The first time I used this product was on a Garmin hand held GPS receiver. I followed the enclosed instructions (If you are a first-time user read the more comprehensive installation instructions and FAQ's on their website.) I was extremely pleased with the results. I still own the receiver and use it while hiking in the mountains and deserts of Southern California. The shield looks as good as it did when I installed it. I must admit that I didn't run a Dremel Tool on it like they do in their ads. I ordered another the same day I ordered my new Canon G12. Before you install the shield get every thing ready just as they tell you. Familiarize yourself with installation process and have the contents of the package laid out on your clean and uncluttered work space. You don't want to be opening the little plastic bags and checking to see if the little pump spray works after you begin. Then, just before you start, wash your hands thoroughly. You want to remove any oils (and soil of course) before handling the shield. A small squeegee is included to press the shield down and squeeze the liquid from under the shield. You can slide the shield to align it right after you apply it but is does begin to set up fairly quickly. Remove as many of the bubbles and wrinkles as possible. The shields are forgiving though. After two days it settles down and the small bubbles and wrinkles are gone.

The thing I disliked the most about this protector, is the annoying "Zagg" logo on one of its corner. DO NOT buy it unless you don't mind seeing a logo on one of the corner of the LCD screen. It doesn't seem like a big problem when image information is shown on the LCD screen. But when reviewing pictures or watching video clips, the annoying logo shows up in your face. I wouldn't have minded it if it was tiny and discrete, but unfortunately the logo was not discrete. It's about half a cm from the edge and is not esthetically positioned. Do a search on the internet first before making the same mistake I did. I think it's a very poor marketing strategy by Zagg.

The InvisibleShield was a bit messy to apply. To apply, you're supposed to apply the provided solution to both the back and the front of the protector. Once the solution is applied, the protector becomes sticky. The protector itself is soft. Since it is sticky, it took me a few tries to install it. It took me a while to push the air bubbles out. Some smaller bubbles stayed and I couldn't push them out. According to the instructions, the micro-bubbles will disappear in a few days. I don't know if those small bubbles can be categorized as "micro". After significant effort to install, I tried turning on the LCD screen. The display looks "dirty" (due to the small or tiny bubbles or solution vapor trapped under the InvisibleShield).

I bought this for my new Canon Powershot G12 camera. The instructions for installation are easy to follow, just use clean hands while installing. I wore a pair of disposable kitchen gloves while installing. You might see some blemishes even when you have installed it correctly. Do not worry they will go away with in a day or two. Good investment to protect the screen. Finally, the delivery was in time.

I don't like the expensive, hard-sided leather cases for my Leica D-Lux 20, which is a small digital travel camera that I carry in my pocket or in my purse. But sometimes I need a case for it to prevent the viewfinder screen from being scratched by the keys in my pocket or the dog clicker in my handbag. This roo Case Neoprene Sleeve in magenta, which is intended as a carrying case for Panasonic Lumix cameras, works perfectly. It has some degree of stretch to it, and the zipper seems very strong. Better yet, it fits in my pocket, whereas the leather cases don't. This case fits my Pansonic Lumix Digital Camera perfectly. It is padded well for such a small case and has a pocket in the front to carry an extra memory card or battery. It also has a wrist strap that is not shown in the photo.

It is easy to get the camera in and out of the case. I bought the Magenta case which is easy to spot. I've only had the case for a week and taken it to two T-ball events, but I was very happy with it.

I would recommend it.

I really like this camera bag, the only thing I dislike is there is no pocket in the back to hold my camera book. Instead there is a strap (that tucks inside a flap that snaps shut but the sides are open,) to put this bag around your waist. But if it was full I would find it hard to carry around your waist. Also the strap is attached to the bag and I can't remove it. I can't see that I would ever use this.

But other wise very well made, price is kinda high but it seems all camera bags are, but after looking for awhile for one that would hold my camera, 2 lenses and flash, this is the one to do it.

I purchased this bag to replace my smaller Canon bag 100 EG.

The 100 EG was great for my XT and XTi but I needed to have a bag to hold my Canon 40D with a Canon 200mm lens attached.

