Best Samsonite i-Zone Camera Bag (Silver) Deals

Samsonite i-Zone Camera Bag
Customer Ratings: 4.5 stars

If you've owned cameras, you figured there's always a case to safeguard it, since they are quite fragile devices. It was about time I-zone had finally come up with one of its own. This silver-toned case is great for lugging around your I-zone camera, while providing the protection it needs -and, not to mention keeping your camera free of wear and damage in a cute and stylish way. If you own one, this case is a must-have. It's a sure way to leave your camera scratch-, chip-, and dent-free. Think of it as a small insurance for your I-zone!

This is a very nice quality camera bag for the I-Zone Polaroid cameras, but it will not fit the digital/polaroid combo. The price is excellent, the quality superb, but I will probably break even by sending it back and paying shipping costs.

Best Deals for Samsonite i-Zone Camera Bag (Silver)

I don't know if anyone has an i-Zone camera anymore, but this bag is a great carry case for it.

The design is cute and sleak, which is nice since camera bags are so often clunky.

With proper packing, the bag can even hold an extra film roll beneath the camera. Or it can hold spare batteries if you think you need them (I never had to replace the batteries in my camera for the year that I used it regularly). The bag has little room for extras, so make use of the space in the way that you think makes the most sense.

Although I own a Fujifilm AX550, this case is what I wanted. I travel extensively and wanted a small and compact case. This one fits the bill. It seems sturdy enough to take the bumps and bruises of travel today. It also has a neat carabinere clip to attach to a belt loop

It fit perfect and I like the color. The only complaint is that when I plug in the USB cable, I have to peel it back because it covers the slot.

The Fujifilm Finepix F40fd 8.3MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom (Silver) fits into the case but it is not practical. The strap (inside) to secure the camera just fits and its a pain to secure the camera. The easiest way to use the case is to leave it loose inside but with the double zipper system, it falls out too easily when the case is opened. Therefore, it is not practical like a conventional camera case that opens from the top. Furthermore, the belt clip is secured with a metal rivet that can be easily exposed on the inside of the case. It is covered by a bit of material but in my case, it wasn't attached properly with glue and hence it flaps loose. It came off within the first day. The exposed metal will scratch the camera and the screen.

I award this case 2 stars because faults apart, it is a good protective cover. Personally, I regret the purchase.

These case is perfect with the Fujiflim Finepix Z10fd camara. It has a velcro strap that keeps the camara in place and a net for batteries or whatever you want for your camara. Great buy!

Best Deals for Kroo Camera Case for Fujifilm Finepix + Bundled with Universal LCD

This camera case is not the right size for the Fuji Finepix F31fd camera. If your idea, as was mine, is size that's why you got this camera in the first place then this case is the wrong buy. It's just too large. Go to Circuit City and look at similar cases half the size, which fit snug, no movement for the camera.

Honest reviews on Kroo Camera Case for Fujifilm Finepix + Bundled with Universal LCD

I bought this for my Fujifilm Finepix z5fd camera. The case fits the camera okay but not very securely. One side inside the case has a mesh barrier and the other a single horizontal velcro strap. The velcro strap side doesn't hold the camera very secure and the mesh barrier side is also a bit loose. When you pull the camera out using the barrier side it scrapes against the zipper.

Whatever you do, don't use the caribiner clip to secure the camera on the outside of anything! I treat all my electronics very gently and the first week of using this case the rivet holding the clip onto the case fell off. Luckily someone was walking right behind me when it happened so alerted me my camera was now on the ground. The good news about the case is it protected the camera from the fall and my camera wasn't damaged in the least.

In my opinion it's a cheap case that's decent for putting in a backpack, luggage, or purse for transport but for frequent use (scraping the camera against the zipper when pulling out) or more options of carry methods I'd keep looking.

Oh, another decent thing with the case I have to admit is space to carry the usb cable inside the case opposite the side you have the camera on.

I got this case for my Z20 camera. It is a little too big for my camera, and doesn't hold it well. Also, this case is HIDEOUS-I was really disappointed when I saw it. The same night, my friends came over to visit and saw this case lying on the table. They too exclaimed over how unattractive it was, so it isn't just me being picky.

The camera case is very well made and The Sony website recommended this case for my DSC-W300. This case does have a light snap on the front unlike some that close with a magnet, but I found that the case seemed a bit on the small side for my camera. I felt like the case would come undone if not carried very carefully. The drawback for me is that the case itself did not have a strap, the strap included is for your camera. If your on the run with just your camera like I often am I had no place to put or hold the case when the camera was out of it. I ended up buy another slimfit leather case (red) that has 2 slots to hold extra memory sticks, the camera fits better and it has a small leather strap to carry it.

