Reviews of Riva 7062 (PU) Digital Camera slim hard case light blue

Customer Ratings:

This case was purchased for use with a CoolPix S570 camera. The slim design of the case protected the camera without adding substantially to the bulk. The quality seems very good. Just keep in mind it is designed to protect the camera, not for carrying accessories (although there is a slot inside the case where an additional memory card can be stored maybe even an extra battery, but I would refrain form that use as it puts pressure on the camera).

I just picked up this great simple little camera bean bag. I've taken it on a few snowshoe trips in the Sierra's and it's worked out great. Makes my trip much easier if I don't have to strap a bulky tripod to my backpack. Sturdy construction and with the handles it straps easily to the outside of my backpack. It rests nicely on most rough surfaces and gives me a stable place to shoot with my Canon SLR.

I've even had a few "hey cool, what's that?" comments from people on the trail. I wouldn't have expected that from a bean bag.

If I'm going ultra light I pack it with polystyrene beads which I took out of my kids large bean bag seats. If I'm in a green eco mood and want a little more stability I pack it with rice. With rice it also serves as an emergency back up meal if I get myself into trouble out on the trail:)

The Wild Grizzly bean bag works really well on long trips. It was light weight and held the camera steady in all types of terrain. During a trip to Yellowstone it was perfect on fallen trees, on tree limbs and rocks. I was able to leave the tripod in the car. I was surprised that it held my longer lens well with no movement. I especially enjoy using the car as a blind and using the Grizzly on the window to shoot. Great product. My wife who sells on Ebay also uses the Grizzly to photograph her items that are for sale.

I have a new eBay store and take my own photos to post. I was finding it difficult to get the picture quality I needed. I purchased one Wild Grizzly Bean Bag to experiment with and it helped me stabilize my camera perfectly! I get clearer pictures now, faster than ever, without using a tri-pod. Also, I have purchased the larger one to take with me in the car. I find a lot of great scenes to photograph when I go on road trips and need to capture them quickly. I simply park along the roadside, put the window down, place my camera on my Grizzly Bean Bag and shoot! I'm a satisfied customer!

I wanted something super light weight to traveling. I filled this with the same little beans you use to fill a bean bag. So it is very light. I have a Canon 60D and was wondering if it would really hold its weight. But I was able to put this on the back of a chair (patio chair on cruise balcony) and it balanced fine even with my Speedlite on the camera. I am very pleased as this is much easier to carry than my heavy tripod.

This is a very good idea. I am surprized they are not everywhere. I like it beause i can pack this case in luggage or a camping box, backpack or onto some kind of luggage or pack. The caribbeaner is a little ackward when using this case on a belt loop. It will probably go on a belt nicely. This case has inside pockets where i put cleaner wipes for lenses and such, you could mix fresh wipes for hands and face. I gave it 3 stars because of the caribeaner fastening loop. (seemed like adding this item was an after thought that was not thought out completely.) It is pinned on too stiff and does not allow any rotation or movement. I would like to see this product manufactured with a waterproof feature. I have used this product for six months.

Used this bag for my camera this summer in Europe and it worked great, the only thing I did was cutting off the factory strap and replacing with a padded cut proof strap which made the bag that much better.

This bag is easy to close, easy to zip up [I've had a camera fall out of another bag when it tipped over] and roomy enough for my camera + extra lens. Love the color and padded strap!

Primarily as a wedding photographer I've got to carry around all the tools that I need at any moment which includes my camera bod with a lens, a couple other lenses, memory, speedlight and my phone. I was using one of those cute purse-like bags before which wasn't easy to get gear in and out of quickly and was bulky on my person. This bag is sleek and holds a lot, and still hugs pretty close to my body so when I have to sneak between people I don't hit everyone with my camera bag. great neautral color too, different from black.