This bag holds the 40D and the 200mm with the power grip attached with plenty of room left.

I was able to also put in 3 other Canon lenses, a 15mm, 28mm, and an 85mm with the 40D with power grip and 200mm lens attached. I don't keep these lenses in the bag all the time, I just wanted to see what could fit in it.

You customize the bag yourself as best you can for what stuff you need to put in it. I took out all the padded inserts at first, and position them in the bag as needed. Right now I am only using one insert.

Front and side pouches hold extra batteries, remote cable release, and charger. I still have empty space. The material is the same as the 100 EG that I have used for a few years now without problem.

Other reviewers have been nearly consistent here in praising the quality of the Canon 10EG. Many, however, have expressed disappointment with its size saying that it holds far less than Canon's blurb suggest. (2 bodies and up to 8 lenses).

Having worked as a pro for almost forty years, and having amassed a large collection of bags by most of the major makers, I can attest to the first point and possibly provide some context for the second.

This bag WILL hold 2 Rebel-sized bodies and up to eight lenses, but only when arranged for storage, not quick access. This is how:

Put one body over another with their body caps on without lenses attached or battery grips. One of the padded dividers is designed to go between the bodies and protect them. The eight lenses have to be either very small zooms or smaller singlefocal length lenses and they too would have to be stacked one over another with caps on both ends, sans hoods.

I used a similar set-up for years with a Nikon f3 system when I was traveling. It is slow and cumbersome, but doable and for some shoots very usable.

But that said this is NOT what the 10EG is really designed to do best. Its real purpose is to provide excellent protection and quick access for a smaller system. The key to making it ideal for our individual set-up is to think 'out of the box' when putting in the dividers.

My own Rebel T2i system will in the end consist of four lenses. (I presently own three of these) Since I use the Rebel for quick grab-it-when-you-can shooting I placed the body grip and 18-55 zoom attached centered in the bag with the back of the camera rearward so it rest against my hip. My 55-250 lens sits in one upper corner, my 60 2.8 Macro in the other. Both are held in place by a single affixed divider curved around the lens. Smaller dividers create two more protected zones left and right of the camera body. One of these will hold the 10-22 zoom when I get it, the other (possibly) a small flash.

I have posted a pic of the configuration in the picture section.

Some have commented about the waist belt expressing the POV that it is largely useless and a waste of space. I disagree. It is to me beautifully designed to serve two important functions.

1) It keeps the bag firmly fixed against the body under all circumstances. This allows for quicker (and safer) access and return when one needs to grab the camera or change a lens quickly in less than ideal circumstances.

2) It will help prevent the most common type of theft the 'tourist' typically is threatened by especially in some southern European and Central American locations: The quick 'cut the shoulder strap and snatch' maneuver so favored by crafty youth whose lively hood (such as it is) is based on victimizing unsuspecting tourists.

I could not rate this bag more highly. And its price here on Amazon is half or a third of what I would have expected for a bag this well designed a well constucted. Wonderful!

Great gadget bag! For once everything fits... extra batteries, battery chargers, memory chips, small tripod etc. I don't have to leave anything behind, anymore. I even have room to pack an extra small camera and accessories! Bag comes with side pockets, a waist belt and straps on the bottom in case you want to attach more stuff!

I also have a smaller version which I am happy with. This influenced my decision to purchase the bigger version.

I have used these for a few years to store SD flash media for my Nikon D80 camera and they work well because they can be hooked to a belt loop or to a camera case. Unfortunately the product for the CF flash media requires the use of a plastic sleeve into which the CF chip is inserted. I think the product would be better if it were designed to fit the CF chip exactly and thus eliminating the need for the sleeve like the SD version of the product. The need for the sleeve caused me to rate the product lower.