I liked this camera case a lot because it matched my pink camera and fits well. The suede adds a nice touch and the leather is soft and cute. Love it!

really cute but WAY too much money for a little bitty camerea case with virtually n o space for anything. Of course I knew it when I purchased it I just know it was frivolous! .....

Honest reviews on Sony LCS-TWB/P Genuine Leather Soft Carrying Case for Sony T100

I wanted a pink case to match my DCS-T70 cyber-shot. In the description it didn't say that it was compatible with my camera model, but it still fits well. For the price, I was expecting it to protect my camera in case it fell, but the pamphlet enclosed with the carrying case said that "It cannot protect your camera from strong impact or pressure." So basically, it just protects the camera from scratches. Also, the color of the case was a little darker than I was expecting. The bottom line is that you're paying for the style of the case and not the protection.

MECO Blue Vintage Canvas Camera DSLR Shoulder Messenger Bag Case for Canon Nikon Sony

I love this bag. It arrived in the mail today, and I delighted with it.

The quality of this bag surprised me. The body is made of blue canvas that does not stretch and is acceptably thick. The strap is woven canvas and all the accents are in brown leather (though probably fake leather). The flap that closes the bag has both buckles and hidden snaps, so though the buckles are real, you don't have to undo them every time you open the bag. A zip-top under the flap ensures that your camera does not fall out of the bag. There are two open-top pockets on the front of the bag, a small one one each side that both snap closed, and a large open pocket inside the back panel of the bag.

The camera-bag insert actually comes out, so it could be transferred to another bag easily. I may occasionally take my camera supplies out of the bag and use it as a bookbag for college. The insert has room for a decent-sized DSLR body and two lenses. There is one divider that is secured in place with velcro. The entire insert is padded with thick foam and has a velvety covering; it's deep brown.

Though bright blue and very chic, nothing about this bag even hints that it is holding expensive camera supplies. A great blend of fashion and functionality, I would reccomend this bag to anyone---although it's so great, I am tempted to keep its origin all to myself!

Shipping was much faster than anticipated. The bag arrived a week before the estimated delivery.

I purchased both the Tamrac 3445 Rally 5 Camera/Netbook/iPad Bag (Brown/Tan) and Tamrac 3447 Rally 7 Camera/Laptop Bag (Brown/Tan) bags as I was looking for a daily use camera bag. I had a few key criteria for what the bag had to hold:

1. Be able to hold my camera ( Canon EOS 50D )

2. 1 flash ( Canon Speedlite 580EX or Canon Speedlite 430EX II )

3. 1 lens on Camera and at least 1 additional lens

4. Apple iPad in this case: Twelve South BookBook for iPad in Classic Black Style

5. Assorted: memory cards, ipad camera kit, charger (iPad and camera), spare battery, etc.

6. Place to keep a water bottle or 2

The Rally 7 bag has 4 vertical compartments, whereas the Rally 5 has 3 vertical compartments. Both bags have a compartment for keeping a laptop, netbook or tablet. In addition there are 2 mesh pockets on either side, a zippered compartment at the front of the bag (under the flap) and a document pocket in the back of the bag.

The Rally 7 held everything great, I could hold All of the above comfortably. I could fit my Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6L lens and 2-3 other lenses, depending on which ones I used. The problem was exactly what I could fit in the bag. Since this is going to be my walking around bag (and what I carry to work every day) I needed to keep myself from over filling the bag. The space for the iPad was plenty large and could easily hold a laptop instead (up to 15"). The pockets on the sides of the bag are pretty nice for keeping small items or water bottles and the front pocket under the flap holds all the assorted accessories I need.

The Rally 5 on the other hand basically has one less slot so I can hold everything that I listed above, but the 100-400L lens. The iPad slot fits my iPad in case just barely or could fit a netbook instead (up to maybe a 11" or 12" screen, my 13" MacBook does not fit). The bag is a little shorter and not quite as wide as the Rally 7, but the depth of the bags is just about the same as can be seen in the photos i have added to the bag pages or in the specs provided by Tamrac. The best part is that the bag now goes with me wherever I go, so I take more photos. I have to plan things more carefully than I did with my backpack, but at the same time this makes the bag lighter.

I ended up returning the Rally 7 and kept the Rally 5. I'm not sure either of these bags could hold a Pro body or a body with a grip, but since that isn't what I have it wasn't a concern. Here are a few things that I would like done differently on the bag:

1. Add the quiet opening velcro flaps like on the Crumpler bags (that I also looked at, but were too heavy).

2. Allow the strap to be changed, although the strap is reasonably comfortable, I can see wanting a different strap or one with more padding.

3. I'm not sure I like the clip in the front for closing the flap, it doesn't have the guides on the side which means I don't quite get it lined up all the time.