This camera case is the exact size I was looking for, and I like the way the zipper runs over the top and sides (as opposed to my last Built camera case which had a zipper flap that was bulkier and left a sort of pouch at the top). The design is great, and the fleece liner is nice and a bit softer than others I've seen. However, the neoprene feels significantly thinner than my other Built products (laptop sleeve, iPad sleeve, lunch tote, old camera case), almost as if there's half the neoprene material (which may be because the fleece layer is used instead of a double layer of neoprene). Still great, but a bit thicker would earn it 5 stars.

Reviews of Nikon 1 Series Deluxe Digital Camera Case (Red) with 3 UV/CPL/ND8

Customer Ratings:

It is nice and compact. Really all I need for my Nikon 1 J2. I can't seem to fit both my lenses in the bag without one being attached to the camera itself. Otherwise it doesn't fit. The bag itself is of good quality. The lens filters are useful on sunny days, but I don't see much of a difference otherwise in my photos. The cleaning kit is good. The air blower works wonders. I am a bit hesitant to try the lens cleaner. Really don'y have an opinion on the tripod. It's a bit flimsy, but it works. Overall I'm pleased. I just wish the bag had a bit more of a width and depth. It's probably too small for anyone with a standard DSLR.

At first i thought this was just a third party company that makes cases, however this is a genuine casio exilim accessory. The genuine leather is white that gets a bit dirty over time (wipes off easly though) and has decorative chrome tabs. The inside is felt lined to protect the screen, also comes with a matching white leather hand strap that connects to the case. A must have to protect your picture taking investment!

I LOVE the case it is a perfect fit and looks really nice..It was a quick order very simple and easy, worked out great..THANK YOU

Honest reviews on Casio Exilim EX-Case30WE Leather Pouch with Metal Ring Universal

I bought this white case for a Casio Exilim Zoom EXZ300 camera. It is real leather and has the Exilim name pressed into the leather in front. The case fits this camera perfectly and is no bigger than "just big enough" to hold the camera snugly while including a 2nd inside back pocket where cash, credit cards or memory cards can be safely hidden. Inside, it includes a leather sliding tab that allows you to pull it which lifts your camera up out of the case, which means you are not digging your fingers in and scratching the screen every time you want to take the camera out.

It also has a front clasp that snaps closed and stays closed with the additional hidden magnet inside. Clever! The front clasp also features a stitched on metal decorative loop, which acts as a handle which protects the leather from wear and tear every time you open the case.

The detachable wrist strap is on the back and is not simply sewn on like so many others, but attaches by metal clasp to a metal imbedded loop. That small detail will keep the leather strap from tearing or pulling away, which will add years to the usefulness of this case.

I wanted a case that would protect my expensive camera, but would still be small enough to store easily on the hip, a fanny pack or a small purse. This fits the bill perfectly!

1/07/2013 update: This case is still going strong with no issues.

Discount Precision Design C190D Digital Camera Case (Black)

Customer Ratings:

This is sturdy well-made case. I bought this one for my Canon PowerShot IS model. This model is slightly bigger than normal point & shoot camera but far smaller than DSLR. Not many cases can contain my camera but this one could. Also I could contain essentials for my camera such as extra battery, memory stick etc. as well. Overall I was satisfied with the product's quality. However, the design of hook of the case's shoulder strap is absolutely disaster. It is advertised that easily removable. In my mind, it is way too much easily removable. Case often separated from shoulder strap after few pumps. You couldn't have run or ride a horse or a car, when you had had your camera in the case and strapped it using shoulder strap. I was forced to use the case just to protect my camera in the field. I couldn't use it as a carrier of camera which would have been nice.

Nice pretty case, I bought this for my sony S950, and compact but protect the camera case. The thing i love about this is it has a mesh pocket inside to store memory card and USB Drive. I recently bought this camera case for my new SX230 HS camera and I am glad that i made the right choice. The case is well made and is a perfect fit for the camera. I bought it because apart from being a camera case, it also protects your camera because of its hard shell. This gives you the peace of mind in case you drop your camera accidentally! All in all, an excellent choice if you wish to have a camera case with added protection for your camera.

