Very good job of protecting camera. The only reason I gave it four stars was because I was a little leary about the sturdiness of the belt loop hook. That could just be my take on it.It may be rock solid. However I leave the zipper slightly unzipped so that I can hook the camera strap too as a precaution.

This case is hard enough to resist a lot of falls with the Zi8 inside (trust me, I've dropped my camera many times). INside there's enough space to hold my kodak remote control, 1 pair of extra batteries and the memory cards. I think this is perfect for my wife to carry in her purse.Recommended!!
