Got this case for my HERO3 recently, and it fits the bill perfectly. I use my HERO3 for skiing and on my motorcycle at the track, and was usually tossing the camera, remote and mounts into the bottom of a big gear bag. Was looking for a case that held everything safely, and found this stylish solution.

The camera and accessories fit snuggly into their molded spaces. The included pouch holds my cables and spare mounts.

The outside of the case feels almost rubbery and high-end while the exterior zipper provides a water-tight seal. I no longer have to worry about my $500+ gear/accessories getting lost or damaged.

THANKS GO CASE!

I have a GoPro Hero3 and have been looking for a good case. I received the GOCase today. It's construction is excellent, the case is very hard yet light, so the Hero3 will be very well protected, without the whole kit being unwieldy. Customer service was very responsive (email response the same day). Since the GOCase is not yet available from Amazon in Canada, I ordered through eBay. Very satisfied, highly recommend the case.

It is a great case. It has been hard to find the right case for my amazing P7700 for the way I carry it. At first I wasn't sure it was big enough, but didn't really have an option other than a much larger size case so I tried again. Once I realized how to maneuver into the case it works great. It is a snug fit and not quick to get out, but it was more important to have the right size case. It is a nicely made case as well.

The case is pretty reasonable, especially for the price. The only real flaw is the interior Velcro strap that holds the camera in place it is too short. It barely latches around the camera. That's a big flaw though, considering it is a camera case.

This product is listed with wrong dimensions in all amazon stores, the listed Product Dimensions: 25 x 10.2 x 18 inches ; 18.9 pounds is mistaken, the REAL DIMENSIONS are: 21.1/2 x 14 x 8 in; 14.3 lb.

But if it could fit my telescope I would be very satisfied with the product. Unfotunely I have to return it.

I didn't check my case in as I just don't trust the airlines. If their security personnel don't rummage through your luggage and steal things, (I had a dvd go missing this time) they lose it. But I would have no problems checking it in otherwise. My gear was secure and protected. I had two cameras, lenses, filters and other items and all my gear made it back perfectly safe. All the gear was exactly where I put it when I opened it. It's stylish and I even received compliments on it. The handle collapses and releases quickly for those moments of nagivating stairs or escalators and the wheels rolled with ease. My wife even used it as a stool. Overall an excellent case that will survive whatever the airlines throw at it (other than theft or losing it).

This case is perfect for the beginner or the pro. It can securely and safely house your camera and a multitude of lenses/flashes. The built in locks aren't very sturdy, but it has the option of putting your own (more secure) locks on the case. The rollers are smooth and the internal packing keeps your items securely in place. With the addition of some of my own locks, I now feel safe checking my camera at the airport!!!

The snug fit is perfect for my Pentax WG-3, it's made for serious transport of this weather proof camera. Quality and materials are first rate. It just looks like it was made for the camera rather then some generic one size fits all product. There is a small pouch that will hold 2 extra batteries, but not much else, however for what this camera is used for, who needs or wants a bulky bag. I really like it.

This case was sold as a camera shipping case, but there are quite a few more things that it can be used for. I am using it for a folding Mobility scooter. I was worried that the airline's baggage department would damage my scooter so I plan to put the scooter in this case. It's really solid and provides ample protection. The wheels are on one side which means it is used like a hand truck. I would have proferred if the wheels were set up like "spinner luggage" which would make it easier to move it around. Although, I guess it could get away from you that way. Well, overall it's a great product and Amazon delivered it without a glitch.

I've been shipping a sensitive tech demo unit around North America for the past 5 months using this case, as checked baggage, on FedEx air, and by FedEx ground. I watched it fall off of a baggage conveyor up by the airplane cargo door (thank you Delta!), and escape out of the back of an overpacked hotel van. There has been no damage to my demo unit or to the case itself.

The foam is relatively easy to tear into the right shapes the first time. Just be sure to visualize well, measure twice, and cut once. You can use a little hot glue to put a piece back in place if you tear too much away. I've recommended this case to 2 work colleagues and they both like theirs.

