Well made semi-hard shell case. I bought this for a Sony Cybershot DSC-HX50V/B digital camera. Fits the camera well with no wiggle room and well protected. However, there is no room for an extra battery, cord or memory card in the mesh pouch because I'm concerned a battery, etc. would press against either the LCD camera screen or damage the shutter, depending on how the camera is oriented in the case. I store my camera with the lens facing the top of the case (the case front has the embossed concentric rectangles) and don't close the Velcro straps because the straps would overlap on the camera shutter, creating a bump that could damage the mechanical shutter. I researched many cases and like this one because it's compact and I didn't want a large bulky case.

Buy Think Tank Cable Management 30 V2.0, Clear Plastic Pouch

Think Tank Cable Management 30 V2.0, Clear Plastic Pouch
Customer Ratings: 5 stars
Buy Now
My first purchase into the Cable Management series was this item, the 30 v2.0, and I later added the smaller 20 v2.0. More space seemed better with this one just make sure you can fill it all. While the 30 does have a lot of space, it almost seems to be too much space, depending on what you are putting in it. Right now I have a bunch of audio cables in there for shooting video, and it works perfectly for that since I can throw everything audio-related into one case and keep it separate from other equipment. The Cable Management 30 has a center divider as well to help keep things organized inside, as well as including some of the ThinkTank red cable ties which are amazing. Comparing it to the 20, they both have their uses, I can fit larger items in the 30 and smaller items in the 20, while keeping them relatively secure and not overly bouncing around inside the bag. Check your size needs before buying but I can foresee myself buying more of the smaller bags (20s and 10s) to keep the rest of my gear organized and saving this larger 30 for actual equipment not just cables. Has that great ThinkTank quality so it definitely gets 5 stars for usefulness and durability.

This case is pretty good for the price I paid. It does the job and it is sturdy enough to protect the camera in case it falls on the floor. Easy to open and take the camera out, opens all the way. The only thing I don't like that much is the hook in the back, I wish it was removable, sometimes it seems to be a little bulky. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and I will recommend it to other people.

I love these cases and will continue to buy them over the other, bigger name branded cases. So far I have three this size and they are just as good as pelicans that I already had. The foam seems firm enough, yet also soft enough to protect what I have in them, even if they get dropped on pavement, etc. I do wish they made larger cases with this same depth though.

This worked great on my nikon D5000 with up to the 18-200 lens attached with hood reversed AND battery grip attached. It is easiest to turn it inside out to put it on. It has a handy strap that I would hook around something so it is always ready to slip back on.

I used it as a covering between shots when I did not want to put the camera back in a more protective case. For example, walking from one exhibit to the next at a garden or zoo. Helps to keeps dust and debris out and keeps it safe from MINOR and maybe MEDIUM bumps. Will not protect from drops or major hits though.

Product has a pretty decent life span for the torture I put them through. I have purchased several of these. I have since upgraded to a D7000 and have not tried it on that camera yet.

This enclosure is well built and solid. The injection-molded plastic is thick, and the color is not painted. So it's pretty impossible to miss this enclosure in a scrum of stuff.

The foam inside is pre-cut for easy removal, allowing you to customize the inside for whatever you're trying to carry safely. I'm happy!

COSMOS Black PU Leather Case Cover Bag For Pentax Q 02 Standard Review

COSMOS Black PU Leather Case Cover Bag For Pentax Q 02 Standard zoom 27.5-83mm lens+ Cosmos cable tie
Customer Ratings: 3.5 stars
Buy Now
Got this a few days ago, and it was surprisingly well made. It fits the Pentax Q with 02 zoom snugly, and the nice stiff, thick lined leather seems like it would protect the camera quite well. I don't have any of the other zooms to see if they fit, but I'd imagine the 06 and 01 would fit without too much trouble. It didn't have a bad smell.

However, a couple of issues. The first point is that the 1/4" tripod mount screw is quite tight and is difficult to properly tighten down. The second, a major point, is that the sides of the case completely block the battery and SD card doors; you need to undo the (tight and difficult) tripod screw to get at them.

So, as long as you don't need to change the battery or replace the card it's a fine case..... but for the average user (who will run through at least one SD card or one battery a day) it's going to be awfully frustrating.

Fits great, and looks sharp. Easy to snap on/off, and doesn't present any real stumbling blocks.

I like it better than zippered cases. They might be better in some ways as protection, but this has a nostalgic look to it, and as I grew up in a 35mm world, I like it. Wish I could find some similar cases for my K5, and canon sx 40hs.