Other than those 3 items I really like my new bag! I've been using it for almost 6 weeks now and have found it to be exactly what I needed and when my camera isn't it, I can even use it to hold the 100-400 lens to shoot with at an event so I can get at it and swap lenses. I like the brown color as well (though I did like the black bag with red stripe that was available for other versions of this bag, that didn't have the laptop/iPad slot).

Note: I've posted this review on both the Rally 5 and Rally 7 pages as I hope this helps anyone trying to decide between these bags.

Best Deals for Tamrac 3445 Rally 5 Camera/Netbook/iPad Bag (Black)

I had my eye on this bag for a few weeks. It was exactly what I wanted, but was more money than I wanted to spend. I bought a cheapier bag and threw it away after 2 days. Bought this one and really like it. I wanted a bag that would hold my iPad, in its Otter Box case, the data cable and outlet charger, and my stylus pen. This bag is too big for that, but I wanted the option to be able to carry extra items if needed. The advantage of using a camera bag is that it comes with sections that can be velcroed to create pockets instead of having everything floating around in the bigger front pocket the iPad has it's own pocket.

Quality is very good. The strap is not wimpy like on most computer bags. The clip is easy to operate to open the main flap. There is the added bonus of velcro under the flap to hold in place if you leave it unclipped. There is also a pocket on the outside that is great for holding papers, folder, or a magazine.

Honest reviews on Tamrac 3445 Rally 5 Camera/Netbook/iPad Bag (Black)

What I carry in this bag:

>Netbook in the slot (without power cord) with camera manual

>Inside compartments: Panasonic Lumix GH2 with 14-140 lens in center, with spare filter underneath; 100-300 lens and lens pen on one side; 20mm prime lens, battery charger, small point-and-shoot, extra lenscaps maybe some small miscelleny, on the other side.

>Front zipper compartment: in the pockets: memory cards (in a drawstring bag), spare battery. Free-floating: filter wrenches (could fit more).

>Back pocket: non-valuable flat items, such as a map.

Note: the GH2 is a micro-four-thirds camera. A DSLR and its accoutrements could be an entirely different story.

I had a hard time picking a bag for my new camera that I was about to take on a trip. This served me well in that it fit pretty much everything I needed (barely, but it did). The lenses only fit this one way (in other words, the bag only closes when the 14-140 lens is mounted and in the center pocket, etc).

Highlights: Decent padding, rugged-seeming outer material, cutomizable velcro-attached inner dividers, attractive non-camera-bag-looking. I truly love the interior netbook slot. Even without a netbook or tablet in there, it provides a welcome extra layer of padding.

Major detraction: open-top design I really would have liked a zippable flap (or something) for greater protection (against dust etc), and some peace of mind (I was afraid that something would fall out). The top flap does buckle and velcro, but not very tightly (and only in the one spot). Easy camera access, but not all that sealed in.

Minor detractions: Sewed-in strap (can't change it out, but it is a nice strap), velcro area for the flap needs to be extended for a tighter fit, buckle is plastic, buckle needs to be moved down so you can make a tighter fit, buckle is a pain and can get jammed if you're closing it without looking, probably far from weatherproof. I don't know if you could throw this in the washing machine, but I would love to find out.

All in all, this is the closest to an ideal bag for me. It has served me well, and fits just fine in an overhead bin. You could take out the dividers (or not) and use it as a messenger bag if you were so inclined. Still, I feel vulnerable about the unpadded top flap not fitting tightly around my camera equipment. I tuck a microfiber cloth in across the top of my interior contents to make me feel better about it (and maybe protect against dust and such). Attractive bag, perfect size. I can even squeeze the whole shebang into a backpack if I need to. In the six months I've had this bag, I've taken it on a 2-week safari, and about 12 flights altogether without incident. It still looks nice too. Great for travel, but I don't think I'd take it on a hike. I also bought the small one for taking the gear out without the netbook and 100-300 lens. I haven't actually used it yet, but it's kind of a cute mini-luggage set (and versatile).

It was so hard for me to pick a camera bag! I hope this review helps someone in the same quandry.

Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Tamrac 3445 Rally 5 Camera/Netbook/iPad Bag (Black)

I bought this after owning the Rally 7, which is larger to take a 15" laptop. I wanted a smaller bag which didn't scream 'camera bag' that would nonetheless protect my camera and allow me to use it as an everyday bag so that I could have my camera handy more often for those once-in-a-lifetime shots that I always seem to see when I don't have my camera.

I am very very happy with it there's plenty of space for the camera and some accessories (I don't carry a spare lens at the moment but I have room for it plus the battery charger and a small external hard drive) and outside of the camera specific space with it's lovely adjustable pockets there's still room leftover for my wallet, keys, phone, and a 5.5"x8" day planner, plus a few random odds and ends that always end up in my bag somehow anyway. I keep the day planner in the padded slot for the netbook, but I have actually managed to fit the day planner in the outside pocket on the back and a netbook in the padded slot. It's a bit of a squeeze, but it does work.

