, but for now it does the job perfectly.

(The 15-85mm lens is well under 4 inches long, but a very wide lens and there is no indication of the maximum lens width in the product description. The 15-85mm lens with lens hood attached has a 12.2 inches(31 cm) perimeter and 3.9 inches (10 cm) diameter.)

I would like to note though that it will definitely take more than just a second to get the camera out of the case or back in for storage, it is NOT a fast "walkaround" storage. It does however provide some protection to scratches or bumps and it is so light and the material is so flexible that the camera bag will not take up much space in a pocket or camera backpack. For me the latter was an important plus, so I am very happy with my purchase. Also the feel of the material is very nice and you can carry the camera on its neckstrap while it is in the neoprene bag.

All in all exactly what I was looking for with the only exception that it takes some time to get the camera in and out of the case.

It fits perfectly around the Nikon D7000 with the Nikon 18-200 VRII lens attached. If one swivels the lens hood around, that fits inside the cover as well. As some other reviewers mentioned, this product doesn't allow for easy in/out access to the camera as it is a pretty snug fit. It works well in situations when one wants to take a camera along but not the camera bag. With this neoprene cover on, I just "throw' the camera in my regular bag. If you are looking for a bag that allows for quick access, I would suggest looking elsewhere. However, if you're looking for some good soft padding around your camera without too much bulk and plan to use this bag for protection while traveling, etc. but plan on having the camera out while on location, then this is product is a good fit.

[Note: you can see my video review on YouTube titled "LensCoat DSLR Holster"]

I was looking for a compact holster for ocasions in which I don't want to carry my camera bag around. There were 3 other brands I came across including Zing, OP/TECH USA, and USA Gear, before I discovered the LensCoat, which I think has the best design compared to the others. Each of the brands I mentioned earlier had some sort of problem (unattractive branding, inconvenient button snap closure, ...), but the LensCoat seem to have pulled it out.

Benefits:

1Clean and seamless look, with no unattractive branding

2Easy velcro closure (no annoying button snaps, etc)

3Removable Front Element Protective Disk

4Simple and practical retaining strap

It is a perfect fit for 60D with 15-85mm zoom with hood (mounted for storage)

The only complaint I have is that the price is a bit too high. I would have liked to see this priced similar to OP/TECH or the USA Gear.

A great balance between weight, comfort, organization, and function.

The only real tradeoff is the small attachment pack. That's where a laptop goes, but that's the part that lays on the ground when the larger pack is opened, and many of my shots are taken from wet or dirty ground. I'd be a little skittish about getting the contents wet. That said, I don't take my laptop on shoots, so it isn't a problem for me.

The pack stands upright at about 45º so all your gear is right there for quick lens swaps and gear changes. That's much, much, better than laying the pack down every time I want to take a shot.
