I bought this to carry my Canon 7D and a zoom lens. Not quite big enough for that. It's a nice enough pack but I bought the Lowepro 202 instead. Plenty of room for stuff to take hiking.

After ordering a case logic case that was advertised to fit my CoolPix (That did not fit), I tried this one and am very pleased with it. The outer case seems very durable and will suit my outdoor needs very well. The extra storage in the lid fits an extra battery and three extra memory cards with room to spare. If this case had a belt loop, I would easily add the extra star, but all in all, this case will serve a good life hiking and horseback riding with my CoolPix. It has a strong zipper with two sturdy pulls and opens up to a full open position, unlike cases that will only open about ¾ of the way. The elastic bands inside hold the camera out of the way and are strong enough.Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
I didn't check my case in as I just don't trust the airlines. If their security personnel don't rummage through your luggage and steal things, (I had a dvd go missing this time) they lose it. But I would have no problems checking it in otherwise. My gear was secure and protected. I had two cameras, lenses, filters and other items and all my gear made it back perfectly safe. All the gear was exactly where I put it when I opened it. It's stylish and I even received compliments on it. The handle collapses and releases quickly for those moments of nagivating stairs or escalators and the wheels rolled with ease. My wife even used it as a stool. Overall an excellent case that will survive whatever the airlines throw at it (other than theft or losing it).Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>
This case is well constructed with adaptable velcro dividers to customize the inside compartments. It will hold a Nikon D90 with the 18-105 kit lens attached, a 70-300 zoom, and a few accessories. Not a large case but adequate for the equipment mentioned with two end compartments.Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

I've tried various camera cases over the past 4 decades. Though I've switched cameras many times (currently I use a Nikon D50) I have always used the same case: a Zing case. I spend a lot of time outdoors with a pack on, and for this kind of use, the Zing case is ideal. It's tough, it's padded, and it's water-resistant, though the camera goes into a Sea to Summit lightweight dry bag in the pack when it's _really_ raining.Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

Came in the day right before the last day of estimated shipping; extremely slow delivery, or maybe it was the shipping company's fault.... either way it was quite frustrating. The product doesnt have much padding, only a thin sheet of cloth over hard material. No internal pouch for camera batteries or things like that either. It has a generic and cheap looking plastic logo badge that says "CamerA bAG" (really, its like that) on it. The carrying strap is extremely thin, and feels like the case is going to snap and roll away if nothing but the slightest pressure is present. Works okay for now. I dont recommend in terms of construction, and potential reliability.