I got the Portare' PBP2-G bag and I absolutely love it. Most people review bags immediately after opening the box. I am writing this after having used the bag for more than a month including an international trip. The bag is very well thought out, and it holds all my gear along with my laptop AND my new ipad. I have a Canon Rebel, three lenses and a flash. It fits comfortably in the overhead compartment of the aircraft and it was a relief to be able to carry both my laptop and ipad without worrying about scratching either. I was even able to fold a reflector in the laptop pocket, and that greatly enhanced my images. The shoulder straps and back padding live up to their billing. The Portare' bag feels solidly manufactured and the material is very heavy duty and feels tough. I also like the peace of mind of the rain cover. Overall, I am very impressed with this bag and would definitely buy it again if needed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Can't beat it...seriously!, August 22, 2012

By

cjlcricket This review is from: Portare' Pbp2-Bk Multi Use Camera Bag with Laptop and iPad Pockets, Black (Electronics)

I purchased the Portare' Ppb2 Nov 2011. It is awesome! It can carry everything I own....lenses, flash, batteries, tripod, computer, personal items....but wow is it heavy when full....but it will hold it all! Decided to use it mostly for storage at home, streamline items when I go out...but if I need it all I was ready to go! I'm a weekend photographer. When I venture out I try to travel light. I take a few lenses, my flash, liked that I could put the camera in the top zippered section for quick access. I'd leave the bag in the car as I wonder off doing my thing, very rarely to I carry this on my back...it's just not what I do but I have my things safely with me if I need them. It worked really well for me. Looks great, can't tell it's camera bag either, just looks like a school backpack.

But....

A few months ago I noticed the material separating in the area from the zipper to the handle. Since this bag doesn't get used as much as a pro would use it, I went a little nuts. Figured it was my fault for not buying a big name brand so I put it away to use as storage only. Lesson learned. Dang!

I tried other bags comparable to Portare's size and organized sections that would hold what I need to hold and HOW I want to hold it. In my opinion, nothing came close. I tried the traditional square camera bag. Sometimes I'd forget to buckle it shut, grab the handle and almost drop everything out on the street! Big top flap with noisy metal buckles, needed a lot of room to open that one! Switched to a backpack that required opening most of the entire front just to get to the camera, lenses on both sides, I always worried they might fall out. Even tried a sling but that also had a big flap that need a space to open when changing lenses. All of those bags exposed everything I owned to the elements and theft. None allowed quick access to the camera either. sigh

I got mad again, decided to write the company. I complained, sent pictures and everything. The rest of the bag is perfect, stitching is strong, bag looked new, the back straps show no distress from the weight it carries or could carry....just this one area went bad. But because it was at the top handle, I didn't feel safe with it. It shouldn't have fallen apart in 8 months with little use. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Portare' was extremely quick to respond to my email. Polite, concerned and thankful for my critique. Long story short, they replaced the bag. How cool is that!?! And it didn't take forever, it was here in a week!! YAY!

I am so excited to have this bag back!

Here's how I organize the Portare'. I keep my camera (with grip btw) in the top section, that way I just unzipper it, grab go! Lenses and flash in the bottom zippered section, well padded and safe with easy access. Lens cloth in the side velcro pocket which holds my car keys or lens cover. Business cards, pens, comb, lip balm, eye glasses, shutter release and more all in the zippered side pockets. Side mesh pocket is meant for a tripod. I don't carry a tripod on the bag so I put a bottle of water there. The computer section hold my iPad when I carry it. I usually put my wallet, extra batteries, white balance card, shutter release, all in the computer section....and it holds magazines neatly when I fly. OH, it will hold a gorillapod in there too (or in the mesh pocket)! Possibilities are endless.

All it's missing is wheels! hint hint!

I really love this bag and I hope Portare' looks into why my bag frayed in this area and reinforces it. But they stood up, replaced the bag and have communicated with every email I have written them since. I will stand behind this company...that why I titled this review...."Can't beat it.....seriously!".

P.S. Thank you Portare'!!

P.S.S. Just get one!!

I just got back from Carnaval in Brazil, I took the Portare' bag with me (despite advice to the contrary) and it was the PERFECT companion. It was the perfect decoy and all my gear came back safely with me. Not only that, but the padding kept my stuff safe, and unscratched in the parades there. I was able to carry a change of clothes, shoes, essentials, water, AND all my camera gear with a kit and a wide angle lens. I used it all day, and can vouch for the back comfort. It also kept my back dry in the heat in Rio. It's also awesome that I was able to get it in a color other than black. I couldn't ask for more in a bag.

Honest reviews on Portare' PBP2-B Multi Use Backpack for Camera/Laptop/iPad (Blue)

Over the past 10 years, I have owned about 6 backpacks. I've always struggled to find the perfect backpack, one that will both organize and store my things. I can say that my Portare is the first one that has met all of my needs.