This is a great camera bag! It holds my DSLR, speed light and 3 lenses without a problem. I like the fact that I can also carry a 6 inch flexible mini tripod tucked into the bag also. The materials used in manufacturing are first quality. The front access storage compartment has ample room for all the cables, charger, extra batteries, etc. I also keep my lens blower and cleaning stuff in it with room to spare. All of this in a bag that isn't so big that it becomes a burden to carry around. I recently returned from visiting and photographing Mayan ruins in Southern Mexico. This bag not only allowed me to carry the gear I needed it also protected it. Hiking around the ruins, setting the bag on rocks and dirt didn't matter. Tamrac 604 Zoom Traveler 4, Shoulder Bag for Small 35mm or Digital SLR Camera Systems, Black. Tamrac makes several similar bags and even when they are sitting in front of you it is hard to determine the differences, but one difference I did notice is this one is made in the USA (not saying that's better but rare for this kind of product). It is very well made and can haul plenty of equipment. I have a EOS 1Ds MarkII, Canon Flash and 3 lenses just in the main area of mine. Filters, batteries and flash cards have preset places in the front and top. There are some great little spots for the extra doo-dads you need to pack too. Super comfortable shoulder strap! You can't go wrong with this bag.

I recently ordered this case for my Canon Elph 300 HS. Top line: this is a solid case, and serves the purpose I bought it for. However, I don't think it will be for everyone.

Pros:

Very sturdy. I've only had the case for a day or so, but I have already dropped it several times (a seriously bad habit of mine), and it has held up really well. I bought the case to protect my camera at the beach, and I feel secure with it.

The padding on the inside is excellent.

Having a pocket for whatever is really helpful. You could store an extra battery or SD card there, or since I will be using it at the beach, I will probably store chapstick, money, and a credit card or two.

Cons:

The case is too large for my camera. This isn't such a big deal for me since I intend to put things like credit cards in there as well, but if you are looking for a snug fit, this is not it (although there is a velcro strap to keep your camera from sliding around too much)

The included carabiner is really cheap and doesn't feel strong enough to hold up to daily use. Thankfully, the carabiner isn't permanently attached, so you can sub in a better quality one if you need.

I own several Build NY items and am happy with the quality of all of them (phone sleeve, lunch bag, cord organizer), so I purchased this for my Canon Powershot ELPH 110 HS, which is tiny. I was looking for something that would protect it inside either my purse or my camera bag and be unobtrusive.

This pouch isn't, of course, built specifically for this camera so the fit isn't perfect, but it's okay. It's too thick (depth back to front), I could fit two of my camera in there thickness-wise. But the weird thing is the opening is slightly smaller than the body of the case, it's cinched in just a bit, so it's almost too narrow side-to-side to fit my camera. It's a bit of a struggle to get it in and out. Some pulling and stretching by hand helps; hopefully it will loosen up a bit over time. Overall, with the camera in it it's not as compact as I would like, but the fleecy inside is nice for my camera and I have no doubt it's pretty well protected if no one sits on it.

There's a tiny pocket inside which will hold an extra SD card, and there's enough room with my camera to fit an extra battery in there, but I'd wrap it in something to protect the camera.

I may try one of their other cases too, if the opening on this one doesn't loosen up.

I was using a Tamrac bag for 9 years for my film SLR. So naturally I was leaning towards tamrac when I started looking for DSLR bag. I was buying the XSI+18-55 lens + 55-250 lens +battery charger+couple of filters+flash(in future)+memory cards, manual and some more! But I didn't want to be too liberal with the size of the bag. It should fit all this as well as it should be as compact as possible. Because when you are traveling, the size of the bag is very important. After an umpteen number of website reads, started visiting all the frys, circuitcity, best buy, wolf etc. When finally I stumbled across this, I instantly knew this was the one bag I was looking for.

-It is soft to touch & beautiful (in fact the first couple of days I was hugging it around until my wife started shouting at me!)

-perfectly padded to be fully safe for all my expensive equipment

-It also has the option to wear it on your waist belt( I was looking for this option too, tough not particular)

There are two cons that I could think of though these become minor when you actually see this bag.

1. the rough surface of the inside of the shoulder strap is quite rough I think in the long run it might rub off my shirts.

2. The base: they could have put a couple of rubber strips so that I can peacefully place the bag any where even on dirty surfaces.

All in all, this bag what I have been looking for and more!!

This bag is a great size for carrying around all day with 2 or 3 lenses.