I use the strap that came with the camera though, didn't really care much for the strap included with the case, but that is just my take on it, others can do their thing.

Canon PSC-1 Side Pack for all Powershot Digital Cameras Reviews

Canon PSC-1 Side Pack for all Powershot Digital Cameras
Customer Ratings: 4.5 stars

This bag is exceedingly well-made and at $10, an absolute bargain. I would've been happy with mine at three times that price. The fabric is durable, the zippers are sturdy, and the design is excellent, with a total of five exterior pockets and one large interior compartment that can be divided. Overall, the bag gives an impression of quality and good design.

The reviewer who gave this bag two stars is not being fair. His complaint seems to be that the bag's size is... well... the size stated in its description. If he didn't read the dimensions of the bag before ordering and was expecting something much smaller, how is that the product's fault?

Know what you're ordering: This smallish shoulder bag is a little smaller than a sheet of 8.5" x 11" paper in width and height, and about 2" thick. You probably wouldn't want to use it all the time, like you might with a belt-mounted camera case. But if you need to head out on a photo day trip with your digital camera, an extra set of batteries, an extra storage card, a small notebook, a map, and a cell phone, this bag is pretty close to perfect.

as a camera bag, it is really stylish and superlight.

I bought it as my mini-day pack for Canon digital camera, batteries, and one guide book, and a bottle of water. They all fit and still could put some more. So, you get the idea of the size.

If you are considering a compact bag like a fanny bag size, this is twice of the volume. A medium dark shiny grey color makes it look very sleek in my opinion. I think it was a very good buy, at least, better than Canon camera I bought with it;)

Best Deals for Canon PSC-1 Side Pack for all Powershot Digital Cameras

This bag has tons of room. Alot of padding to protect your camera. Alot of pockets for batteries, media cards etc. I even use it to put my keys, money, glasses etc in when going to games or events that I dont want to take my purse as something extra to carry. The strap is great too. Whether you want to carry it or put it over your shoulder. This bag is worth twice the price!

Honest reviews on Canon PSC-1 Side Pack for all Powershot Digital Cameras

This is not a straight camera case or even bag, so to speak, but nevertheless I've found it very useful as a field bag, and the price is extremely attractive. There is room for far more than a small digital camera, and I suspect Canon just never correctly marketed the real utility of this item, after reading another review.

Professional photographers have scads of choices in dedicated equipment bags; everyday shooters are prone to grab the nearest tote if they need more than just a protective sheath for the camera.

As has been mentioned already, there is room in this bag for field guides, camera manuals, power cords, batteries, keys, wallets, etc; it's a great small messenger-type bag overall. I have started using it in place of a shoulder bag from time to time.

One quibble: instead of the small (velcro-attached) shelf available in the main compartment, insert an attached bag, or slipcase, dedicated to the camera itself, in order to protect the LCD from scratches, and provide quick retrieval. I'd be happy to buy it again with that improvement.

With the current design, many people will just throw the camera into the main compartment with who knows what else. And then they will of course complain when the LCD gets beaten up.

This is a nicely designed camera bag. I have a Canon powershot S3 IS that fit's perfectly inside the main compartment with tons of room to spare. There actually enough space for my compact as well.

Best feature of this camera bag It doesn't look like a camera bag. It's got a very casual yet urban look and feel to it, so you won't look like a tourist when walking around in the city especially.

I'm sorry to say that the reviewer who gave this bag 2 stars didn't know exactly what he was purchasing this bag for, or didn't consider the pros and cons of owning such a bag prior to ordering it.

If you plan to carry tons of photography gear, this bag ain't for you.

If you wanna look like a total tourist, this bag ain't for you.

If you need a bag for your camera with room for spare batteries, memory cards or a couple of rolls of film, maybe even some usb cables, then this bag is perfect.

... and did I mention this bag looks uber-cool?

Protective Camera Case Bag Cover Protector for Canon Power Shot S Reviews

Protective Camera Case Bag Cover Protector for Canon Power Shot S 90 / S 95 / S 100 Camera Detachable With Strap Soft Layer With Tripod Mount Hole Black
Customer Ratings: 4.5 stars

I bought this case to protect my new S100 during vacation. It is a quality built stitched leather case with a soft felt-like interior. The camera attaches to the bottom half with the thumb screw mount and has two rings to attach a strap (included). The top half of the case attaches with three snaps so you can remove the top half for shooting pictures and still have the camera protected from the bottom and sides. The bump on the front of the case for the lens is longer than it needs to be so it does bulk up the package quite a bit from the relatively small bare camera. The top snaps off and on easily enough but if I were designing it I'd add some provision for a teather so it wouldn't get dropped while snapping a shot.