Quality: The quality of this bag is really top notch. I'm not sure what it's made out of but it looks like kevlar or something and it's really strong stuff. The zippers, pockets and inner materials are all high quality as well and I have no doubt that this bag will last for years to come.

Organization: I love this bag because of how it is organized and how much stuff it holds. Right now, I'm storing the following in my bag.

1. MacBook Air

2. iPad 2

3. Pentax Kr with 18-55lens

4. Pentax 55-300 Lens

5. Pentax External Flash

6. Manfrotto Tripod

7. Two Dr. McDougall Asian Entree Noodle Bowls

8. Apple Remote

9. Apple USB to Ethernet Adaptor

10. Ethernet Cable

11. Apple Power Cord

12. Business Cards

The problem with other bags is the layout. I hated having to have my power cords stored in the same compartment as my camera stuff. This bag has the perfect layout. One area for iPads and Laptops, one area for camera stuff, two side pocket areas for accessories and one top area for other stuff. I keep my instant meals in the top compartment and it works great.

I've finally found the perfect bag for my digital life!

I ordered this bag and am so happy with it. I don't have an SLR but a laptop, lots of electronics and miscellaneous items. Padded all over, and the soft dividers are movable to you can configure the inside to your needs. I can finally organize all my stuff and find them without rummaging through everything. Great weekend or carryon bag, roomy enough for change of clothes and toiletries. I have a similar sized backpack that I took to China and I wish I had this one. The separate laptop compartment would have made going through security much easier. Customer service is awesome too! I had a question regarding the different bags and they were so friendly and helpful. I was confident with my purchase even before they sent it out.

Discount Lowepro Napoli 30 Camera Case (Black)

Lowepro Napoli 30 Camera Case
Customer Ratings: 4 stars

I've had this case for a while now, and I really like it. The build quality is high, the leather is very nice (with one exception), and it's a perfect fit for my Sony HX30V and RX100 cameras. I'm sure you could get a Canon S90 or S100 to fit easily, but my Olympus XZ-1 was much too tight even with the lens cap removed.

Embossed in the leather is a small, classy Lowepro emblem. The case is semi-hard on the front, back, and bottom, with soft leather on the sides. Supple suede leather lines the padded interior, along with a small soft nylon sleeve just large enough for two SD cards to sit side by side.

I'm not a fan of zipper tops (too long to whip out and get a shot) or velcro (too noisy, I prefer stealth for better candid shots), so it's nice to have the magnetic enclosure. It's secure enough to go jogging without worrying that the camera will escape. Yes, I really do go jogging with my camera sometimes.

I wear this on my belt every day, and the belt loop has stretched a little bit, but not so that it's a problem. Also, it's not weather proof, or dust proof, so the camera will get wet in the rain (unless you pull your jacket down over it, which is easy to do given it's small size) and your camera will get a little dusty due to the small openings on the sides near the top. It's nice enough to wear to the office, however, not so nice that it draws attention in casual settings. I have accidentally dropped my HX30V from about three feet up onto tiled flooring, and thankfully it did protect my camera. The soft interior suede, and the silky feeling nylon sleeve have been trouble free, but I did rip out the nylon model tag because I have had issues with those marring the screen in other cases.

The only issue I have with this case (and what kept it from 5 stars) is the small black suede leather panel on the right side of the front face. It gets marred quickly and easily. Between the belt buckle in the car, numerous office chair backs, a ferrel cat clawing it's way up the right side of my body, small children attacking me with whiffle ball bats, and the occasional twig, branches, and bushes on the trail, it's pretty much done. What's nice is that it's almost completely worn the suede texture off, and it looks more like a duller panel of smooth leather now. It's not like anyone has looked at the case and gasped or anything, but it is easily noticeable. What is delightfully surprising is that the rest of the leather on the case is completely unscathed. This wouldn't prevent me from making the purchase again, or recommending it to a friend, but seriously Lowepro, lose that panel, and you have a 5 star case in your lineup.

Fits my Sony RX100 very well. The magnet flap holder is much nicer than velcro and works quite well when the case is attached to your belt. I'm subtracting a point for its weak styling.