The bag will mostly be used for comfortably fitting:

1a. Sony dSLR a200 with Tamron 17-50 F/2.8 attached (+ lens hood)

1b. Sony 70-300G (have not checked it with lens hood)

I actually found I can carry this 2 lens kit the other way as well

2a. Sony dSLR a200 with Sony 70-300G attached

2b. Tamron 17-50 F/2.8 (+ lens hood)

This is the reason I got the Nova 170 over the Nova 160, for the greater depth of the bag to allow me to carry it with the 70-300 lens attached, if so desired.

But I found that if I carry it in configuration #1 but remove the Tamron 17-50 lens hood I can also carry:

3. Tamron 90 macro (with Tamron 17-50 lens hood underneath)

And the elastic pocket on the outside allows me to carry an external flash if need be.

I am very pleased with the amount of gear this small, durable bag can carry.

Nice bag. It's well constructed and the waterproof cover is a great feature for this north-westerner. This was obviously designed by a real photographer. I carry a small water bottle in the side pocket. That's a nice extra. This is a good walk-around bag. It won't carry a large kit but is perfect for one camera with selected lenses. The shoulder strap pad is very grippy and will stay on even when not carried across the body.

A Pentax K20D (a medium sized DSLR external battry grip attached) with an 18-250mm zoom fits with the hood on and about a quarter inch to spare. Add in a Pentax 100mm macro lens and a flash and the bag's full. The macro need's its hood reversed, but that's not my main lens.

You can pay less for a bag this size but it won't all have the little extras like rain cover, multiple compartments, memory card pockets, double closure on the main compartment and long, wide strap with swivel buckles. It's nice to not have yet another black bag too. It actually is brown, not the green that Amazon displays.

I am very satisfied with the Nova 170. It's perfect for my D40 with 18-200 mm lens attached, sb-400 flash, and 50 mm f1.4 lens. I can also include a camcorder if needed. I may upgrade to a sb-600 flash in the future which will fit nicely into the bag. There is a smaller compartment in front for extras such as filters, spare batteries, charger, etc.

The waterproof cover worked as advertised. I walked around San Francisco one rainy day, and all my gear stayed completely dry. The strap is comfortable for extended periods of time, and the design allows me to access my gear quickly. I found the Nova 180 too bulky the 170 is more compact unless you have a lot of extra gear. Excellent camera bag overall.

I am able to fit a Rebel T1i attached to a Tamron 17-50 lens, plus a 430ex II flash, and a 50mm 1.8 lens. It also fits the battery charger, extra set of AA batteries and a few memory cards. It has some nice side zipper pockets for documents and anything that fits in a thin pocket.

The bag was a bit smaller in person than I thought it would be. I think I will have to buy a bigger one though, because while it fits all those things there's almost no more room for anything else. If you're traveling etc. then you'd like to have some space in there for a book maybe etc.

The other rather annoying thing is that the base is too small and not sturdy enough so that when you load it up with things it doesn't always stand up straight. In fact it will tip over! I almost had the thing fall off the couch because of that. You have to prop it up against something or just leave it on its back.

Another issue is that if you carry it by the top handle, the weight of the camera and lenses makes it uncomfortable to carry because it sags and the handle isn't sturdy enough for that kind of eight. It should be stiffer, but its more cloth like so just sags and forms a point at your hand....

I do like the material, it feels nice, and the little clasp in the front is good for quick opening and closing if you don't close the top pouch by the zipper.

I bought this for my canon camera before i went on vacation it says its water proof but i have not tried to find out its great and light weight but the material is very thin i would prefer something a little more protective next time because i worry if i drop my camera it might break with this case but if your very careful and this is just to prevent scratches or water damage this would be a perfect case for you

I like this case a lot. It fits my powershot 1200 perfectly, plus the stretchy material allows me to squeeze in an extra battery and extra memory card in as well. I've had mine for almost 6 months and the handle has stayed intact. No problems here.

Fits my Canon Powershot very well, and I love the bright color. It's hard to miss it lying around my house, or in the depths of my purse! Washes well too. I've had mine for a few months with no problems.