Another thing worth mentioning is the thumb screw threads, they were too long for my Canon S100 and bottomed out about one turn from being tight to the case. As a result, the camera did not sit tight in the bottom half of the case and rocked back and forth slightly. Most people might not even notice but we Engineers are particular about details like this. Fortunately for me the fix was easy, I just popped out the thumbscrew and machined off one thread in my lathe. I suppose it could be done with a file too but this is a easily fixed detail that the manufacturer might consider changing in the future.

In spite of the little screw length glitch I would still recommend this case for someone that is looking for a nice protective case for their camera. As a side note, I also bought the same case for my Canon G1X at the same time and that case did not have the screw length problem. If you're looking for a leather case I would not hesitate to buy this one again.

Portare' Multi Use Messenger Bag for Camera/Laptop/iPad - Khaki Reviews

Portare' Multi Use Messenger Bag for Camera/Laptop/iPad - Khaki

I've been looking for a long time for a camera bag that doesn't look like a camera bag. I've searched all the big box stores and even some department stores. Everything was black and you wore it like a backpack. I wanted something I could wear cross-body so I could shoot freely without worrying about holding onto my bag. I'd seen the Jill-e bags for women but they were more than I wanted to spend. Last year, I bought a large beige messenger bag at Aldo that ripped on the second day of my trip due to the weight of everything I carried. After searching for years, I decided to bite the bullet and spend some money on a good bag. And this bag doesn't disappoint. In the camera insert ALONE I was able to fit 2 lenses, a battery grip, an external flash and the camera base for my DSLR. Then there is still room for a tablet and a laptop or other things like wallet, makeup, snacks, camera rain gear, umbrella, etc.

But that's not the only features it has. When you open the top flap, there are three zippered compartments right there next to the buckles. I was able to store all my memory cards in one, 3 li-ion batteries in the middle one and still have another pouch left over! That makes changing batteries/cards super easy! Then in front when you lift up the flap, there is another zippered compartment which has two more mesh pouches. Then there are a couple slots to put a pen, another 2 slots for small things like crackers/granola bars or battery charger. If that wasn't enough, there are two pockets on the side water bottles! Now turn the bag around. There is a back zipper pocket you can use to store your lens caps, with a little pocket on the inside. There is also a zipper on the bottom to open up the back pocket and slide the bag onto your carry on with a strap running through the middle to hook the bag.

This bag is simply amazing. I have never been able to put all my camera needs in one bag until now. I've always had to put my camera gear in a camera bag and put it in my carry-on which took up 1/2 of the carry-on. NOT ANYMORE! Plus, the added shoulder pad provides comfort when lugging around all this stuff. I don't usually take a tripod when I travel but I like that you can attach it to the bottom. You don't realize how difficult it is to attach a monopod/tripod to a purse until you try.

The only down side, if you can count it one, is that the Khaki bag is just a shade darker than it appears in pictures but it doesn't make one bit of difference for me. It's a large bag and I like that. I can wear this bag with any type of clothing and that is the main reason I wanted a messenger bag in beige. This bag is everything I've been looking for and more and I guarantee it will be for you too. This bag on the Portare website is $169.99. So save yourself the trouble (and potential shipping costs), and click 'Add to Cart'.

There are so many options in camera bags, I made a prioritized list padding all the way around, waterproof, not-so obvious look, tripod straps, room to grow. Most bags had some of the features. This bag has everything. I have used it for weekend trips and found it to be comfortable to carry with very easy access to the camera.

Honest reviews on Portare' Multi Use Messenger Bag for Camera/Laptop/iPad - Khaki

I purchased for electronics holder for vacation. This will hold all my electonics plus chargers. I really like everything about it. Very nice. I needed something that was not black, visually I have trouble locating so I require contrast. This fills that bill. I almost sent it back because I don't care for the belt type closure. I thought they would be mostly visual like on purses but no. I may attach velcro underneath the flap. It is sturdy, well constructed, with good padding inside. It is large enough and not so large it is bulky. It is well designed on the inside for all the equipment I wanted to haul around.