I purchased the WP-DC700 underwater case for my A70 and followed the directions exactly, oiling the gasket and cleaning it after each use. It leaked and ruined my month old camera. Customer service was rude, blamed me and then tried to bargain with me to fix it for $190 instead of the $280 that they initially requested. The underwater case has a 7 DAY WARANTY and the camera is not covered for water damage. My father had a similar problem with his $1000 Nikon digital which just stopped working for no aparent reason, they claimed it was water damage and tried to bargain with him to buy a rebuilt one for $500. So beware of bad customer service. Canon's customer service has all bad unreasolved reviews at the Better business Bureau

If you'd like to use your Canon S330 for underwater photography, then you need this waterproof housing from Canon that's made specifically to fit the Digital Elph S330 camera.

The case offers access to all of the camera's controls and allows you to take underwater photos down to 100 feet (compared to the 20-30 feet most disposable "underwater" cameras offer).

I used this case with my S330 in the Bahamas and took several good photos. However, do be aware that the case doesn't provide for an external strobe of any sort (not that the S330 works with one anyway), which means you'll need good lighting to get decent photos.

I also do recommend very strictly following its instructions for use to prevent leaks, including testing out in a bucket or shallow water and immediately rinsing / cleaning the case after a swim or dive. I had no problems whatsoever after using the case on several dives in 20-30 feet of water.

This waterproof case works great! I took it to the Bahamas with me and took pictures of some fish while snorkeling. Not a single leak and the pictures came out great. Due to temperature changes, sometimes the pics come out a bit hazy, but utilizing the anti-fog helps. I recommend this if you enjoy a lot of water sports.

This bag and its larger cousin the SM390-7 is different from other camera bags, and fits into an unusual niche in this product category. If you understand what it's designed to do, and if that's what you need, it may be a good choice. If you expect it to be a standard camera bag like all the others, you may be disappointed.

EXPLANATION:

As many reviewers have noted, the interior of the bag has only limited customizable space, and few of the standard velcro dividers that other camera bags use to arrange multiple bodies and lenses; more than half the interior space does not allow for this customization and is seemingly wasted because it does not closely fit or protect most camera gear. This seems very puzzling, and obviously is making a lot of the reviewers mad. But it is central to what the bag is designed for.

This is essentially a "hybrid" bag it is designed BOTH as a camera bag and an ordinary everyday messenger-type shoulder bag. The bag has some limited space for camera gear, other space customized for non-camera gear, and a lot of non-customized space that could be used either way. In other words, the bag is designed for casual but serious photographers who want to take some high-level photo gear with them but are not carrying a full professional photo kit, and who still need space for personal items. This could be reporters or writers working on a story and doing their own photography, vacationers who have to compromise between photography and other activities, or people going about their daily routine who still want a better-than-point-'n-shoot camera kit with them. The bag's appearance also reflects its "messenger" aspect, and thus helps hide your photo gear, while certain design features still reflect its commitment to carrying and protecting that gear.

If you fall into one of these "hybrid" categories and don't have a huge kit of gear to carry with you, this bag could do you very well. If you have multiple bodies, more than 2 lenses, a big flash setup, etc., and you want the capacity of a regular dedicated photo bag, this bag is not for you. It is designed so that not all of its space will be used for photo gear, so of course it will seem as if that space is wasted, if photo gear is all you want to put in it. If you have more than one thing to do, and need to carry a limited DSLR kit with maybe 2 lenses and/or 1 flash, a small tripod, a few incidentals like batteries or filters, plus a small laptop, some papers, a couple of books, and more, this bag will perform excellently for you and let's admit it, that's a huge task for any single bag!

DETAILS:

The bag has one main compartment that is about 40% covered with fuzzy velour, and has two velcro-edged padded dividers that stick onto the velour, allowing you to divide that small space horizontally and vertically (once each); the rest of the main compartment is just an open rectangular area with no dividers, and it is not velour-lined so you couldn't even add a velcro divider to it. Obviously, the velour area is intended for camera gear; you can make space for one camera body with lens, and possibly a second lens or flash underneath it. (You can't divide it into two vertical bays, like for two zoom lenses; it's too small and there aren't enough dividers.) The main area is intended for non-camera gear; it is big enough to hold a few paperback-sized books, or other items like a folded sweater or whatever you like. The entire main area is padded, so you can put extra photo gear in the larger compartment, but it would roll around without padded dividers to hold it snugly.

Behind these two areas, within the main enclosure of the bag, is a thin padded compartment to hold a small laptop.

