The only drawback to the case is the color. I ended up with pink because that was the only color available at the clearance price. I've used the case for over month, and it's hard shell design has protected my camera beautifully throughout 4 trips. I like the fact that there is enough room to store two extra batteries, and extra batteries seem to be a necessity with my camera. There is a circle hook that allowed me to connect the case to a belt loop on my jeans. This was very handy during a hike, allowing easy access to my camera.

Gave it to my grandaughter along with a Panasonic Lumix FH6. It fits nicely, easy to get out, and the colors are an exact match. That was a nice surprise bonus because online the colors look nothing alike. I'm glad I did not find one that looked more the same color as the camera because I would have bought it and missed this little treasure.The belt loop and the ring are great. They are her favorite features, plus the ease of removing the camera without risk of dropping it with the limited (but very adequate) hinge opening at the top. We can't say enough about how much we like this. 6 stars if possible. This thing is almost weightless (compared to others) and very tough, hard shell, and the finish is very high quality. The picture does not do it justice.
