When I upgraded from the much smaller Pentax gear to the Nikon D700 and FX-sized lenses, my prior camera bag soon became became too small and functionally impractical. At the same time, I didn't want to carry around a soft suitcase. This is where the Lens Changer concept comes in. Like all Think Tank equipment, the quality of workmanship is outstanding. Furthermore, even when carrying three heavy Nikon lenses, the very generously padded strap makes the task an ease.
Furthermore, I've been amazed how much the back pocket, etc. carries additional gear. However, if you believe in having it ALL with you whenever you go out, this bag is not for you. On the other hand, how much of the stuff does one regularly carry in a camera bag goes left untouched by months?
The Lens Changer approach makes me think about what I'm doing before I step out the door. A little planning can go along way in not only making sure one has the right equipment but also being mentally prepared for the shoot. I have yet to find the Lens Changer approach to be deficient compared to a conventional camera bag in handling the equipment I actually need, provided I take a moment to consider what I genuinely will need. The rest of the gear is kept safely in storage elsewhere until the next appropriate time. Meanwhile, carrying and easily ACCESSING/CHANGING large lenses during a shoot is remarkably easy. Moreover, one doesn't look like you are carrying a lot of gear (albeit, the camera itself is likely to be in main view.)
Like any other camera bag, this is not for everyone. Nevertheless, if ease of carry and quick (and quiet) access of large lenses is a matter of serious concern, I recommend this bag as a radical yet practical solution worthy of serious consideration.

This bag is perfect for working out of... it is not meant for storing all of your lenses and DSLRs but rather to quickly and efficiently change lenses on the go. Plus it's a lot better looking than the utility belt and lens pouch combo. The velcro silencers are very handy too.
