I've been looking for a rolling camera case, mostly on ebay. The tenba or other well known case products were 300 bucks and more for a similar product!
I was kinda skeptical of what I was going to get with a case this cheap but I decided to give it a try anyway. It came in the mail last night. It seems to be made well enough and the zippers are all heavy duty, the only place it might be a little lacking from a more expensive case is in the thickness of the padding on the sides and top and possibly a locking pull handle. The unit is built like a small softsided suitcase and comes with a bunch of velcro dividers, horizontal and vertical so you can set it up to your taste. This unit also has backpack straps so if you want to sling it on your back instead of rolling it behind you then that works too (although I would not want to stand in a crowd unless I locked the zippers together, too easy for someone just to unzip and grab my camera body or something). The unit has one pretty big pocket on the outside front (that has more smaller pockets and a key clip) and a small one on one side and what can only be a cell phone case, the other side has a tripod holder and there are straps that come around to secure the top (not just the zipper holds the top down) even more. The handle pops up and slides down when you don't want to use it (there is no release button it just slides). I wanted this for a plane trip in November, it'll just be easier to deal with a rolling case for carry on and I DO NOT want to check my beloved camera into the luggage compartment where it could be damaged or stolen (especially in a metal haliburton case that looks like what it is). The only slight issue I've noticed so far is that one of the wheels seems stiff, I'm going to load it up and roll it around to see if it loosens up or I can fix it myself. This bag has double wheels on both sides but they're the typical small rolling luggage wheels, i.e. don't bother trying to roll this in sand, it probably won't handle it well. So far I'm satisfied with what I got for the money, I'm sure that full retail these were probably sold for well over a hundred dollars if not more. The looks of this case does not "say" camera case to me, so in addition to the cheap price it has the advantage of not looking like what it is where an expensive Tenba or other well known camera case brand SCREAMS that it's sitting there with expensive camera gear inside. I'm satisfied with it, if I end up investing in a more expensive bag later it will still have many other uses.
update: I used this on my November trip, worked perfectly. Has the usual issues a bag with only wheels on the back has but it rolls well and no problems. I can see the differences in this and a 200 dollar bag, the long velcro dividers down the middle are too soft and the velcro not very strong, i.e. you have to put the bodies on the bottom of the bag or the weight will pull the long dividers away from the top of the bag. The sides of the expensive bags are also a LOT harder than what you get here. Overall, for what I paid this bag was worth it and it fit in the overhead and under the seat on the plane (at one point the Southwest stewardess threatened to force me to check it and I told her precisely what I thought about that idea) fortunately it fit under the seat as well as anyone else's bag and she backed off. For fourty bucks there's nothing wrong with this bag but if you're really concerned about protecting your gear it can't hold a candle to the much more expensive products.

Don't waste your money on this product. It is cheaply made and very flimsy. I bought this specifically to haul and protect my equipment on a photo trip to the Pacific Northwest. The insides are too soft and the bag doesn't hold it's shape. Before I boarded my first flight, the pull handle had pulled apart so I had to carry the bag, instead of pulling it, for the rest of my trip. The velcro didn't hold my equipment in place and one of the front pockets tore, I guess from shoving/pulling it in/out of the overhead compartment, even though I had nothing in the pocket. I would have ditched it then and there except I had no other means of carrying my equipment. Again, don't waste your money on this inferior product.

I wouldn't reccomend purchasing this case. The handle broke after less than 5 hours of use. I wasn't pulling anything unusually heavy but the extension part of the handle pulled all the way out and it won't catch when I put the piece back in. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to fix it so now it's just an uncomfortable backpack.

Rest assured you can "carry on" your camera gear and it will be protected with this bag on all the major airlines. The general airline carry-on size limit is 45" (H+W+D) and this measures in at 20"H (bottom of wheels to handle) x 16"W (w/o side pocket stuffed) x 8-12"D (with or w/o top pocket stuffed), so 44" easy. So many of the $300 price range roller backpack camera bags even fail to meet the 45" standard, and I just don't want to take the risk of noto being able to carry on my equipment on the plane with me. It's the size of a normal backpack, and comfy too to wear.
I bought this bag a couple of years ago on ebay for about $50 and it's been my best/most used camera bag. I can keep my small laptop (or netbook) in the top pocket, which also fits a regular "folder" as well just barely for model releases, travel notes, etc. If you have a larger laptop, you could probably fit it on top of your gear within a protective sleeve. I love the small top and side access pockets for accessories, cellphone, cards, batteries, business cards, pens, etc. The side straps also help compress the bag to keep things snug and tight.
Upside: You didn't spend $300 for a carry-on rolling camera backpack!
Downside: The padding is a little bit weaker/softer but it's definitely protective. I feel comfortable about it. The "lid" zipper ends just short of the end of the bag, so it doesn't naturally flip down 180 degrees w/o a little weight in it and flipping it back but as you can see in the picture it does.
For the price and the value received, this is definitely 5 stars!!!

There isn't any support for the camera and the lenses. The dividers are stronger in the camera bags bought at Wal Mart!! When pulling, the bag flops around.
