I've used the Sony RX100 case and this fits just as well without advertising that it holds a Sony camera. The MegaGear is sturdy and well padded with a soft lining. I've had no trouble using the tilt screen with the case on. A good value.

First off, this is a great camera case. It protects and secures the camera while allowing you to shoot photos and vids at the same time. Because it's designed to come apart into two halves, you can can choose to leave the lens/LCD cover at home or in a fanny pack during periods of active shooting. The case bottom, which is held securely to the camera with a tripod-style mounting screw, insures a good grip on this camera, something which is important considering its small size (and hefty price tag). And the neck strap redoubles security and makes the camera easy to tote. Where the case falls short is when it is attached to the RX100M II and its new tilting LCD. When the newer camera is fully seated in case, the bottom of the LCD is not free to tilt, but is encumbered by the case itself. In future iterations the designers at MegaGear will doubtlessly remedy this problem with a cut-out. For now, owners of the M II will have to unscrew the case bottom about 75% to be able to get the LCD into tilt mode. That said, I'm still glad I bought this case. It is wonderful in every other way. I like it so much that when MegaGear fixes this little problem, I will buy another one.

The camera case arrived very fast -within two days after I ordered it online. Unfortunately, the camera case arrived defective, as the stationary metal button fastener on the bottom was not properly attached and immediately fell off the case as soon as I removed it from the packaging. The leather and the inside fabric appeared to be high quality, but the metal hardware was cheap and quality control did not do a simple check to ensure that the primary button could successfully fasten and unfasten. Perhaps this case was a lemon, but it was disappointing to say the least.

Realy nice Looking retro leather look. The RX100Mll fits well is easy to load into it. Its an easy way to carry your camera around your neck. It offer some nice protection for your Sony compact digiatl Camera as well. Its pretty easy to snap off the cover portion (shove it in a pocket or let it hang from the camera) and have access to all your controls. I like it with the old fashion look of it, it reminds me of my dad's old rangefinder back in the 60s (that he bought in the 50s) with had a similar look to its car, of course this camera is less the half the size of that one.