I use this case to keep my expensive camera gear safe from travels in the remote Alaska wilderness. It's virtually indestructible. It was between this (1500) and the 1520 model and I choose this due to the smaller size alone. I can still fit it in a backpack if needed. It is a tight fit for my 5D Mark II along with two lenses and speedlight, but it does fit. I would have preferred going with the re-arrangable foam inserts instead of the pick and pluck, but with some decent planning I'm fine with the pick and pluck. If you have the option and think you might change your configuration in the future I would try and get the foam inserts instead.

It's dirt cheap insurance for my expensive gear and I'll buy another one if needed, which doesn't look like a good possibility given the excellent construction.

I have been toting around weapons for 25 years as a shooter and trainer. NOTHING comes close to a Pelican case! They are more than worth the price. You get everything you pay for and more. You truly can drive over them. The 100% warranty is for real. They stand behind their product. You can easily adjust the foam interior to cushion your weapon, mags, trikets, ect. Will be the last case you every buy. I have four in various sizes. I use and abuse them with wanton abandon and ruthlessness. They are hard to scratch or dent and clean up nicely with Armor All. I have banged and bashed them with expensive firearms inside. My toys were fine. You would be hard pressed to find a better value than a Pelican case. When you take these to the range they will be admired. Get ready to answer a lot of questions. Make excellent secure storage for firearms left in vehicle. Put several locks on the case then run a heavy bicycle cable through the locks and around the car seat support. Same thing in hotel rooms. Here I run the cable around the plumbing under a sink. They come in various colors for those who do not love everything black.

Bough this for my gopro hero3 and accessories! Works GREAT!!! It's a Pelican, what else do you need to say! Super protection, great clasps and steel reinforced locking lugs. Seals tight as a drum with a huge oring seal. The only negative I could possibly think of, clasps are stiff and may be difficult for everyone. On the plus side of that, it will keep kids out, so debatable if it is really a negative. I have had many good Lowepro camera bags over the years and was looking forward to a rolling bag that would save my need to add a luggage cart to my large backpack going through airports. This roller surprised me with how heavy the bag was empty, right out of the shipping box. Nonetheless, I decided to give it its due and transfer my equipment from my Lowepro backpack into this roller, and was immediately frustrated by the lack of nooks and crannies built into the roller. The backpack actually has more room and more innovative ways of storage than this overweight, under thought through cousin. There are so many design flaws that after a couple of days of dragging it around the house to see if I was being too finicky, I happily reloaded my backpack, and returned this overpriced, overweight, overnight bag. Sorry Lowepro, you need to rework this one completely. On a separate note, something I thought Lowepro would have figured out in this newer than my backpack model, Lowepro the two little "pockets" are too small for actually holding my stash of digital media cards. A photographer carries more than two, and Nikon uses larger media than you have accounted for.

Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program If you have a SLR camera with some large lenses, a flash, a laptop and all the other accessories that go with this set up, then you have a lot of equipment to carry around. Typically camera backpacks come in small, medium and large sizes. This is the large model, from Lowepro, a respected maker of camera bags.

I evaluated this bag for a long overseas trip with a lot of photographic equipment. The challenge is to get all the equipment to the destination and then be in a position to carry it from photo-op to photo-op. These goals are contradictory. A big bag will let you take all your things by plane or car but then is impractical in the field. This bag, therefore, is to transport all your equipment where you are going. After that, switch to a smaller bag and only carry selected items. Alternatively, see if you can make do with a medium-sized, dual purpose bag.

Pros

Spacious: probably big enough to fit all your stuff in one bag. Will accommodate one pro DSLR with large lens or two smaller DSLRs and accessories, including medium laptop.

Has wheels.

Tripod mount.

Will fit in most big airplane overhead compartments. Not in the small planes, though.

Sturdy construction, but light for its size.

Padded straps for backpacking

Cons:

Big: If you can manage with a smaller bag you should. This one is hard to maneuver in crowded spaces. Also do not imagine you will be backpacking with it. Even if the weight is not an issue, the bulk and square profile is.

In summary, I would use the Lowepro ProRunner 450 AW to carry all my photographic equipment in one bag as carry on luggage on an airplane or in a car. If real walking, hiking or crowded places are anticipated I would eliminate some stuff and use a smaller bag.

