it is not soft, probably to protect the camera very much, but i actually bought it as a small handbag to put my wallet, mobile, keys, glasses, and additional mobile battery, mobile headset, so many things to be inserted inside my jeans pocket, so i decide to buy something small from Samsonite, and i found this one, it fit, but hard to manage, because i think its purpose to protect the camera, not to hold stuff like mine, to be fare it deserve five stars for its purpose, but for my purpose its only four stars, i couldn't find something else actually