On the back of the bag is a zippered pouch to hold papers or documents this is very thin and tight, and only fits very flat items; it would stretch the material to put books or anything large in there.

In front of the bag is a zippered compartment that has a few small pouches or pockets large enough to hold cellphones, batteries, etc. (including one specifically designed to hold a little gimmicky Manfrotto table-top tripod, though you can use it for other things), and a few pen loops. The compartment is large enough to hold other small items tucked in loosely.

Underneath the main compartment, on the bottom of the bag, is another zippered area that is only a couple of inches high. It is designed to hold a tripod, although on the SM90-5 bag this space is barely a foot wide and very few full-height tripods will fit into it (the SM90-7 is larger). It does conveniently hold small water bottles or anything else you want to put into it.

The front of the bag folds down over the top, like a messenger bag, but it is not just a flap it is a contoured rectangular closure that fits over the front and edges of the bag like the top of a shoebox, providing some protection to the corners and making it hard to reach into the bag from the side (a security feature). It closes with a weirdly large aluminum quick-release buckle that, as one reviewer noted, does in fact clang like a cowbell and is a little fiddly to close. There are two large velcro patches on the front corners of the flap that hold it closed even if the buckle is undone.

The bag is padded on all sides and on the inside, and provides moderate protection for your gear.

There is a lift handle on the back top edge, though, as another reviewer noted, it is not over the center of gravity and the bag tips over considerably if you use that handle to carry it (especially dangerous if the front flap is open the bag would spill out immediately). Another bad design feature is the shoulder pad on the nylon-webbing shoulder sling it is sewn in place and does not slide on the sling, so it moves off your shoulder if you shift the bag and can only be positioned correctly by adjusting both sides of the sling and holding the bag at a specific angle. These two features could have been easily improved with better design.

One unique feature is the large zipper that goes across the top of the closure flap. This simply creates a hole through the top of the flap, so you can reach down into the main compartment while the flap is still buckled down. Thus, to use the bag you put all your important gear into the main compartment and buckle it closed, then open the zipper to remove or replace what you need through the gap without exposing the whole bag. This system actually works very well, although you sometimes have to use two hands to hold the zipper open so the edge of the opening doesn't hang up on your gear. You can easily reach both the camera and non-camera areas of the main compartment, as well as the laptop sleeve, this way, and it also helps maintain the low-profile "not-a-camera-bag" look even while the bag is in use. The zipper is the plastic-coil type and is not very strong, but it is not intended to hold weight.

The bag is not "waterproof" but does provide decent protection from light rain. (I know from experience.) It does not come with a waterproof cover.

CONCLUSIONS:

As a hybrid, this bag suffers from the problem that inevitably infects every compromise design: it does several functions fairly well, but none of them excellently. It has customized compartments for camera gear, but they're not large enough for a full, serious kit. It has compartments for non-camera gear, but they're also small and cramped. It helps protect your gear by not looking like a camera bag, but as a result is somewhat cramped and awkward to use. On the other hand, it offers the advantages of hybrids as well: it serves multiple purposes much better than would be possible with just one bag optimized for just one purpose. It provides customized space and protective padding for camera gear while also holding a laptop, papers, and personal items. It allows you to pursue multiple activities while having enough equipment camera and non-camera to do what you need to do effectively. And it's flexible enough that you can optimize it in one direction or the other if that's what you need putting camera gear in the non-divided main space or books and papers in the bottom tripod compartment, or removing the velcro dividers to use it as a standard messenger bag and replacing them when you want to take your camera gear with you. (You could even sew in permanent dividers for camera gear in the non-velcro area and make it a full-size camera bag, if you felt that strongly about it.)

Again: this bag is designed for a particular niche, to be used by people with particular needs that include carrying both photographic and non-photographic gear simultaneously. It is NOT designed to carry a full photo kit, and likely not designed for full-time professional photographers or for amateurs on a serious photo-taking mission. If you want it to do more than it's designed to do in one area, and nothing in other areas, it's probably just not the right choice. But if you need to carry a bunch of stuff and are not doing photography exclusively, and you want a decent selection of serious photo gear ready to hand, this bag may answer your needs.

I was skepitcal becuase I have tried lots of different bags and styles, configurations and types, Over the shoulder (laptop style), Backpack and now the meesenger bag all to have pretty major disappointments.