Best Deals for Lowepro Pro Runner x450 AW DSLR Backpack (Black)

Its a pretty pricey product, but not ergonomic at all, ordered it via amazon.de, and realised that after seeing the product. It cant be noticed from any videos or anything. The waistbelt of the bag continuously bruises the ground when u use the roller, and u need to be very well built to carry the bag around (filled) tucking on your shoulders. I emailed Lowepro about the design flaw, but no reply. Thinking of returning to amazon.de, but it would cost me almost 100 from Finland. So not really suggestable to buy, unless your physique is equivalent of Stallone. They claim it is suitable for carry on baggage on domestic airlines, which is completely baseless unless u travel business class only

Was very happy with the old computrekker and nova products, changed to this most costly one and regretting

Honest reviews on Lowepro Pro Runner x450 AW DSLR Backpack (Black)

I did not know how to go with rating this product ... yes it is heavy, really heavy (you can forget carrying it on your back for more than 15 min if you load it with your gear). Being heavy means that if you are using a shipping forwarding service (like Shop and Ship from Aramex) then there is a lot of money going into the shipping cost (almost as much as I paid for for the bag itself)which brings me to the good price published here (my local dealer was actually selling it for the original price). The bag, as all Lowepro products, is made of really good quality material:

1Good quality zippers / buckles

2Very good paddings

3sturdy wheels

4Very comfy shoulder paddings when used as a back packpack (for 5 min!)

5The famour wheather protection cover

All in all, and in all fairness, if we are demanding that much of items to be cramed in one bag we should expect it to be a heavy (I did!! but I did not expect it to be THAT heavy). If you need to take a lot of gear around (using your car then rolling it to the event venue where you would transfer the gear into a harness and a belt setup)then this is the perfect bag for you ... and I think that would be the perfect setup.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Other reviews have already covered how useful and versatile this is, and I agree with most of them. The only point I want to make here is its size. I was under the impression that I could take this as a carry-on and I planned to take it with me on my recent trip to China. After I received it, I was a little disappointed, most of the airlines require carry-ons less than 45", length, width and height combined, but this one was obviously over the limit by a few inches. I certainly was not gonna risk being stopped at the security check point and having this checked-in with my camera, lenses and ipad in it, so I left it at home and took my small camera bag with just one extra lense in it, plus I had to stuff my ipad into my daughter's rolling back-pack.

I just recently got a Powershot A80, which I love. I got the PSC-60 case sight unseen since it seemed like a nice complement for the camera. The quality of materials is good, but the design seems simplistic and minimalist to the extreme. A few complaints:

-My A80 fits in the case, but it's pretty snug, and there is only room for one extra compact flash card, no room for extra batteries even without the extra compact flash card.

-The flap closes nicely with a large area of velcro, but the case is open at the sides around the top 1/2 inch or so, so this case is far from weatherproof, and wouldn't be suitable even for shielding the camera from debris.

-The case has no handles/straps/etc., and no way to attach one. There is the belt clip on the back, but it's not releasable so you truly have to thread a belt through it.

-With the camera and a compact flash card in the case, and with the flap closed, the case is actually thicker (maybe 3 inches) than it is wide, which both looks and feels awkward.

-Padding on the case is pretty thin, so I would not recommend trusting this to protect the camera from anything other than some light bumps... it would not give adequate protection from a fall.

I moved on to a Lowepro MX10 (which is now called the Lowepro D-Res 10 AW). For about the same money as the Canon case, I get:

-a reclosable belt loop (with strong velco attachment)

-removable neck strap

-soft tricot lining (no scratched LCDs with this case)

-room for an extra compact flash card (a bit tight with a CF plastic cover, perfect fit with just the card)

-room for 4 extra AA batteries, even with the extra compact flash card in the case as well

-a weatherproof and durable fabric

-wide top-opening full zipper top

-reasonably thick padding

Overall, the Lowepro bag looks like it was made for the Powershot A80 (and presumably the A70 and A60 as well), the camera fits just a little loosely by itself, but perfectly with 4 extra AA batteries and a spare compact flash card.

I can't say anything negative about my Canon camera, I love it. The PSC-60 case, however, leaves a lot to be desired, and much better options exist out there. I highly recommend the Lowepro case.

I bought this case for my A80. I did not want something that was waterproof, big, fancy or that had a bunch of extra features. I just wanted a simple case that would protect the camera when traveling and storing. It accomplishes these objectives perfectly.

I like the fact that the belt loop is sewed into the case. When I am at a race or amusement park, I want the assurance that there is no way the camera will come off my belt unless it completely breaks.

The inside of the case is soft and the outside is a water repellant-type material with a large velcro "snap".

