I have a smaller Kenneth Cole Reaction case that I bought locally for $10 and use to carry a small Panasonic camera. This case was going to replace the smaller case and allow me to carry extra batteries in the same case. I mis-measured and didn't like the fit, plus the material on the smaller case seemed a little thicker which I felt protected that camera better, so I am using this to carry accessories for a different camera instead. It is a very nice, well-made case, and the price, even after shipping, is unbelievably low. I am very glad I purchased this case.

This is a rubber like material that seems like it will do a good job protecting your camera from the elements. I have a Nikon Coolpix L20 and it fits perfectly in this case. The back of the case has a belt loop that looks to be pretty sturdy which was a nice surprise. There are no extra pockets or zippers, so if you are hoping to store accessories with your camera than this might not be the one for you.

I picked this up as an accessory for a Nikon Coolpix L20 10MP Digital Camera with 3.6 Optical Zoom and 3 inch LCD (Deep Red) as a gift, and was impressed at how snug and safe the camera felt inside of the case. It felt robust enough that it could handle accidental drops in the case without worrying about the camera or LCD breaking.

The only real downside is that the case doesn't have any pockets for spare batteries or memory cards. If you can live with that, then pick this case up.

good if you want a small portable bag. i was able to fit my v1 camera with kit lens and a filter kit. plus cords and battery. nothing else will fit. so when I purchase another lens or flash I will need a new bag. good starter bag or for someone needing to travel lite.

This case is perfect for Nikon 1 J2 with a 10-30 mm lens. It also have space for the battery charger and USB cable along with the memory cases and/or lens cover. The best feature is the possibility to graduate the space inside with the Velcro strap, so you can decide the internal room for the things you put inside. It its well made and you can notice the quality of the materials. Mine was a gift for purchasing the camera kit so I dont know what the price is, but anything below $15USD is well priced.

This is a fairly small case, but it does what it's meant to do and doesn't look tacky. This would fit the Nikon camera plus an extra lens.

I've had the smaller version of this case before and LOVED it! Both cases are made of quality material but this is shapped differently than the smaller version and for my camera ( NIkon D5100) it just doesn't work. It's too big and you can't tighten the straps to make it fit. So I will be ordering another of the smaller ones. If you have a larger camera, though, this would work great!

I liked the quality and the concept except the two locking arms are too short and made the bag bunch up. I used the extension strap to make it fit not so tight. It will do what I want and the price is right.

I have not used this out in the field but it seems well made. I wanted for my Nikon D7000 with a 18X270 lens so I could carry it in my backpack when needed. There is loads of room--almost too much.... But better too big than too little.

I use this bag literally everyday, its a great buy, it fits all of my lenses and such. But I use it for a Holga so the lenses are smaller. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because one of the buttons is very uncooperative, it clicks in but its really hard to pull back off. I grated down some of the button for it to work better, but over all its a great product.

My Canon 980 IS fits perfectly in this case! It is light and padded well. The elastic band inside keeps the camera in securely. The screen guard that came with it was too large for the screen. I tried cutting it down to the appropriate size. It had a few air bubbles when I put it on. Other than that, it is great considering the price.

This is the third bag I have bought in the last year and it is by far my favorite. No bag I have used is perfect but this one comes close. It offers the ease accessibility of my lowepro flipside, with the comfort and stability of a backpack. The size is just right for short trips that require minimal equipment. My Canon 50D, 200mm zoom, and 10-18mm wide angle, fit perfectly in the divided pouch, which is 100% customizable. The accessory pouch has plenty of room for a speed light, cables, chargers, batteries...while still allowing for some trail food. and my Camelback water pouch fits snugly in the back, which is insulated so the water stays cool. This bag seems very well designed. It is extremely comfortable and seems to be made of high quality materials. I suspect I will have this bag for years to come.

Complaints: The divider between the two main pouches isn't very stiff and tends to collapse inward. This is really only a problem when the bag isn't full. The bottom zip pocket is really only deep enough to hold things like memory cards, yet it is as wide as the entire bag, this makes it relatively useless, a deeper more versatile side or top pocket would have been preferable.

I bought this before going to Arizona for a couple of weeks. I wanted something for my small slr (Sony A55), with a telephoto (Sigma 17-50 fat lens) small prime lens, filters, compact tripod, water, snack, wallet, GPS, etc. It's perfect! It has so many nice features, is so well thought out and is just the right size and is incredibly comfortable. Plus in the Grey it looks so much nicer than the black ones. I wore it on a number of hikes but it was equally at home in town walking around Scottsdale and such. It was never hot because it does a good job of staying off your back. The price is a bit ridiculous but I was willing to pay it because it truly is perfect for what I was looking for I don't think I'd change a thing it's not often you can say that. Only thing is make sure you check that the camera compartment wil be big enough for what you expect to carry. It's not big so for some it may be too small.

If I want to bring a bigger lens its nice that the lower pocket will take a lens like the 70-200 2.8ii or even the 100-400 (cannon). The red Sony DSC-T300 camera I have fits quite snug in this matching red Sony leather case. I don't see it slipping out any time soon. There is a magnetic closure that opens the case up easily when you need to take out your camera. There is a strap on the back (which is not shown) which I presume is made to attach to your belt or some hook, which is a nice option to have. As classy and elegant as it is, I would suggest buying it from a 3rd party as $40 is a bit much for a camera case.

I own a Sony DHSC200 which I have fitted with an aftermarket adapter made by Digital Goja that allows me to attach filters and lenses to it. My camera would no longer fit properly in a case intended for that model once the adapter was attached and, since it attaches with set screws, I had no desire to take it off and store it elsewhere. I needed a bag that was not as large as one for a DSLR but not as small as one for a point and shoot. This bag fits my camera nicely with the first adapter ring attached (it's a two piece adapter)and a lens cap. In the bag are also two of the smallest Very Useful boxes with 4 AA batteries each in them, and the second ring of the adapter with it's lens cap. In the one small side pocket I have placed the cord used for uploading the pictures to my computer. In the front zippered pocket, I was easily able to fit my Joby sling strap, and there was adequate space to store my manual and extra lens cap in the rear velcro pocket. It was necessary only to use the two smaller dividers in the large interior cavity leaving the larger one as a spare. The strap handily accommodates my Hufa lens cap holder.

I have only two complaints about the bag. The first is the positioning of the strap mounts. While you have two choices of sets of D rings on which to clip the strap, both choices seem to be located somewhat unfortunately (one set on the back of the bag and the other rather close to one another on the top)and make the bag a touch more awkward to carry. The other complaint is that there is no carry handle on the bag. Photographers frequently shift their bags about in their cars and homes and luggage and carrying the bag by the strap makes it more likely that it will be banged about.

The most awesome feature (in my opinion) is the bright yellow interior. No, yellow is not my favorite color, but this color makes it so much easier to see/find objects in the bag.

If Amazon allowed me to give this 4.5 stars, I easily would but I do think the strap placement deserved the less than 5 star rating.