Other minor features I like the handle on the top feels nice and sturdy so while I don't carry it around like that, it makes it easy to grab, particularly in tight spaces. I also like that the flap itself has Velcro in addition to the quick-release clip you can see in the photo the Velcro does an excellent job of keeping the bag closed so in situations when I might want to have quick access to my camera I can skip clipping it and it's just a simple matter of lift the flap and go. (The Velcro is also well-placed so that when the flap drops down it catches automatically I've had other bags where there was a similar hook and loop fastener but it hardly ever lined up properly.)

Perfect for my D-lux 5. Like others have pointed out some minor discolorization is present but honestly who cares?

It's a quality case that will protect your camera forever.

One thing I did do was use a leather conditioner (Coach Brand)to soften up the leather and now it has that broken in feel... Love this case!

A luxury companion to your Leica D-Lux 5. Not a must have item but well worth the investment. There are many cases for you D-Lux 5, but I for one am happy with the purchase. The fine leather treatment is protective as well as convenient but I guess the main focus is on appearance. Shop around and compare if you can. Pelican has a reputation for solid protection, and I was not disappointed. I haven't run over it with a truck yet, but I love the way my camera equipment fits snugly in the heavy foam. I've also added the intop organizer.

Best Deals for Pelican 1600-001-110 Case No Foam, Black

I was really worried that the foam would be difficult to puck out, like maybe I'd tear more than I intended, but it was really well designed. It's got a layer of foam with no cut outs on the bottom, then 2 more layers with cut outs. The locks work wonderfully and are easy to open. I got this to hold my Canon XF 100 hoping it would be big enough to hold that and a sound recorder when I actually get one. It was definitely big enough. Big enough it also doubles as a seat when I'm waiting for the bus lol

Honest reviews on Pelican 1600-001-110 Case No Foam, Black

This case is great. Very sturdy and is huge! This holds almost all of my boyfriend's paintball gear. The only thing that isn't in there is his mask. It holds 2 markers, 3 air tanks, and a couple other pieces. We did use the 2 layers of foam as 2 different levels. I would recommend these cases to anyone that is looking to store things in a strong case. It isn't just for camera gear or paintball stuff. I am thinking about getting another one for our remote control helicopters since they are that great. Mess up the foam? No problem they sell replacement foam. Which is great if you ever upgrade your gear that you are storing. You don't have to go out and buy a whole new case.

**This case is so strong, we used it for another purpose. The seat back in our car broke (it laid flat down) and we needed something to hold up the seat while we bought a new car. This worked great! It took the beating and showed no wear!

The RooCase for my digital polaroid is a very secure, snug fitting case. It's very snug for just my camera. I wonder if they make a larger case, other than that for just my particular camera which will also hold some accessories, such as extra batteries, memory cards, flash drives, and perhaps some cables for connecting my camera to my computer. I was hesitant to pay the slightly higher price compared to other cases, especially being that it wasn't prime eligible but I did because it specifically mentioned my camera's model #, & I don't regret my decision at all! Super compact design fits everything you'd need with you to take pics & the quality is awesome!

But smaller than I expected. Very well made but a little clumsy. Would have liked just a little more room to hold battery charger. Without the charger, a smaller bag is better for me.

This bag has great organizer pockets for all of the camera accessories. The area for the camera itself is well padded and my camera fits perfectly. Great buy for the money.

It works for my needs. Just the right size. I bought this for my new digital camera. I love the color.

I love this bag. My camera fits perfectly with the camera strap attached. All my extra batteries and cards and cable fit perfectly. The section where the camera sits is very padded so there isn't an issue with the camera getting bumped, even if I drop it the camera is safe.

I was searching for a camera bag and found a lot to choose from, but almost all of them had too much going on, in terms of design, and were way too bulky. I wanted a bag that was sleek and most of all one that won't draw attention. That's where this Filemate backpack comes in.

Some might argue that there isn't enough padding and that may be true, but I find it adequate. I have my Canon 5D Mark II with Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 lens, Canon 28-70mm f/2.8L, Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L, Contax RTS II (I'll swap this out for my Canon 50D at times), Canon 580ex, and Contax TLA280 flash stashed inside the bag and have not had any issues. I am mindful of my bag and its content and my surroundings. I don't carelessly bump into things with my bag to warrant the need for extra padding.

The dividers are secured via velcro and they hold on really well. There's an inner pocket system consisting of 3 pockets: 2 small and 1 large. It also has an outer pocket with a small inner pocket inside. There are straps to secure on a tripod, too. It looks like it can support a lightweight one. I have a Manfrotto tripod that comes with it's own bag so I don't really have a use for the straps. (Maybe I could secure on my water bottle? Looks like it'll fit.)

It's a great all-around bag. I am really pleased with this purchase and product!