You can't see it from the picture, but once opened, the case features a web-like pouch for batteries or a CF card. It will not hold both, but all I care about is batteries since I do not carry a spare CF card.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this case for the price I paid for it. It does what I want in an efficient and compact way. I bought it without seeing it in a store. After receiving it, I would have expected this to have cost around 15-20 dollars. I like it. It's just right.

This is a nice case, protects the camera well, but I wish there were a few more features. It has a belt loop, but I think a clip would have been nicer for those days when you don't wear a belt, or if you'd rather clip it to a pocket or something.

Also, the pouch is only big enough to carry 4 extra batteries OR another compactflash card, but not both. I bought a large CF card, so I guess if I ever use the pouch it will be for batteries.

Besides that, the case looks very good and seems to protect the camera well. My Canon A70 camera fits perfectly inside, as expected.

I purchased the Canon Powershot A75 and ordered this case. I also purchased the $3.97 Wal-mart Samsonite case first. The Canon case is designed for the Powershot A series and fits absolutely perfect, the case is a fabric vinyl mixture, mostly vinyl, which is soft to the touch but water repellent. It has a metal insignia "Canon Powershot" on the flap and room for one extra memory card underneath. This case provides protection from elements, scratches and has a belt loop for mobility...it does not include a shoulder strap because it was NOT designed for that, nor for shock protection from drops. It is designed to hold the camera while mobile, protect from damage from near objects or elements, and provide suitable soft cushion on the inside while REMOVING AND REPLACING it in the case. This is the key...the camera is equipped with a 1.8" LCD, any OTHER case will scratch this screen while you take it OUT of the case or put it back IN. The above $3.97 case mentioned has extra rooom, is 25% larger than the camera and can hold some batteries along with memory cards, but it is difficult to PLACE and REMOVE (getting your fingers in there) and the ZIPPER will SCRATCH the screen unless you are SUPER careful which I was for 3 days until I said "to heck with this!" I even left the protective plastic on the screen for the first 2 days and I'm glad I did, the scratch marks ended up there instead of the screen. Remember, you want the case to fit your camera, provide REASONABLE protection, and look good. The case accomplishes all these at $5.95!! I understand we MAY drop our cameras but this happens out of the case usually and therefore moot. I dropped my Canon T70 (large SLR) maybe 3 times in 12 years. It was still going strong and I retired it when I bought the Powershot. For those that want lots of room, please think about it either you buy a larger memory card (which 90% of people will do) and you don't need more room in a case or at least still carry the extra in this case (2 cards, one in case, one in camera). As for batteries, you should be using NiMH rechargeable this camera takes 4 and will shoot at least 250 shots. I used mine for 3 days and its not showing low yet (approx 200 shots and TONS of viewing/deleting/uploading, playing with settings and flash)

My best regards to you and your purchase of camera and case!

This camera case fits the A620 perfectly. Purchased it for hubby, who must walk around construction sites with his A620. He cannot have some big, bulky, manbag hanging off his shoulder because it's annoying and dangerous on a construction site. He is so thrilled with his new camera case because of the belt loop and small size.

He can also easily fit the entire thing in his briefcase, to carry-on the plane when he goes out of town. This probably won't protect your camera if you drop the thing on the ground (what would?) but it will keep dust, dirt and scratches from ruining your pricey camera and also provides an easy way to tote your camera around on your belt loop. Very handy!

Well worth the insanely cheap price for high quality.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband and he loves it. The material is really flexible and protects his Sony Alpha A700 just the way he wanted. Fast shipping. Great business. Thnx!

While this travel case fit snugly over my a77 with battery grip attached, it was extremely tight to get over. Secondly I was constantly worried that the snug fit would break my lens hood. This might start working better over time as the material stretches. But I don't have time to continually work the case over my camera and has largely sat in my luggage this trip

For a small DSLR like a D90, it's OK. It barely fits my Sony A-77 but not with the vertical grip and certainly not with my 70-300. I have a big honking case but I'm trying to streamline for the Disney trip. I had to poke a small hole on the bottom to use with the Black Rapid connector. Oh, and spray it with Scotch Guard to make it water resistant. You'll probably have to air this thing out for a month. It has a very strong chemical smell. The Scotch Guard actually masks the smell a bit. Remember to spray it outdoors.

Update: 4 days at Disney and there is a little wear at the bottom where the velcro straps attaches to each other. But it's very good at keeping the camera clean. It also provides a decent amount of protection. As a plus, it also acts as a barrier between my hip/leg and the camera. It's light and doesn't affect the performance of my Black Rapid 7. Overall, worth the money.