If you're looking for a bombproof case for the Canon Powershot SX230 HS this is it!

When I first got it I thought the case was slightly too small, the camera barely fit. Give it a few days to settle in and for the fabric around the zipper to work itself out, and it fits beautifully.

You'll give up a couple of things with this case... you'll need to store your camera accessories elsewhere (I'm not sure I would try to fit a memory card inside, much less a spare battery), and there's no belt loop or shoulder strap (there is a carabiner for clipping it to whatever you like). But if your primary concern is to protect the camera this is THE case for it!

this is a great small hardcase, I wanted as small as possible, I was pleased with the snug fit, and also protection of the camera. The hook is an added bonus for belt loop attachment. If you have alot of assessories you may want larger. But if small is your goal this is perfect pocket size.

Purchased the case for a cannon 230, it fits like a glove with some extra room for spare battery and MMC card. The quality was much better than I was expecting and the workmanship is also very good. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend the product to anyone that has a similar size camera.

Pros:

Reasonably priced, good value.

Functional Case and of decent quality.

Shipping time and cost were reasonable.

Cons:

Although the case is sold as an accessory for the Canon SX230HS, it seems to be a generic case and my camera feels a little cramped inside this case, can't use the interior mesh pocket for anything (other than a piece of paper maybe).

Other thoughts:

The case opens vertically; it's subjective, but I'm not a big fan of that.

The workmanship is decent but not the best.

Would I but it again? probably not, I'd like for a case where I can actually carry an extra battery or an extra SD Card.

Discount Lowepro Lens Case 5S (Black)

Customer Ratings:

I bought the Lowepro lens case 5S to use with my Canon 100-400L IS lens. It fit a little sloppy at the bottom so I added a foam cut out to hold it securely. This case with my top loading Lowpro and one smaller lens case makes a system that works just right for me. It has the slide in connection on back so it can be removed for downsizing quickly if needed. It is everything I was looking for. The system packs inside a carry on for flight with my laptop and gives all the protection needed.

Click Here For Most Helpful Customer Reviews >>

I have been trying to find a way to easily carry a lot of camera equipment for quite some time. I have tried backpacks, shoulder bags, duffel bags, but none of them really worked all that well. Then I saw the Lowepro Street and Field system with completely customizable pouches, vests, belts, and accessories. It works great, you only get the pouches you need so there is no waisted space and you can organize them however you want according to how often they are used (put frequently used items in easier to access places.)

The variety alone of this system is worth the investment, but the quality and ease of use is also very high which is a big plus. You can get a case for any lens, camera body, or accessory you have. I even have cases for my cell phone and water bottle. One word of caution, be sure to measure your lens with the lens hood on backwards if you use them to make sure that the entire thing will fit into the pouch, because sometimes the lens will fit, but then the lens with the lens hood will not. I often carry 5-6 lenses, extension tubes, teleconverters, extra memory cards and batteries, and a bunch of cleaning supplies and other gadgets, which weights a ton. But when they are evenly distributed on this vest/belt Lowepro system it is actually very manageable.

The only down side is that everyone will be staring at you because you have thousands of dollars of camera equipment strapped to your body. But if you can overlook that, this is the way to go. I have used this system at many zoos without ever having problems, in fact just unzipping a single lens and switching seems safer to me than opening an entire bag of equipment every time you want to switch lenses. Many of the cases also come with a built in rain/snow cover so if the weather changes all of your equipment is not destroyed. You can also put just a few pouches on a normal belt when you are just going to take photos in the back yard or don't need to take all of your equipment, which is nice. I really can't say enough about how much easier this makes traveling with a lot of equipment, if you have been hopelessly searching for a better solution, consider this, you won't regret it.

I ordered this to carry my Sigma 200mm-400mm lens in. It is too big for the lens.