I have been using it for a couple of months now and it is by far the most flexible bag I have used. It is not near the volume of other bags but it holds everything I need for a typical road trip that won't require remote strobes and tripods.

But for the Airshow, Xmas Tree farm or any other outing, it is perfect.

This is also the first bag I have had that I can drop my camera (With battery grip) with the Canon flash and the Gary Fong diffuser all attached and assembled and zip it up without a problem. This alone makes this bag worth every penny.

The strap is surprisingly confotable and the bag arrangement where you can sling it behind you is extremely convenient, esecially if you are also responsible for small children and the camera gear, a very handy arrangement.

This bag is more than a bag for me, it is a tool for photography, meaning it enables my photography more than other bags have in the past. This bag is well contructed and works like a champ.

My only reqret is not buying it sooner.

Larger than I thought. Do not have too much stuff, so this may end up being ideal. Hope to fit a Sigma 50-500 in side compartment when I can afford it. Right now, My DSLR with attached 18-270 fits in the camera side, and my fisheye too. My 60-250 stays where I hope the Sigma will fit. My Dolica TX570 Ultra Compact Tripod with Professional Ball Head (Black) fits neatly in the tripod compartment. With the tripod inside, it is pretty stealthy. Just a nice looking bag. Maybe too nice. Lots of spare room for my needs.

Overall, great bag. Great style, good construction and so far has held up well (4 months old). My only complaint is that this bag is not very wide, so a Nikon D300s with battery grip (or similar camera body) doesn't fit well. I had to take out the divider and lay the camera down rather than use the top load feature. Its also a little hard to close with both a laptop and full size DSLR in it, but it does indeed still close.

Overall great bag.

I have had this case now for about 6 months and I have to say that its a great case for my canon sx-230 camera. I always carry my camera with me and it has been on my belt for about the entire six months and the case shows no sign of wear (amazing). I work outside and I carry this to work with me and it is on my side even now as I type. It houses my camera and 2 spare batteries some lens wipes and an extra memory chip with room to spare. It is small enough to fit in my pocket too. Great case, highly recommended.

And don't even think about using the mesh bag to hold anything unless it is thin and will fit in the area not taken up by the camera lens. Edit: I cut out the mesh bag and the fit is much better. It doesn't feel like it is pressing on the lens nearly as much and what pressure there is is symmetrical and even. But why should someone have to cut out the bag? Now it is just a case. I didn't cut out the straps since they still hold the camera in place but I think the pocket style cases would be better.

I got this to go with a Canon PowerShot SX230 HS because it was supposedly specifically for that camera. It isn't. Well, maybe it is but it isn't well designed.

There is a Velcro strap inside that is to hold the camera in place but it is sewn in where it partially covers the lens assembly. It will reach down to fasten over the bigger part of the camera body where the lens isn't, but then it is pulled at an angle and the Velcro doesn't completely engage.

If anything goes in the mesh enclosure, it should be something that is particularly small like an SD card case where it also doesn't interfere with the lens and you will need to make sure it doesn't slip to where it would interfere with the lens when you close it.

The finish band on the edge of the mesh is kind of thick and does interfere with the lens especially if you position the camera so that the Velcro band can be fastened. If you turn the camera around to where the mesh band doesn't ride across the lens, now the Velcro band will. If you don't use the band and let it ride behind the camera, now it is riding against the LCD display.

Even with nothing in the mesh bag and with the Velcro fastened to the side of the lens, I still fell that the finish band is putting too much pressure on the lens assembly. I don't know how much pressure it can take and closing the zipper isn't an ordeal indicating extreme stress, but it's still more pressure than I am willing to risk on such a delicate assembly.

None of the options are good except maybe cutting out the Velcro band and also the mesh bag. Then, you have enough clearance inside the case for an SX230 HS and the memory foam they brag about (very thin, by the way) can conform to the camera and protect it.

In short, I don't recommend this case and am looking for a different one. One that does adequately cushion and has an external pouch for things like memory cards and spare batteries. This absolutely will not accommodate a spare battery and some people (like me) like to have a spare battery available.

If people would like to see others opinions, it looks like this same case is available through another product page. The overall rating there is about 2.5 stars. I wish I had seen those reviews before I bought this one.

I hate to slam products because it monetarily affects someone, but so does selling a case that doesn't live up to the description where you have to go out looking again for a substitute and hassle with a return which isn't really worth it on a $10 item. I have better things to do.
